And just like that, the fourth season of Teen Mom 2 is officially underway!

Monday, we picked up pretty much where Season 3 left off ... basically the usual Jenelle drama, plus surprising revelations from Leah, Kailyn and Chelsea.

Leah Messer gave birth to a baby girl February 4. Or so we're told.

Reports circulated through celebrity news media that she went into labor during the Super Bowl and welcomed a daughter - her third - the next day.

She never actually commented on it herself, though ... until now!

Sort of.

"I need a tan now that I'm all skinny and such! LOL," the Teen Mom 2 star wrote to a Twitter follower this week, regarding her plans to go on a cruise.

Leah Messer raised many an eyebrow on Monday's Teen Mom 2 Season 3 reunion when she insinuated that she'd have "no problem" leaving fiance Jeremy Calvert.

For ex-husband Corey Simms.

However, Season 3 is ancient history in Teen Mom 2 years. Seriously, a week their time is like six months regular person time. Things change quickly.

Leah Messer made the same point on Twitter after the reunion show aired, telling fans that it's all good now. "Wow, So much has changed!" she wrote.

Leah Messer Calvert of Teen Mom 2 is a mother again!

Already mom to two three-year-old girls, the reality star welcomed her first child, a baby girl, with husband Jeremy Calvert on Monday, February 4.

"Yes, the time is near," the MTV star tweeted Sunday.

"Can't wait to meet you little Miss Calvert!"

Leah Messer shares Aleeah and Ali with ex-husband Corey Simms, whom she divorced in April 2011; she married pipeline engineer Calvert in June 2012.

In advance of this evening's emotional third season-ender, MTV has announced the official premiere date for Teen Mom 2 Season 4. And it's hella soon!

Jenelle Evans, Chelsea Houska, Leah Messer Calvert, and Kailyn Lowry return in just two weeks. February 18 marks the start of the fourth season.

A two-hour reunion special hosted by Dr. Drew Pinsky will air next Monday, February 11, before Season 4 gets underway. Will that season be its last?

Last week, multiple sources erroneously reported Teen Mom 2 canceled already, while others said it is "definitely on its way out" after Season 4.
