Brandi Glanville is lashing out over online rumors that she's been having an affair with her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, insisting she would "never do that."

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been linked to her ex since his current wife, LeAnn Rimes, checked into a treatment facility last month.

"I'm NOT cheating with my ex husband I would never do that #EWWWWWW," Glanville, who has publicly supported Rimes, wrote on Twitter Sunday.

Glanville and Rimes have famously been at odds since her affair with Cibrian when he was still married to Brandi and LeAnn was Mrs. Dean Sheremet.

Despite a bitter relationship that included Glanvile threatening to kill LeAnn, she, Eddie and Rimes appeared to have reached a truce in recent months.

"I totally support LeAnn's decision to enter rehab," she said in a statement. "My top priority is my children and at the end of the day we are a family."

Rumors persisted that LeAnn's stress and anxiety issues stem from Glanville finally getting revenge for Rimes' wrecking her marriage to the actor.

Not the case, she insists, though the affair likely played an indirect role in driving LeAnn to seek treatment. She's endured merciless bullying over it.

The country star left her in-patient treatment program Friday for three days of concerts. She's announced she'll be returning to the facility Monday.

Brandi Glanville has issued a statement in support of LeAnn Rimes, the embattled star who infamously played a role in the breakup of her marriage to Eddie Cibrian.

Whatever their differences, Brandi has her back now.

The day after her 30th birthday on August 28, LeAnn Rimes admitted herself into a 30-day inpatient treatment facility for anxiety and stress-related issues.

Glanville, who has feuded publicly with Rimes, says she wishes Cibrian's current wife - who suffered a bullying-related breakdown - a full and fast recovery.

"I totally support LeAnn's decision to enter rehab ... my top priority is my children, and at the end of the day we are a family," Brandi said in a statement.

"LeAnn is their stepmom, and they love her. I am wishing her all the best and I hope she will find what she is looking for while in rehab."

Us Weekly claims Rimes is fixated on Eddie Cibrian's wandering eye, worried that he will cheat on her as he did Brandi (with Rimes) a few years back.

More likely, though, is that Rimes has been bullied online since their extramarital affair and hasn't taken the steps to extricate herself from Twitter.

"She is simply there to learn and develop coping mechanisms," her rep said in a August 30 statement, adding that her critics have been "vitriolic."

LeAnn Rimes' prolific Tweeting is apparently something her husband, Eddie Cibrian, took issue with long before she sought treatment for stress issues.

The 30-year-old singer announced she has entered facility to treat “stress and anxiety,” having endured a relentless, vitriolic campaign of cyber-bullying.

But could LeAnn Rimes' emotional breakdown have been prevented?

Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes

Even though he's been nothing but supportive of his wife through this bullying ordeal, for Eddie Cibrian, this may be an I-told-you-so-moment of sorts.

From her over-sharing about Eddie's kids to posting countless bikini pics and chatting with fans for hours on end, the actor has long been concerned.

“Eddie hates Twitter and doesn’t want LeAnn to be on there so much,” a source close to the couple said, and this was before the star's breakdown.

“He would ask her to not meet people through Twitter and wanted her to get off of there ... he thought she was out of control and not able to handle it."

Eddie was worried about his wife’s interaction on the Internet with fans and detractors, and for good reason, as it looks to have taken a severe toll.

Two people LeAnn claims to have extended an olive branch to recorded her illegally and posted excerpts of their conversation online. She's suing.

Bottom line ... Rimes' haters need to chill out and take it down a notch or 20, but LeAnn may want to follow Eddie's advice on this one as well.

The LeAnn Rimes bullying saga, which came to a head earlier this week and landed her in a treatment for emotional issues, has taken another unexpected turn.

The singer has filed a lawsuit against Kimberly Smiley and Lexi Smiley, two women she claims illegally taped a conversation with her and posted it online.

LeAnn Rimes says the Smileys are supporters of Brandi Glanville - Eddie Cibrian's ex - and launched a campaign to trash her after she started seeing him.

LeAnn and Eddie had an affair several years ago while both were married to other people; both stars got divorced and then married each other in 2011.

The campaign of terror against her never ceased, however. Earlier this year, LeAnn claims she called Kimberly in an attempt to stop the online bullying.

During the conversation, LeAnn says she attempted to be kind and said she just wanted peace ... but Kimberly and Lexi secretly recorded the phone call.

According to Rimes, they posted out-of-context excerpts online painting her in a "false and negative light" and calling LeAnn "crazy and delusional."

LeAnn is suing for invasion of privacy. Her attorney says she'll seek police help in an effort to get the people responsible for the recording prosecuted.

Brandi Glanville has feuded publicly with LeAnn in recent years, and it's clear the Smileys are "supporters" of Brandi, but it's unclear if they even know her.

Rimes is in a treatment facility for stress and anxiety management; it is not a rehab center for substance abuse or eating disorders, as has been rumored.

We just learned that LeAnn Rimes is in treatment for anxiety and stress a few hours ago, but apparently it was a long time coming for the country star.

She was, and is, embroiled in a battle that is draining her emotionally.

No, not against Brandi Glanville. LeAnn Rimes feels she has become a victim of severe bullying online and is trying to turn the tables on her detractors.

The 30-year-old has accumulated a ton of offensive Tweets written about her, among a circle of private individuals and is exploring her legal options.

"There has been this cyber-bullying that has been going on for a considerable period of time," her lawyer Larry Stein told Celebuzz in an interview.

"Apparently, most of this started when LeAnn started dating Eddie Cibrian," he said. "These women have been merciless ... vitriolic in their attacks."

"They don't understand who she is or who she stands for."

Why LeAnn simply doesn't delete her Twitter or stop reading the @ mentions is an open question, but as for the bullies, these Twitter users are no joke.

LeAnn Rimes is seeking help for emotional issues.

The country star "has voluntarily entered a 30 day in-patient treatment facility to cope with anxiety and stress," her rep Marcel Pariseau said in a statement.

"While there will be speculation regarding her treatment, she is simply there to develop coping mechanisms. While privacy isn't expected, it's certainly appreciated."

Rimes checked in on Wednesday, a day after she turned 30.

"This is just a time for me to emotionally check out for a second and take care of myself and come back in 30 days as the best woman I can be," she says.

"All the things in my life will be there when I get out, but you know what? I'm hoping they are not going to affect me as much," says the wife of Eddie Cibrian.

"I'll have the tools to know how to deal with them."

Rimes' husband is the first to praise her courage.

"My wife is the most remarkable and courageous woman I know," says Cibrian. "I am so proud of her for having the strength to finally take some time for herself."

"I will be with her every step of the way."

Though she's been a victim of body bullying (and death threats from Brandi Glanville), her rep LeAnn does not suffer from eating disorders and/or substance abuse.

Whatever the catalyst, we wish her only the best.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville admits she's got quite a temper and likes to speak her mind, but does not actually wish to kill LeAnn Rimes.

In an interview with Australia's NW magazine earlier this week, the 39-year-old admitted she had violent urges the first time she saw LeAnn with her children.

"I remember walking up and there she was with my baby in her lap," she said of the woman Eddie Cibrian left her for, then married. "My blood was boiling ... I thought I was going to kill her. I really thought I was going to physically hurt her."

But Glanville clarified to E! News that while her "total irrational fury" was real, and not even something she regrets, she never meant to literally threaten LeAnn's life.

"Every mother has those protective mother-bear feelings, but I obviously didn't want to kill her," she said. "It was a figure of speech."

She also revealed that Sunday, she and Rimes exchanged Mother's Day emails, and that they've had three-ways (in therapy) with Cibrian to "open up lines of communication."

Brandi Glanville admitted that like many other moments in this ongoing truce, group therapy has been "uncomfortable" at times, but overall a positive experience that's enabled them to act civilly for the sake of the children. That's good at least.

Glanville says she even invited her ex-husband and Rimes over for Easter. "I did it for the kids. I don't know many ex-wives who would do that," she said. "I'm not a hateful person."

Just a slightly crazy one.

LeAnn Rimes' uneasy relationship with Brandi Glanville has been well established, but new reports have shed light on just how uneasy things once were.

Glanville, now a star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, made other threats so serious that Rimes seriously considered getting a restraining order.

Rimes, now married to Glanville’s ex-husband Eddie Cibrian, began an affair with Eddie while he and Brandi were married. This did not go over well.

“Brandi has told LeAnn to her face multiple times that she would kill her if she could,” a source close told Celebuzz of the bad blood that boiled.

Should LeAnn be scared for her safety? Even now?

“LeAnn is scared of Brandi and believes she is unstable. LeAnn’s own mother is concerned for her daughter’s safety too and regularly calls her to tell her so.”

In an interview with Australia’s NW magazine, Brandi Glanville recalled how she flew into a rage the first time she saw Rimes at her son’s soccer game.

“I remember walking up to practice and there she was with my baby in her lap,” Brandi said. “My blood was boiling, and I thought I was going to kill her."

"I really thought I was going to physically hurt her."

“But that was the first time I saw her that way – she was sitting in my soccer chair, under my tent, she’s got my kid on her lap and she’s there with my husband, and that was that little moment of total irrational fury.”

Bravo was set to make Brandi Glanville a regular on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills before she revealed her kids could not appear, reports say.

Her ex, Eddie Cibrian, and his new wife LeAnn Rimes put the kibosh on that.

Brandi was to graduate from ‘friend’ to full-fledged cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in Season 3, but Bravo yanked the offer.

“Bravo wanted her to have her kids on the show in order to expand story lines,” a source says of Glanville. “But Leann and Eddie wouldn't allow it.”

Eddie and LeAnn, who just marked their one-year anniversary by renewing their vows, started an affair while married to their respective spouses.

They filed for divorce and married each other not long afterward.

Despite the multiple photo-ops where the exes are seen smiling at the kids’ events together, there's still plenty of tension between Eddie's women.

Move over, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian marked a year of wedded bliss by renewing their vows this week as well.

LeAnn and Eddie got married April 22 of last year. Friday, they took a romantic trip to Calabasas, Calif., where they decided to exchange I-dos once more.

"We renewed our vows today....it's incredible to thank each other for the past year as husband and wife," Rimes tweeted. "Here's to another great year!"

Mr. & Mrs. Cibrian

LeAnn and Eddie, who were married to Dean Sheremet and Brandi Glanvllle, respectively, when they first got together, have come a long way since then.

Weathering a storm of criticism, they've settled into their new life nicely.

The pair spent time relaxing near the ocean, with Rimes tweeting, "CHILLING....listening to Radiohead and enjoying the view... man and beach :)."

Saturday, the Twitter-loving country singer said, "Eddie and I went climbing on the rocks in the ocean yesterday to see the thousands of crabs. I did not realize til now just how dab I kicked a rock with two of my toes...OUCH."

Ouch indeed … but at least true love heals all woulds, or something.

Congrats on one year, LeAnn and Eddie, and best of luck in year #2!
