Looks like Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan have buried the hatchet.

We know. You can all breathe an enormous sigh of sweet relief.

The ho-cialites partied together in Malibu this weekend, with Lohan rolling over to Hilton's beach pad for a small shindig with some of Paris' friends.

Paris' sister Nicky, actress Emma Roberts and Inception star Lukas Haas were among those on hand, with one source at the party saying:

"Everyone was so surprised when Lindsay walked in; we thought they didn’t get along. But they immediately gave each other a big hug."

The crew kicked it on the beach, in Paris' hot tub and had a mini dance party - and not once did anyone see Lohan drink ANY alcohol.

Sources say Paris is "very excited" about her friendship with Lohan, adding that after they rekindled it, "She LOVED seeing her again."

We're glad to hear it and lope it lasts. Now we just need to get Britney Spears back in the mix to fully reunite the 2006 ho train.

Lindsay Lohan is PISSED that people are saying she partied like a madman Saturday night, denying she was fall-down drunk as she left a Hollywood hotel.

LiLo tells TMZ that, as always, she is the victim of lies and bad press. "Reports of me being intoxicated and not even able to stand are nothing but absurd."

Despite reports to the contrary, the troubled actress saclaimsys she wasn't even drinking during her friend's birthday party at the Palihouse hotel.

One of Lindsay's friends backs her up, telling the site that, "Lindsay walked out of the party fine and she never once couldn't stand up by herself."

It's strange how someone can come up with such detailed lies."

Strange ... until you realize we have an entire album of Lindsay Lohan drunk pictures from recent years, and that she is an absolute train wreck.

Seriously, Linds. We don't want you to end up like Amy Winehouse.

Lindsay Lohan hit the town in Hollywood Saturday night, and reports say it was not necessarily a sober evening for the much-maligned actress.

It's worth noting that LiLo is allowed to drink - random alcohol and drug tests are no longer part of her probation - but still, you gotta wonder.

What will Judge Stephanie Sautner, who just reamed out Lohan last Thursday for not taking probation seriously enough, think of this behavior?

Lindsay might be hearing about this at her next court date.

Ending the night crying, screaming and "barely able to walk," as one witness says, is not likely to improve Lohan's standing with the judge.

Lindsay has also said, hilariously, that she's clean for life. If nothing else, this story is noteworthy for how delusional and/or dishonest she is.

She began her night at Chateau Marmont, and then headed over to Palihouse where her friend Michael Donegar celebrated his 25th birthday ...

Here's a new, unexpected entry in the Lindsay Lohan book of excuses.

The alleged actress, who was reamed out by a judge yesterday for not taking the terms of her probation seriously enough, offered this explanation for why she has yet to participate in court-ordered psychological treatment:

She can't afford it!

The actress' attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, said Lohan hasn't been able to maintain her psychological treatment because of "financial issues."

The judge was unmoved.

"If she doesn't have the means [to pay for it], she's got to find someone to help her out," Judge Stephanie Sautner said at the hearing.

Guess all those legal bills add up. Not to mention the fact that it's hard to secure a movie role when you spend half your life in court.

Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear today that she is unimpressed with Lindsay Lohan and her progress, or lack thereof, in completing her probation.

The actress was reamed out at a progress hearing and told that she had better complete her community service within a year of sentencing - or else.

"I'm not going to give five extra minutes," she said, adding, "I don't want to hear, 'Oh, I couldn't do it because I was on the set of a John Gotti movie.'"

The judge was frustrated that in two months since she somehow avoided jail for stealing a necklace, Lindsay has completed just four days out of 60.

Also upset that Lindsay had not enrolled in psychological counseling - as she's required to do - Sautner is giving her 21 days to sign up, or else!

The L.A. County Probation Dept. asked Judge Sautner to violate Lindsay's probation and remand her into custody for three alleged violations.

It's worth noting that two claims were bogus and the third - LiLo not returning a call from her probation officer - was resolved (she called back).

Judge Sautner made it very clear that she will revoke LiLo's probation if she doesn't get her a$$ in gear, but told off her probation officer, too.

Lindsay Lohan is being sued. We know, huge shocker there.

This morning's plaintiff is Dawn Holland, the former Betty Ford staff member who got into a melee with LiLo last December, and whose account of what transpired that evening has been murky and ever-changing from the get-go.

According to Holland's lawsuit against Lohan, the star unleashed the fury when she tried to give Lindsay a breathalyzer test at the famous rehab center.

New legal drama for LiLo ... for the first time all week!

Dawn claims Lindsay Lohan was "combative and violent" when confronted after sneaking off site - allegedly to go boozing - then returning after curfew.

In the lawsuit, Holland claims Lohan grabbed her right wrist, "twisting and pulling it for 8-10 seconds," which caused her to seek medical treatment.

Holland alleges "mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering" from the attack she says Lohan committed, and is demanding $1 million. Minimum.

Apparently the photo of Lindsay Lohan having her chest clutched by Spencer Falls isn't the most controversial image of the actress this weekend.

The owners of the jewelry store where Lohan stole that necklace are at war with a guy who was trying to hawk the surveillance tape of it.

A lawsuit appears imminent, according to TMZ.

Geoff and Sofia Kaman, owners of the infamous Kamofie & Company jewelry store, hired a broker, Christopher Spencer, to shop the surveillance tape.

Spencer reached a deal with the AP, which agreed to sell the tape of Lindsay Lohan committing the moderate-to-major necklace heist to media outlets.

The AP was to give Spencer a cut of the profits, which he would in turn share with the Kamans. But the Kamans believed he was stiffing them.

LiLo celebrated her newfound freedom with a photo shoot last week - her first since she was relieved from house arrest - for her friend Tyler Shields. 

From what we hear, Lindsay Lohan and Spencer Falls are not dating, but that doesn't mean he can't help a girl out when she Falls out of her clothes:

What was going through this guy's head at this exact, amorous moment? Hard to say, but only a few dozen men (and some women) have ever experienced it.

We have no idea what the artistic "point" of this shoot - taken at night inside the 2nd Street tunnel in downtown Los Angeles - was, but Tyler Shields has proven adept at getting Lindsay Lohan out of her clothes over the years.

She's well on her way to that Oscar.

Good to see Lindsay Lohan is staying true to her delusional, diva roots.

While LiLo recently participated in a photo shoot for Plum Miami Magazine (see her attempting to look hot below) the 25-year-old actress flaked on the accompanying interview at the last minute. Anyone surprised?

Writer Jacquelynn Powers describes her behavior on the set ...

"As we pulled up to the Fontainebleau, a bright orange parking cone was blocking the entrance. Not accustomed to waiting, apparently, she lowered the car's window and shouted, 'Move that cone. I'm Lindsay Lohan.' And it was done."

Noting that Lohan drank wine while discussing her sobriety, Powers says the actress was "constantly looking for drama, whether it was picking a fight with her younger sister, or freaking out over a lost pair of Zanotti heels."

Best of all, the train wreck said she "took ballet until she was 19 and was indignant that she was not considered for the movie Black Swan."

Being under house arrest wasn't about to stop Lindsay Lohan from doing whatever it is she does. Girl made money and a mockery of justice last month!

Members of the celebrity gossip media were puzzled when a tall, bamboo barricade was put on the roof of her Venice Beach house. Now we know why.

A Vanity Fair Italy photo shoot, showcasing Lohan posing on her roof and inside her new pad in all her sultry glory, just surfaced online and in print:

The shoot wasn't the only gig that Lindsay, who is now a free woman after wearing an ankle monitor for most of June, did while under house arrest.

She also shot a commercial for Beezid (dot) com and Air New Zealand. Talk about making the best of a bad situation. Here are more VF photos:
