This week Khloe & Lamar's aired as rumors swirl around the couple in real life.

Amid divorce rumors and reports that the show will end after next week's season finale, having sort of killed Lamar's NBA career, the trials and tribulations of Rob Kardashian's allegely OCD behavior seemed a bit trivial.

Hey, sometimes they script this stuff too far in advance to stay topical.

Let's break down what went on Sunday in our Khloe & Lamar recap ...

Khloe and Lamar and Rob

"I've had different variations of things that I'm super anal about, or super OCD about," Rob explains. "It doesn't really affect my life ... we all are like that in my family." True, but Minus 10 because we're already bored.

At least Khlo has Malika and Rob to chill with. Plus 5.

Until she doesn't need them apparently. Jealousy arises as KK hangs with a brand new gal pal (and Russell Simmons ex), Porschla Coleman.

"I don't know if Malika feels threatened because I have a new friend," Khloe notes, "but no one is trying to have sex with me, like, I don't get why do you need to be protective." Minus 10 because that would make for a better show.

Khloe Kardashian wants to make one thing very clear: she's committed to her marriage.

Just because she and Lamar Odom made the perfectly rational decision to shelve their reality show - considering it was jeopardizing Odom's chances of signing with a new NBA team - doesn't mean they are getting divorced, people!

Lamar & Khloe

"I'm a modern girl, but you should put your husband first," Khloe says in this week's People Magazine cover story, adding that divorce is "not an option" for her.

Oohhh, subtle slam at sister Kim Kardashian, huh?

"We just wanted to prioritize a little," Kardashian explains of tabling Khloe & Lamar after season two. "We just wanted a little pause. Part of being married is knowing when your husband needs your support."

Another part of being married? Having the business sense to bank six figures from giving an exclusive interview about a non-existent rumor. We're actually being serious. Only the Kardashians could conjure up talk of divorce and then get paid for shooting it down. A reluctant tip of the cap in this case.

Lamar Odom has succeeded where so many before him have failed: at standing up to Kris Jenner.

The Kardashian matriarch had reportedly been pressuring her son-in-law to give up professional basketball and dedicate himself fully to the life of a talentless, shameless hack reality TV star.

But TMZ now confirms Odom has gone in the opposite direction and will be concluding his series with wife Khloe Kardashian after this season in order to focus on his faltering NBA career.

Khloe & Lamar Picture

The heretofore solid sixth man was placed on the inactive list by the Dallas Mavericks a few weeks ago after failing to connect with teammates, showing general laziness and falling to career lows in points and rebounds.

He's now intent, though, on reviving his career, with insiders saying he'll reside full-time in Los Angeles and work out with personal trainers.

The most recent episode of Khloe & Lamar earned -65 points from our critic, as it focused on Khloe's family visiting the struggling couple in Dallas.

This week on Khloe & Lamar, the couple continued struggling as they adjust to life in a new city, with a new team, no friends around, and so forth.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, Khloe's family paid a visit.

Lamar's return to L.A. was documented last week. Now it's Rob Kardashian and Kris Jenner's turn to come to Dallas. How did everything turn out?

Let's find out in Sunday's Khloe & Lamar recap ...

Lamar Odom on the Bench

"Being new to a city, not knowing anyone, I'm definitely lonely," Khloe Kardashian says. "Now that Rob's here it gives me someone to hang out with." Guess the best friend/assistant and camera crew aren't cutting it. Minus 10.

Khloe and Lamar reveal that they'd like Rob to move to Dallas. "I don't want to take a step backwards," he says. Ouch, Dallas. Ouch. Plus 20.

"I get it," Khloe says. "You have your own life, but Lamar needs you right now, Rob, like your boy is hurting…[and] I am really lonely in Dallas." Minus only 5, because as lame as Khloe is, what else does Rob have going on exactly?

"Mark Cuban takes care of me," Kris Jenner says. Minus 15 for Mark Cuban.

This is very sad but true: Kris Jenner had a better year than Lamar Odom.

The matriarch of the richest family on reality TV just negotiated a new $40 million deal for her children... while a listless Odom averaged a career low in points and rebounds and was cut by the Mavs.

So we suppose it's not too shocking that Jenner thinks she can offer her son-in-law professional advice which, according to a Hollywood Life insider, goes like this: forget the NBA. Focus on E!.

Lamar Odom in Action

“Kris is eager for Khloe and Lamar to do another season of their reality show," this Kardashian source claims, but:

"[Khloe] doesn’t want to push Lamar into doing anything he doesn’t want to do because she knows it will only backfire. Kris thinks doing another season will help their relationship, but the real reason she wants them to do another season of Khloe & Lamar is because she thinks the show keeps them relevant."

This week on Khloe & Lamar, the tandem took a brief hiatus from having emotional talks about babies to get all emotional about Odom's return to L.A.

"I got a game coming up versus the L.A. Lakers, my former team," he says of his first game back. "It's going to be a little weird playing against them."

How did Lamar do against Kobe Bryant, Metta World Peace & Co.? It almost didn't matter, given the warm reception he was given at Staples Center.

What else went down in Tinseltown? On to Sunday's recap!

Lamar Odom and Kobe Bryant

Khloe Kardashian feels tense once they're back in their home and reality starts to sink in, saying, "I can't really imagine how that feels and the pressure." It doesn't compare to the paparazzi following you to the Ivy, no. Plus 20.

Lamar's BFF Jamie Sangouthai is feeling the effects of Odom's trade to Dallas, too. "I feel like I got traded too, but I'm still here," he tells Lamar. "I don't get the VIP treatment anymore." Dude, way to make it about you. Minus 50.

"He didn't even say 'How are you?' or 'How you're doing?' or 'Are you OK?' I'm the one who had to get up and move and go play for a different team." - Lamar to Khloe. Plus 10 for noticing and calling out that nonsense.

Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with her first child, according to a source not known for his reliability.

The reality star's father-in-law.

Indeed, in a video that doesn't come across as remotely contrived, Rumor Fix catches up with Joe Odom - Lamar Odom's estranged dad - below and asks him for an update on the E! couple.

“I got a little news. I’m about ready to have a grandchild!” Joe says, adding numerous times that "everything is everything."

An insider has already told Us Weekly that the claim is false, but we'll leave it up to readers whether or not they choose to believe Joe Odom.

The topic of Khloe's womb is a popular one these days. It was addressed this week on Khloe & Lamar and a tabloid dared to run a story earlier in the month claiming Kardashian had a miscarriage.

This week on Khloe & Lamar, Odom continued struggling to Dallas, while the topic of kids kame up ... surely without any prompting from the producers.

"No matter where I turn, everyone asks me when can they expect a baby," Khloe fake laments. "And now Lamar's grandmother. No pressure whatsoever."

Ryan Seacrest Productions is really cracking the whip, it's true.

There's no manufacturing the drama in Lamar's career, however, as his tenure in Dallas was a miserable failure and ended with him leaving the team.

But that's for another episode. On to Sunday's recap!

Lamar Odom on the Mavs

"If I don't take advantage of the time I have in the game, who knows if I'm going to get the change again." - Lamar. True, his stock TANKED in Big D. Minus 40.

But hey, at least he's due $8 million in 2012-13 regardless. Plus 20.

Kim Kardashian komes to keep Khloe kompany. Booooo! Minus 25.

Khloe reveals what she thinks is the real source of Lamar's problem: the murder of his cousin. No points, because the crickets are too loud for us to think.

"Lamar has never been able to be the one to break down," Khloe says. "I don't think he realizes what's really bothering him." She could be right. Plus 10.

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have simultaneously been abandoned by the men in their lives ... at least according to one ridiculous tabloid cover.

Must be a slow news week, even for In Touch, because there's pretty much no indication that Scott Disick or Lamar Odom ditched their partners.

Scott partied with "club girls" while Kourt stayed home with her hormones, supposedly. Maybe so, but that's what Scott does. It's not incendiary.

As for Khloe's man? Lamar dumped the Mavericks, but that's about it.

Kim and Khloe Tabloid Cover

What's all the more amazing about this kover is that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are dating. Like for real. Kim Kardashian is dating Kanye West!

This made-for-tabloid-drama relationship actually materialized out of thin air and ITW instead opts for bogus, less interesting stories about her sisters.

That's just poor celebrity gossip reporting, people. Poor.

Lamar Odom's time as a member of the Dallas Mavericks has come to an end. The NBA star left the team today, ending a short and unsuccessful tenure in Big D.

According to ESPN, an agreement reached Sunday allows the two sides to part company immediately, without the Mavericks having to officially release Odom.

The unusual move means the struggling 13-year veteran is now off the Dallas roster for the remainder of the season, but rights are retained by the Mavericks.

The Mavericks and I have mutually agreed that it's in the best interest of both parties for me to step away from the team," Odom said in a statement to ESPN.

Lamar Odom in Dallas

"I'm sorry that things didn't work out better for both of us, but wish the Mavs' organization, my teammates and Dallas fans nothing but continued success."

Sources said Odom's immediate departure allows the Mavs to list him as inactive, but not cut him, leaving open the possibility that they could still trade Odom.

Any team that has Odom on its roster as of June 29 must buy him out by that date for $2.4 million or pay the full $8.2 million Odom is set to earn in 2012-13.

The Mavs acquired the 13-year veteran before the season started in what looked like a steal of a deal with the L.A. Lakers. Wishful thinking, it turned out.

At the time of the trade, the Mavs were thought to have scored a huge coup - the reigning Sixth Man of the Year to help cushion the loss of Tyson Chandler.

That vision never materialized, though, as he struggled terribly. As we saw on last night's Khloe & Lamar, his head, heart and reality show were always in L.A.
