Shawn Holley is saying goodbye to Lindsay Lohan for good.

Her attorney has had enough of her antics and is in the process of filling out paperwork and getting the necessary signatures to officially withdraw from her case.

All before Lindsay's hearing on January 30, too. Ouch.

Nooooo!!!

Earlier this month, Lindsay fired Shawn while the lawyer was ON HER WAY to the courthouse to discuss a plea bargain in Lindsay's most recent legal entanglement.

Despite stunning court costs and debts that have left Lindsay Lohan broke or close to it, she's turned down a HUGE offer from Dancing With the Stars.

She needs money. She could desperately use an image makeover. DWTS could provide both in a heartbeat. But she doesn't wanna do reality shows.

Lindsay Lohan Chins

The actress was made several offers to join DWTS this spring. The final offer was $550,000, or 4-5 times what most DWTS cast members make.

Given the IRS seizing her accounts, one would think she'd snatch that up in a second, but no, she says she'll NEVER do reality TV. Only movies.

The irony/stupidity of that statement is that after Liz & Dick and The Canyons, her film stock is going down faster than a drunk Lindsay on Max George.

Good luck, LiLo.

Lindsay Lohan is not interested in any plea bargain.

She's innocent, people! Can't you understand that?

According to TMZ, despite the fact that the prosecutor in her car crash case was willing to deal and allow her to avoid jail time, she won't plea bargain, period.

Lohan Freaks Out

The latest chapter in this bizarre saga unfolded last week, when her attorney Shawn Holley was on her way to court to negotiate a deal on her behalf.

Holley was then fired unceremoniously by Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan's trial date has been set for February 27.

The star's alleged lie to cops investigating a car crash last June could send her back to jail, and confusion is running rampant over who represents Lohan.

Li-Lo

Lindsay fired lawyer Shawn Holley, who has repped her for years, earlier this week - only to have Holley show up and enter a plea of not guilty for her.

"Do you still represent Ms. Lohan?" Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner Jane Godfrey, confused, asked Holley in a hearing Tuesday.

"Yes, at this point, yes," said Holley.

Michael Lohan is adamant that daughter Lindsay Lohan is NOT a hooker, dammit … despite being quoted just hours earlier saying that she's basically a high-priced escort.

  • Mike Lohan Photograph
  • Linds Lohan

As we reported earlier, a new Star/Radar expose claims Lohan is an actual, highly-paid escort. The celebrity gossip publication quotes MiLo saying she's "getting paid to date rich men."

According to the reports, these "dates" can last up to a week and the men shower her with lavish, six-figure gifts like jewelry and money - several of her alleged clients are even named.

Lindsay Lohan is an actual, high-class escort who pays her bills by dating rich men, according to a new report ... using quotes from her father, Michael Lohan.

Just when you think you've heard everything.

Lindsay Lohan Boobs Picture

Desperate for money, the troubled actress has, celebrity gossip site Radar Online claims, begun offering up her "services" as a professional escort.

Bolstering this claim? None other than her dear ol' dad.

The producers of Lindsay Lohan's upcoming indie film The Canyons are flat out stunned that the movie has been rejected by The Sundance Film Festival.

Obviously, they believe the snub is largely Lindsay's fault.

Sundance originally reached out to producers to screen the movie at the annual event, and The Canyons producers were led to believe it was a lock.

Not the case. Sundance passed, reason not given.

Lindsay Lohan just dodged another legal bullet. After firing Shawn Holley, her longtime lawyer nevertheless showed up and entered a plea for her in court.

Had Holley bailed, after being dismissed a day earlier, a warrant would likely have been issued for Lohan's arrest. She's playing with fire, that's for sure.

Lindsay Lohan Plastered

Linds faces a probation violation, charges of lying to law enforcement and - 3,000 miles away - a separate case in which she was arrested for punching some chick.

She's lookin' at up to eight months for the probation violation alone, criminal counts aside. Which begs the question: Will she be behind bars at some point this year?

Girl's been a wizard at wriggling out of these things, but she's getting more and more out of control, and the sheer volume of legal woes will be tough to surmount.

Vote in THG's office pool below - and realize that a "yes" vote does include the brief stints she is known for. If it's an 82-minute stay before posting bail, you win.

Will Lindsay Lohan go to jail in 2013?

Lindsay Lohan entered a plea of not guilty today and dodged another legal bullet - all thanks to Shawn Holley, the lawyer Lindsay fired not even 24 hours ago.

Truth can be stranger than fiction sometimes.

J-A-I-L-B-I-R-D

When the judge asked if she was still representing Lindsay, whose probation was revoked after she was charged with lying to police, Shawn replied:

"At this point, yes. The representation issue will be nailed down."

Lindsay Lohan pulled a dumb move Monday, even by her lofty standards. She could have avoided jail time, again, by accepting a plea deal for "lockdown rehab."

Instead, she fired her longtime lawyer, Shawn Holley, who was literally on the way to the courthouse to make it happen ... that's really smart, Lindsay. Brava.

Li-Lo! Li-Lo! Li-Lo!

Refresher: The Santa Monica City Attorney's office is prosecuting Lindsay for allegedly lying to cops after her June car crash on Pacific Coast Highway.

They were willing to keep Lindsay out of jail, under the condition that she agree to check into serious, in-patient rehab for at least six months.
