Lady Gaga is used to fending off those hermaphrodite rumors.

Exhaustion rumors, though? That's a different thing altogether.

Sad Gaga

Days after crumpling to the floor in the midst of a New Zealand concert, Lady Gaga explained her alarming performance simply: "I was so jet lagged," she said.

She told the Australian radio show Kyle and Jackie O that she's hurting, and "I passed out about three times on stage that night but I got myself to the floor."

"I'd rather die on stage than walk off because I was going to pass out."

Are the pressures of fame taking a toll on Lady Gaga?

This isn't the first time that Gaga's whirlwind rise to superstardom has taken its toll. Back in January, she was forced to cancel several shows, citing exhaustion.

One source fears that the pop star is suffering from the stress of her staggering fame: "She's on the verge of tipping," says the source. "She's only human."

Not only human, but both a man and a woman, we heard!

Still, the singer insisted that she's feeling "completely rejuvenated and excited." We're psyched, because that means more Lady Gaga pictures like these.

Rob Fusari, a songwriter, music producer and ex-boyfriend of Lady Gaga,  is suing the singer for $30.5 million, claiming she owes him that much in royalties.

He filed his lawsuit in a Manhattan court on Wednesday.

In court papers, Fusari describes how he took notice of the quirky singer and "saw a star" when she first sang in his New Jersey studio back in March 2006.

Fusari says that over the course of several months, he worked with her daily and "radically reshaped her approach," co-writing some songs on her album.

"Paparazzi" and "Beautiful Dirty Rich" are among those songs he claims he worked on, and, he says even suggested she adapt the stage name Lady Gaga.

Granny Panty Style

Can Rob Fusari claim credit for those panties too?

The pop star herself claimed in a 2009 interview that she came up with the Lady Gaga persona about "five years ago, but Gaga's always been who I am."

The collaborators became romantic around May 2006 and created a joint business venture to promote her, in which Fusari would get 20 percent of profits.

He says he scored her a record deal with Universal Music Group's Interscope Records, and as a result, The Fame has sold over three million records to date.

He did not claim credit for planting the hermaphrodite rumors.

Although Fusari has a producing credit on the Grammy-winning album, he says he's owned 20 percent of song royalties and 15 from merchandising revenue.

"All business is personal," the filing by the producer reads, noting that his business relationship with Gaga deteriorated after their personal one fell apart.

Fox's hit show Glee has been off the air since December, but when it returns next month, it will make up for lost time with a tribute to the great Lady Gaga.

Creator Ryan Murphy said, "We're doing an episode as a tribute to theatricality. We reached out to Lady Gaga and she said, 'Yes, I'd love to be a part of it.'

"So yes, we will be doing Lady Gaga this season."

We can only hope for a full-length cover of her "Telephone" video, complete with ridiculous costumes and references to her alleged hermaphrodite status.

Lady Gaga in Action Live

Glee has its work cut out to do this justice!

Whether that means you'll see Lady Gaga on Glee personally is unclear, but at the very least, the show will be basing an episode around the "Bad Romance" songstress.

Last year, Gaga was the subject of an entire episode of Gossip Girl, and helped craft an "epic performance art piece" for the series. So you never know what's in store.

Madonna famously gave Glee license to cover her entire catalog, and the hit show is so sought after by aspiring singers, some American Idol vets are getting negged.

Not everyone's game, though. Coldplay and Bryan Adams said no to having their songs covered on it. Because Bryan Adams has an impeccable reputation to protect?

The music video for Lady Gaga's "Telephone," featuring a fierce Beyoncé, a somewhat nude Gaga and directed by Jonas Akerlund), has premiered amid great hype.

It might even live up to it.

As she told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show just last month, "What I like about it is, it's a real true pop event. When I was younger I was always excited when there was a big giant event happening in pop music and that's what I wanted this to be."

Lady Gaga gets tossed in the slammer in "Telephone."

Pretty bold praise for her own work, but "Telephone" definitely has the feel of - in typical Lady Gaga fashion - a performance art piece, rather than a mere video.

Perhaps the best part? At the onset, Gaga is strip searched and tossed in a jail cell. In a funny reference to the hermaphrodite rumors about her, a guard says:

"Told you she didn't have a d!ck."

That's before the music even commences, too. "Telephone" may not be as epic as "Bad Romance," but you have to give Gaga credit, because it's darn close.

Okay, it's more phone headpiece than the true hair phone she debuted last month. But Lady Gaga promoted her single, "Telephone," the way Lady Gaga does.

In London, the singer showed off her latest innovative fashion during an appearance on BBC's Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, which airs tomorrow evening.

Wonder if she gets good reception on that sucker ...

Hair Phone Reloaded!

ANYBODY HOME? Lady Gaga's fashion might make you wonder that, but the girl is no gimmick, backing up her bombastic attire with numerous chart-topping singles.

Whether she's wearing scrap metal or lightning bolts on her dome, or topless and bulging out of lingerie, you know Lady G always provides discussion fodder.

Lady Gaga is a sexual being.

Perhaps more so than most, considering those pesky hermaphrodite rumors. Whether she's a woman and/or a man, she claims she's not getting any lately.

The Power of Lady Gaga

"I'm single because I don't have the time," she told a group of reporters at a M.A.C Cosmetics' Viva Glam event in London. "You know what? That's okay."

"Even Lady Gaga can be celibate."

So well spoken in the third-person. Guess Matthew Williams is out of luck. The singer goes on to offer words of wisdom to girls regarding sexual behavior.

If only Bristol Palin had listened to this: "If you can't get to know someone, then you probably shouldn't be having sex with them," she said.

Want a piece of this? Too bad, Lady Gaga doesn't have time.

Words to live by. Lady Gaga continued, wisely encouraging young women to carry condoms and get frequent HIV tests, reiterating "You are not invincible."

She also discussed some of the downsides of intercourse for ladies.

"Orgasms are the biggest obstacles for women. Sex should be fun, beautiful and colorful, but women get the short end of the stick. We're just receivers."

"We can't talk about sex, we can't sing about sex."

Well, she disproved her own point there, but we get the drift. This concludes today's lesson in Sex and Relationships 101 with the Fabulous Lady Gaga.

Most artists have outfits. The more bombastic ones have costumes.

Adam Lambert and Lady Gaga are in their own league, though. These two take fashion to a new level, turning each getup into a performance art piece.

Not even Adam can match Gaga's outrageous creativity in this field, either. When the girl wears lobsters, lightning and antlers on her head, who can?!

Somehow, it just works because it's Lady Gaga. What can we say.

The April issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, upon which she graces the cover, features music superstar Lady Gaga recounting an old boyfriend who doubted her.

One she's not opposed to rubbing her success in the face of now.

Singing in the Rain

"I had a boyfriend who told me I'd never succeed, never be nominated for a Grammy, never have a hit song, and that he hoped I'd fail," the singer recounts.

Gaga adds, "I said to him, 'Someday, when we're not together, you won't be able to order a cup of coffee at the f**king deli without hearing or seeing me.'"

Some might call that quote arrogant, but it's hard to blame her for relishing that just a bit, given how hard she worked to succeed, and then stay at the top.

Someone dared to doubt this.

She also says she "ate sh*t for so long" trying to make it in music and "I've always been delusionally ambitious to the point where people don't understand me."

Hopefully Matthew Williams, her current beau, is not one of those people. He's worked with her for so long, we imagine they click professionally and personally.

Also notable is the conventional lingerie she wears on the Cosmo cover.

After all, we're talking about a girl with wacky, avant garde style, who wears hair phones, masks, bulges in her pants and ... whatever that is in the pic above.

Lady Gaga can certainly pull of a variety of bizarre and regular style choices. We expect her to show similarly versatility and longevity in the world of music, too.

The fabulous Lady Gaga appears topless on the cover and inside the pages of Q magazine this month. She also appears to be packing some serious bulge.

We're just saying.

Whatever that foot-long surprise might be, it's either meant as a joke based on the hermaphrodite rumors that continue to follow her, or as an effort to fuel them.

Man parts or not, she's looking pretty amazing. It's nice to see the singer without her trademark face mask or hair phone ... or any sort of shirt, let's be honest!

Lady Gaga actually clarified what this cover is all about.

“We all know one of the biggest talking points of the year was that I have a d**k, so why not give them what they want? I want to wear a d**k strapped to my vagina," she told Q. "I also carry myself onstage in a masculine way and sing in a low register."

"This is not out of nowhere, right? I want to comment on that in a beautiful, artistic way. How I wanna show it. And I want to call this piece Lady Gaga Dies Hard.”

We have no reply other than that this chick is certifiably awesome.

In addition to discussing the public's fascination with whether or not Lady Gaga has man parts, she delves into how it relates to gender stereotypes involving sex.

“If a guy says, ‘Oh I f****d all these chicks this week,’ there’s a high-five and giggling. But when a woman does that and it's publicized or she is open about her sexuality or she’s free or liberated, it’s, ‘Oh, well, she must have a d**k’."

Once again ... awesome.

Lady Gaga Topless Photo

Lady Gaga bares her soul (and top) in Q Magazine.

Liberated as she is, the Lady was said to be a bit of a diva during this photo shoot, threatening to walk out unless her boyfriend was allowed to photograph her.

That would be Matthew Williams. She reportedly said, “I’m just not in a good place right now.” It's hard being a music star possibly representing both genders.

Is Lady Gaga a hermaphrodite?

Most female stars wear dresses or outfits. Lady Gaga wears elaborate performance art pieces. Sometimes that includes a hair phone; quite often a face mask.

Most recently, the always outrageous singer donned a flowing, white three-tiered gown topped with a towering cotton candy wig at the Brit Awards last week.

That may have even been tame by Lady Gaga fashion standards.

You may recall her raising eyebrows with a blood-red lace Alexander McQueen archive dress and matching headdress and veil at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Or at the ACE awards when she showed off a similar veil lace headpiece, this time in black to match her Marc Jacobs outfit. Flat-out face-shielding madness.
