Leah Messer Calvert announced on the second half of MTV's Teen Mom 2 reunion special Monday night that she is pregnant with her third child!

Or was, anyway.

On last season's Teen Mom 2 reunion, Leah promised Dr. Drew that she wouldn’t try to get pregnant with new husband Jeremy Calvert any time soon.

So much for that.

As a 20-year-old remarried mom of twins, Leah is the last person who should be thinking about having kids, but hey. It's been done at this point.

This week on Teen Mom 2, Jenelle Evans was seen strung out on hard a$$ drugs in an episode that seems sadly fitting given the events of this month.

Her mother, Barbara, then went to extreme lengths to try to help her.

Meanwhile, Kailyn and Javi tied the knot, Leah's baby Ali underwent a muscle biopsy and Chelsea got back in the swing of school ... at least for now.

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer Calvert has finally confirmed that she gave birth to a baby girl February - with a photo of the new arrival, named Addalynn!

Here's a family pic of Leah, husband Jeremy Calvert, baby Addalynn and her twins Aliannah and Aleeah, 3, from her previous marriage to Corey Simms:

"We were amazed ... she was so beautiful," the reality star tells Us Weekly of meeting her tiny baby. " She reached out and grabbed hold of Jeremy's little finger."

It was very emotional."
