The douchebag of a photographer has worn a t-shirt bearing Smith's likeness, and posed for tabloid photos by her grave. Yes, he really did this. But there's one person who hasn't fully received this message:

How has Larry tried to explain the tragic situation to the four-year old? That should be none of our business, but Birkhead is never one to not exploit his child for attention.

The sorry excuse for a human being invited tabloid photographers to daughter Dannielynn's birthday party last year, which would have been his most disgraceful act as a parent to date... except that he actually did the same to Anna Nicole Smith's grave the year before. Yes, her grave.

Now, Birkhead has cashed in on his daughter again, revealing pieces of information about Dannielynn to E! News because... he's getting paid piles of money for it? He feels a responsibility to the public to share secrets about an innocent four-year old? Form your own opinions on this despicable man below, as you read excerpts from his interview:

On missing Smith: "I know what I had with Anna, and I have a 38-pound reminder walking around my house every day."

On how awesome of a father he is: "[Dannielynn is] with me every single day. I spend tons of time with her. That is one of my biggest accomplishments. She knows the happiness she gets at home and from the people around her."

On Anna's drug problem: "If she stopped taking methadone she could have died, the baby could have died."

On similarities between Dannielynn  and Anna Nicole: "She already has motherly like instincts. She's playing with her mom's dolls."

The celebrities in question, who have no shame and no means of making bank any other way, will then get a cut of the sale.

Meanwhile, in wholly unrelated news, Larry Birkhead took daughter Dannielynn to the farmer's market in Los Angeles yesterday. At least one paparazzi member just happened to also be on hand and Larry just happened to look up at all the right moments...

Let's give Larry Birkhead credit for honesty.

Ever since Anna Nicole Smith's death, this total loser has exploited his former lover's passing by posing the daughter he had with her (Dannielynn) for various paparazzi and tabloid photo ops. Seriously, look at this and try not to vomit.

We've called Birkhead out on numerous occasions because he likely made money off his child, a despicable act, especially considering the fact that life in the spotlight couldn't have helped Anna Nicole with her substance abuse problems over the years.

Now, Larry is at it again - but at least he admits that he's exploiting Smith's memory for cold, hard cash.

Birkhead is auctioning off Anna Nicole's Mercedes, dog bed and pieces of artwork to raise funds for himself and his thre-year-old daughter.

"It's like, do I want to hold on to one of Anna's dresses, or do I want to try to help Dannielynn's future," Birkhead said, trying to sound altruistic. "We have money. We have more than enough to survive on. [Auction proceeds] would just supplement that."

Know what else would supplement the money you've already made off Smith's legacy, Larry? Getting a job!

The auction will take place on June 26 and proceeds will go to the Anna Nicole and Daniel Wayne Smith Foundation. This would be a noble idea, if causes other than Larry Birkhead himself benefitted from it.

Once the cameras grow weary of your attempts to remain in the news by thrusting your daughter in the spotlight, you must adjust. How does a dedicated, shameless attention-getter change things up?

A photographer, Birkhead knows what sells. That's why he's seen here in a shirt that honors Anna Nicole Smith in the most appropriate way possible: by milking her likeness for fame and fortune.

It's really not a question of how much Birkhead made for posing with this top on. It may have been nothing at all. It's a question of how he sleeps at night.

Howard K. Stern's list of legal issues just got (slightly) shorter.

The lawyer and former Anna Nicole Smith "companion" has settled the $60 million defamation lawsuit he had filed against former MSNBC anchor Rita Cosby.

A petition for dismissal was filed on Friday, Stern attorney Steve Sadow confirms, but did not comment further "pursuant to the terms of the settlement."

Stern was seeking that massive sum after certain allegations were amde in Cosby's Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death.

Cosby (falsely) claimed Stern and Larry Birkhead were lovers.

The (bogus) sexual relationship of these two led to a lawsuit.

That was the biggie. But she also suggested the former rivals hatched a secret deal in which Stern agreed to support Birkhead's bid for custody of Dannielynn as a quid pro quo for Birkhead's support for Stern to remain executor of Smith's estate.

Executors take hefty commissions for their efforts, anywhere from 3-6 percent at the least - an eight-figure payday considering Smith's $400 million.

Earlier this year, Stern dropped similar defamation claims against former Smith bodyguard Mark Speer, whom Stern claimed was Cosby's main source.

Stern is still seeking punitive damages against defendant Elizabeth "Jackie" Hatten, the sister of one of Smith's ex-beaus, Mark "Hollywood" Hatten.

Not such good news for Stern? The fact that he's being prosecuted for a litany of felonies as an enabler of Smith who contributed to her death.

Last night's Hollywood premiere of This Is It, the much-touted documentary of Michael Jackson's final rehearsals, attracted celebrities from A-to-D-list.

Ian Ziering was also able to make it.

Who knew he was still alive? Considering he was like 35 when he starred on the first 90210, he must be like 50 now. And looks great! Note: Ian is 45.

Also on hand was Larry Birkhead. We can't remember the last time we saw him outside of a courtroom or OK! photo shoot he most likely got paid for!

Who looked better, Ian Ziering or Larry Birkhead?

Testifying at Howard K. Stern's preliminary hearing Monday, Larry Birkhead was asked if a prosecutor in the case tried to unfairly influence his testimony.

During cross examination, Ellyn Garafalo, a lawyer for Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who is on trial along with Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich on 23 felony counts related to the death of Anna Nicole Smith, asked Birkhead some interesting questions.

Namely, Garafalo asked if Deputy D.A. Sarah Slice cornered him in the hall last Friday and accused him of taking Howard K. Stern's side when he testified.

Larry Birkhead said the conversation did take place and he felt chastised.

Birkhead testified Slice suggested something was developmentally wrong with his daughter Dannielynn because of Anna Nicole Smith's history of drug use.

Outside court, Birkhead said Dannielynn was not only fine, some doctors have told him she's advanced for her age. She sure seems happy and adorable ...

As we reported last week, Birkhead was highly critical of Stern in the wake of Smith's death, but the two later resolved their differences and get along well.

Perhaps to establish his motives, whatever they are, Birkhead was then asked what he makes from media outlets. He testified he's raked in about $2 million.

One can assume, given that statement, that he has been paid money to appear in photos and magazine articles with Dannielynn. Not judging, just saying.

It's all subject to your own interpretation. Some might say that makes him a horrible, exploitive father. Others might not. Hey, THG reports, you criticize!

The prosecutor was then asking about reality shows, until the judge jumped in ... "I don't care about that unless it has to do with a balloon or something."

No word on whether Larry's gonna be on Millionaire Matchmaker.

Larry Birkhead already has one special lady in his life.

Now he's reportedly going on reality TV to find another.

The ex-boyfriend of the late Anna Nicole Smith and father to her daughter Dannielynn is in talks to appear on Bravo's Millionaire Matchmaker, reports say.

"We are actually working, maybe, with Larry Birkhead," the show's star Patti Stanger herself said at the Fox Reality Channel Really Awards in Los Angeles.

"We are looking [into] that."

SIDE NOTE: Larry Birkhead is a millionaire?

Stanger, who just got engaged to Andy Friedman, says she already has history with Danniellyn's mom, who she set up with billionaire J. Howard Marshall.

Yup, the one whose son she allegedly wanted to murder.

"I knew Anna Nicole," Stanger said, wanting to help out her baby daddy now. "I fixed her up back in the day and I want that child to have a great mom."

But the professional love coach doesn't think Birkhead's mate should be a star. Instead, she would match him with an "all American, down to earth girl."

Hopefully, a nice girl that likes shaggy hair, long walks on the beach and posing for celebrity gossip magazine photo shoots with Dannielynn a lot.

Patti adds that the future Mrs. Larry Birkhead should be "a nurse or a teacher that’s not into all of this who would be a good stay-at-home mother."
