It's been rumored for weeks, but it is now official. At least according to an Us Weekly source.
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are "definitely over," the tabloid reports.
The stars met while filming The Last Song in 2009 and got engaged about a year ago.
But the couple has not been spotted together in a long time, with new rumors popping up every time Miley does or does not wear her engagement ring.
According to a recent Miley Cyrus interview, her relationship is just fine.
She and fiance Liam Hemsworth are simply busy and don't have time to hit up Starbucks every morning.
And this is apparently terrible news for Chris and Luke Hemsworth, who Us Weekly claims to have staged an invention with their brother in April.
"They want him to end the romance for good," an insider tells the tabloid.
The Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth wedding has not been called off, contrary to previous reports, and an insider gives E! News a very good reason why:
It was never officially on!
"You can't postpone a wedding that never had a date in the first place," the source says, citing articles that claimed the Miley and Liam engagement was over:
"Their plan all along was to wait a couple of years before even thinking about a date. The People story is ridiculous."

Don't buy her denials, either, says the insider, noting, “While Miley has insisted they are still together, right now they are very, very much apart."
The news, while not confirmed by either party, comes amid multiple reports of trouble in paradise and the pair more or less parting ways for weeks.
