Here's one you likely didn't see coming: Lindsay Lohan will get some critical support when she shows up in court tomorrow ... in the form of probation officials.

Probation Dept. sources close to her case say Linds has done most of what she's required to do, and they will NOT recommend that she be thrown in jail.

At her progress hearing, officials will tell Judge Stephanie Sautner in a written report that LiLo is in "substantial compliance" with the terms of her probation.

They concede she was kicked out of community service at the Downtown Women's Center for habitually failing to show up, but the fact is she has one year to complete 360 hours' community service total and remains on track.

Sources also say she has gone "regularly" to her psychiatrist.

The shrink did not address Judge Sautner's directive that Lindsay go for therapy once a week - she has not done so - but is satisfied with Lindsay overall.

Lindsay has also completed her mandatory shoplifting class.

Sautner made it clear that if Lindsay violated any court order, she would go to jail. We'll see if she holds true to her word or cracks like Lindsay's teeth.

The hearing is set for tomorrow at 10 a.m. What do you think:

Stop us if you've heard this one, but Lindsay Lohan is a Class A F--k-Up whose myriad probation violations have her potentially facing a serious jail sentence.

The case is beyond complicated, but the actress could be sentenced to a year and a half in jail if Judge Stephanie Sautner decides she violated her probation.

Lohan claims people are trying to make an example out of her and she's done nothing wrong. But that defense has more cracks than her brittle teeth.

Lohan's biggest problem is her criminal history.

Based on a 120-day suspended sentence for shoplifting, time served under house arrest, and prior DUIs, Lindsay could be thrown in jail for a long, long time.

The judge has lots of questions at LiLo's probation progress hearing next week, including why she was booted out of her community service program recently.

Lindsay was a no-show nine times at the Downtown Women's Center, and when she did bother to show up, did not do so for the required four-hour minimum.

Lohan, who was kicked out of the program and reassigned to the American Red Cross, has also been skipping her weekly, mandatory psychiatrist appointments.

She professional excuse maker claims she did a bunch of therapy sessions by phone. We'll see if Sautner is moved at all. The fit hits the shan Wednesday a.m.

Lindsay Lohan is sick of the lies dammit.

Not long after various sources reported that the professional trainwreck had been given the boot from her community service program and gotten in trouble for a failure to attend court-mandated therapy sessions, Lindsay took to Twitter and defended her record, writing:

"I am not to be made an example of anymore."

She continued: "I am working hard and fulfilling my obligations every single day, to the court as well as myself. If I travel, its for work and its been approved. As is anything I do when I leave the state.

"I'd appreciate it if people will just let me do what is asked of me, so that I can get my life back. Please ignore the reports which have no truth to them. Thank you."

Lohan will plead her case to a judge next week during a status hearing. Still no word, though, on what the heck is going on with her teeth these days.

Looks like Lindsay Lohan's teeth aren't the only thing about her that's stained ... her reputation has been as well, given that this idiot was kicked out of her mandatory community service program for violating the rules numerous times.

A judge ordered Lohan to serve 360 hours at L.A.'s Downtown Women's Center, and to be reliable, professional, and work at least four hours at a time.

Sources say Lindsay blew off NINE visits, however, and when she did show up, she would often bail after working there for only an hour. What a moron.

As a result, Lohan was terminated from the Women's Center because of the violations and was assigned instead to a community service program at the Red Cross. 

No word on how that's gonna go over with Judge Stephanie Sautner.

That's not even the end of her issues, either. To make matters worse, Lohan has violated the judge's order by not seeing a psychologist at least once a week.

Sautner made it clear to Lindsay that she must see the shrink every week, and that work is not an excuse for failing to comply with the terms of probation.

Lohan has been missing appointmenes, and citing work commitments. Sautner has said that if Lindsay violates any court order, she's going to jail. Period.

To make a long story short, when she appears before Judge Sautner for her progress report next week, we foresee an orange jumpsuit in her future. Again.

The starlet is attracting unwanted attention (what else is knew) after showing up for a red carpet appearance in L.A. this week with a seriously busted grill.

Lindsay Lohan may want to call up the dentist.

Her rep, a very busy man these days, doesn't see any stain on her reputation.

"Lindsay is widely acknowledged as one of the most stunning actresses of her day," her rep, Steve Honig, tells People. "She's been on the cover of Vanity Fair and the top beauty and fashion magazines. She's a beautiful and glamorous actress."

Yes, Steve. That was also around 2004.

"In a time of deteriorating public education, rampant homelessness and international unrest, there is no way I'm going to comment on Lindsay's teeth," he added.

First of all, you're her rep. Second, you can talk about those issues as well as Lindsay's teeth on the same day. Third ... WTF is going on with Lindsay's face?!?

What's a week without legal drama for Lindsay Lohan?

According to Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services, the alleged actress owes them quite a chunk of change. Lohan is accused of reserving limos for friends, family and herself many times in 2009, without paying of course.

We sense a theme with LiLo. The bills? About $90,000.

Lindsay's PR rep, who's almost as busy as her lawyer, said "We haven't been served with anything, so we can't comment on a lawsuit that has not been served or seen."

Give it time. The company filed the lawsuit October 7.

Elite claims it took Lohan to airports, the Chateau Marmont Hotel, a Lakers game and drug rehab (obvi), while also providing security for her on multiple occasions.

Court documents claim Lohan's original bill was $32,515. With monthly 5 percent late charges of $58,070.79, the star's total unpaid balance is now $90,585.79.

She may not be cutting herself, but the girl has definitely cut back on expenses ... by NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING, EVER. We're onto you, girlfriend.

Liv Tyler’s mother, rock legend Bebe Buell, is coming out hard against Dina Lohan for some reason in the new issue of Steppin' Out (via Radar). Her main point?

Dina sucks as a person and needs to start acting like a mom.

“What her mother has done with Lindsay is morally wrong and disgusting. She should back off. Lindsay is the one with the talent. She's the star,” Bebe said.

“Dina Lohan's relationship with her daughter Lindsay Lohan disturbs me. I don't see a mother and a daughter there. If my beautiful daughter was like that..."

"I mean Lindsay and Liv were practically born on the same day. So I look at Lindsay and I see my own child in her because there's a great talent there."

You hear crazy stuff about Lindsay Lohan every day, but this is the first time we've heard she's channeling her inner Demi Lovato. Is Lindsay Lohan cutting herself?

The rumor started yesterday thanks to Perez Hilton.

Posting a pic of Lilo with an arrow pointing to her arm - and a witty scribble saying "Are u seeing this?" - the lame blogger insinuated that the train wreck was cutting harder than a Mariano Rivera fastball on the inside corner.

We wouldn't put it past her (a sad commentary on her downfall of the past few years), but is that douche Perez onto something or just stirring up drama?

Not that she or her people are the least bit credible, but the star herself called the story "ridiculous" and her rep sought to shut it down quickly as well.

"That report is completely fabricated to fill a slow news day, and possibly libelous," Steve Honig told E! News. "The only thing Lindsay is cutting is deals."

Well played, Steve Honig. Not necessarily true, as she hasn't appeared in a movie we can remember in a good couple of years, but still. Well played, sir.

As for the dude above ... we have no idea who the hell that is. But we do know this:

1. It's not her boyfriend du jour Philipp Plein.
2. That red dress will look hot on his floor.

Shortly after modeling for Philipp Plein’s clothing line, Lindsay Lohan was spotted holding hands with the designer in Milan, sparking the obligatory dating rumors.

The twosome didn’t seem shy about the PDA in the least, but then again this girl makes out with her mom and married men, so you can never be sure.

So are Lindsay Lohan and Philipp Plein more than just friends? Her rep got right to the point, telling Celebuzz: “Lindsay is not dating Philipp Plein.”

Well, that clears that up.

On Sunday, the train wreck was seen striking a pose during a photo shoot for the Spring and Summer 2012 campaign. Philipp said of the new face of his brand:

“Lindsay is a beautiful, highly acclaimed actress and model. We will be able to create unique images: Refined and luxurious, but also full of sensuality.”

She's also full of other things beginning with the letter S.

Former movie star Lindsay Lohan actually secured a paying job as the face of a new fashion collection from German designer Philipp Plein, according to reports.

Bizarrely, Lohan admitted the collaboration came about so “spontaneously” that she had not met Plein or even seen the line until her shoot this weekend.

Makes you wonder if Plein knew what he was getting into when he hired this hot mess. Anyway, here's LiLo at her new modeling gig on the shores of Lake Como, Italy ...

Aside from this, Lindsay has kept herself busy attending New York fashion week, being Vikram Chatwal's home wrecker and sucking face with her mom.

It's no wonder, then, that she's fallen well behind in her court ordered community service, having completed just 60 out of 480 mandatory hours so far.

Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lindsay to do 380 hours of community service at the Downtown Women's Center, and 100 at the L.A. County Morgue.

"Lindsay has completed about 60 hours at the Downtown Women's Center. Lindsay hasn't done any time at the morgue,” a source close to her said.

Lohan did complete her shoplifting class, but we don't suspect the community service stats are going to sit well at her progress hearing next month.
