LeAnn Rimes says she feels bullied by weight critics.

At the same time, she gets an awful lot of press because of said critics and by going back and forth on Twitter with them and speaking out on television.

Just saying.

Eddie Cibrian's wife says, in an interview with the AP, that her weight has definitely gone up and down, but doesn't see this as a reason to be concerned.

"[When I] was going through a divorce, I couldn't get out of bed... I gained 10 pounds, then I lost 10 pounds because I'm moving around and working," she said.

"I don't stop, and no one sees that [a woman's weight loss] actually can happen like naturally. It's a natural progression of life."

"It has to be some big deal and some issue," the country star added. "I'm glad there are people out there that are smarter than that and they don't buy into it."

LeAnn Rimes has spent much of this year sparring with her weight critics, be they her own Twitter followers, celebrity gossip sites or even fellow stars.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show Thursday, the singer says she feels like a victim of bullies - in this case the media - in the wake of the constant speculation.

"I’ve kind of gotten over it when it comes to myself," she said, criticizing those who mock her because it's insulting to people with real eating disorders.

"These are diseases. Using them as name calling, it’s almost bullying. I feel for people are actually going through these diseases. I’m not one of them."

Asked by Ellen if she's "not anorexic in any way or bulimic at all," Rimes said, "No, I am not but I do feel like the press … they’ve been very irresponsible."

"Calling a lot of people fat or anorexic or bulimic or whatever it may be, it just seems like bullying now," Rimes said, "instead of really taking these diseases seriously that a lot of people are going through."

"That’s good that you got to clear that up," DeGeneres said.

Her husband, Eddie Cibrian, defended Rimes earlier this week, calling his spouse a workout fiend with a very healthy appetite, and the rumors revolving around her body irritate him as "she eats more than I do sometimes!"

LeAnn Rimes' weight has become a cause for concern.

Everybody from Twitter followers to Giuliana Rancic has been weighing in (pun intended) on the country star's frame of late, even as Rimes repeatedly asserts that her thin physique is due to exercise, not starvation.

Her husband, Eddie Cibrian, says he can vouch for that.

The Playboy Club star told Access Hollywood that rumors regarding his wife irritate him because "I know she’s healthy - she eats more than I do sometimes!"

"She eats healthy, but she works out pretty hard too, and she actually takes pride in the way she looks," Cibrian added. "It’s a shame that people will jump on the bandwagon just because she is fit - and she’s far from unhealthy."

"[LeAnn] works out like crazy... she works out hard. She boxes. She trains."

The latest round of hubbub about LeAnn's weight began August 30, when bikini photos were published online showing a much thinner, more vascular LeAnn.

Rimes shoots back at her critics frequently. This time, Eddie did it for her.

Even Giuliana Rancic thinks LeAnn Rimes is too thin. Not a good sign.

The E! News personality, known for a slender figure herself, recently said she'd love to feed Rimes, saying "She lost a lot of weight from all the stress in her life. She seems a little thin right now and I think she looks great when she's a bit curvier."

Last night, LeAnn heard about Rancic's advice and was not happy.

Rimes Tweeted: "@GiulianaRancic hey, we should go to dinner sometime. You get criticized all the time for how small you are ... You can see just HOW MUCH I eat and maybe put a stop to this crazy 'shrinking' once and for all."

"Then we should workout together! Good luck with your restaurant!!!!"

LeAnn gets testy about her weight, as we know. One of her own fans soon found this out firsthand after she mixed it up with her on the subject.

LeAnn Rimes is becoming known as much for fired up Tweets about her weight as she is for her music. Well, maybe not quite, but you see our point.

The wife of Eddie Cibrian furiously took to the social media site to berate a fellow diner who caught the couple eating at a Chicago restaurant Friday.

Here's what she wrote, obviously irate:

"How dare someone come to me at a table w/ the boys & tell me I need to eat something. What is wrong with people!? AS I'm stuffing my face... just have another drink and maybe take a class in manners! Cheers!"

Like Kate Middleton, people love to obsess over Rimes' size.

Photos of LeAnn have been publicized since April, when a shockingly thin Rimes appeared at the NCAA championship game to sing the National Anthem. Months later, she was criticized over bikini photos of herself on the beach.

Perhaps, in an effort to negate claims of an eating disorder, Rimes followed up with this tweet Saturday: "Pizza and Chinese food for us tonight!"

She combined all of the above recently, frolicking on the beach with her husband and having him snap this photo of her in response to her weight critics:

The 28-year-old singer, who's often criticized for being too thin, did look healthy in her black two-piece bathing suit. Healthy and gorgeous.

"Curves!" she wrote. "They are there. LOL."

A few hours later, Rimes, who said she's lost weight simply by becoming a fitness fanatic, tweeted "I need ice cream" and then "drumsticks!"

Sounds like a healthy appetite to us ...

LeAnn Rimes wants critics of her lean bikini body to know one thing: she's fine.

The country star says all the "hoopla about my body" – which intensified after photos of her in a bikini emerged from her recent honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas with Eddie Cibrian – has been hurtful and unnecessary.

"People are calling me bulimic or anorexic," she tells People, "and these are real, serious issues and diseases – that I don't have."

"For someone who is healthy, who works hard for my body, it's very frustrating," she adds. "I work out and take care of myself, but not in an over-obsessive way."

Adds her trainer, Michael Jackson at Equinox in Woodland Hills, Calif.: "My primary concern with her is that she's toned and healthy. And she is."

LeAnn Rimes is taking on the haters again.

For the second time this spring, the washed-up singer has responded to a Twitter follower who thinks LeAnn ought to increase her food intake. Regarding the following photo, someone wrote to Rimes:

"Whoa, you're scary skinny! Sorry don't mean to offend but that's a lot of bones showing through skin."

Rimes, condescendingly, disagrees.

"Those are called abs not bones, love," she shot back. "This is my body, and I can promise you I'm a healthy girl. I'm just lean."

New husband and The Playboy Club star, Eddie Cibrian, likely agrees. But do you? Is Rimes underweight?

LeAnn Rimes caught considerable flak for her appearance at the NCAA title game last night, and did not mince words firing back at critics on Twitter.

Rimes, who recently called a truce with Brandi Glanville, now has other detractors to focus on - those who said she's looking way too thin lately.

"To those who have to turn to other's lives and judge with no real knowledge of how anyone lives, you can you know what!" she posted Tuesday.
