Stay who you are and don't let anybody change you. You handled the mess with Audrina very well. Seems she has turned into quite the fame whore with no real loyalty. I know ya love Lo but she is not coming off well. Maybe you could talk with her cause we are not loving her. Stay true to Brody, I believe the guy really cares for you. I predict that when he grows up he will want his Lauren. I love the way you handled the Heidi letter - no bitterness. It shows what a great person you are. I don't think Heidi is the same person you loved and cared for so much so keep that in mind when you start missing her. You can never go backwards. I know your parents are proud. Fell sorry for Stephanie because I think that whole family must have sucked. But don't trust her any further than you can throw her. Stay busy on the show and have fun. Don't let people bring you down. Be happy! Look what you have accomplished. I strongly suggest you be a friend to Holly. She needs someone if Spencer hasn't already murdered her and buried the body. Yep he could be a serial killer with his sicko personality.

Hey Lauren, I think that your beautiful, a true friend, honest, and will be successful in anything that you do. Alot of drama and situations arise around you, and you deal with them matturely. Even watching the show and seeing others such as Heidi upset that they are no longer in your life, there is a reason. Who would not miss you, and people change even if you once cared for them or were so close. You'll always have the memories of the good times together, but when people around you change for the worse, I am proud to say that you are a leader, stay strong, and do not follow in thier ways. I know that Heidi used to be there for you and was such a great friend to you at one time, but she has changed so drastically becaue of Spencer and you are smart to keep loyal people around you, even though sometimes i bet it feels hard. Please keep up being amazing, and do not change just beacause you are in Hollywood. ash
