Star Magazine has pulled off the impossible: coverage of the Kardashians than actually turns off this attention-crazed family.

The latest issue of the tabloid quotes Charles Kernaghan - the head of the Institute for Global Labour and Human Rights - as saying the Kris Jenner-led clan employs youths in China to manufacture Kardashian merchandize in unsanitary warehouses.

An investigation has been launched into these "slave labor" like conditions - that reportedly include long work hours, meager wages and uncomfortable temperatures - but there's a  problem:

Kernaghan says he was misquoted and tells TMZ there's no proof that the Kardashians are involved in any kind of sweatshop scandal. He's never even been to any of the factories in question.

In light of this admission, along with the magazine cover above, sources say the family is set to move forward with a libel lawsuit against Star. Lawyers believe the tabloid should have to pay for damage caused to the Kardashian brand's reputation and, trust us, we hate to agree with anything this family says or does.

But they may have a point here.

The Kardashians stand accused of using "slave labor" and turning a blind eye to human rights atrocities to produce their multimillion dollar fashion lines.

A human rights group is investigating claims that workers in China - as young as 16 - work in squalor to manufacture merchandise for the famous family.

The labels in question: K-Dash by Kardashian (which Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian are all involved with), the Kris Jenner Kollection and ShoeDazzle, according to Star.

The institute for Global Labour and Human Rights has in fact launched an investigation, amidst claims the Kardashians' products are inhumanely produced.

With factories reeking of stench from sewage and temperatures north of 100 degrees, an official from the group says conditions in the area are "horrific."

There are also claims the employees work up to 84 hours a week, earning $1 an hour ... while the Kardashians rake in approximately $65 million a year.

However, a leader of the human rights group quoted in the story implying the Kardashians use "slave labor" says the story is misleading in many ways.

Charles Kernaghan, Executive Director of the Institute for Global Labour and Human Rights, says he told Star, "It was a wise idea to wait on the article."

Turns out Kendall Jenner isn't comfortable making a huge deal out of every moment in her life. Guess she and Kim Kardashian are only half related ...

In Kendall's Sweet 16 special Monday night, the fledgling model flipped the f*%k out on her mom, Kris Jenner, who wanted the party in the Bahamas.

"You're trying to make this bigger and bigger and it's embarrassing me," Kendall Jenner complained. "You're just giving me this [over-the-top party]."

"You say you're giving me all this but I don't want it!"

Fortunately for Kendall, Kris decided to step off.

The teenager's bash was moved to a West Hollywood hotel ... nice and quiet, a low key affair (relatively speaking) in which she was given a new Range Rover.

Give the 16-year-old Kendall credit for this, though: In lieu of gifts, she asked guests to give toys to sick children at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

"For my mom to be like, 'Oh, we're going to have this huge, extravagant party' ... to think those kids can't even go to a party because they're sitting in a hospital bed, it's just really sad," she explained, showing wisdom beyond her years (and DNA).

Oh, happy days. The holidays can finally begin!

Early this morning, Kim Kardashian and kompany released the family's official Christmas card, with each member getting his or her black tie on and Kim, naturally, standing all alone.

If you listen closely enough, you can almost hear the publicist-inspired whining coming out of her mouth...

The photo was snapped by Nick Saglimbeni and there’s a apparently a 3D version available for those that purchase 3D glasses. On a related note: if you purchase 3D glasses to view to view the Kardashian Christmas card, don't stop driving at the store. Just keep right on going to a psychologist's office.

Tell this professional it's an emergency. You clearly need major help.

Daniel Craig is not a fan of the Kardashians.

He made this opinion known during a recent talk with GQ, referring to the reality stars as "f-cking idiots" for putting their public life in display... and then demanding privacy from the media when they saw fit.

Now, of course, Kris Jenner is calling out the actor. In a chat with Heat Magazine, the manager mother of Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian said of Craig's comments:

"(He has) crossed the line. It's not made him look like the world's nicest guy. The right thing for a real man to do now would be to issue a public apology. The easy thing would be to criticize his career now, but our family won't stoop to that level."

No, they are clearly above it. It would also be difficult, seeing that Craig anchors two of the most popular franchises in Hollywood.

In her new memoir, Kris Jenner dedicates a chapter to the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson, writing that O.J's victim ex-wife actually called Kris the day she died because she wanted to show her friend a box of items that allegedly proved the football great had been abusing her for years.

But Denise Brown, Nicole's sister, has now spoken out and says Jenner is nothing but a pitiful liar.

"Kris Jenner is pathetic," Denise tells The National Enquirer, denying Jenner's claim that she called Kris the day after Nicole died and asked about this box of evidence.

“I had just found out my sister was murdered,” said Brown. “The last thing on my mind was whether or not Nicole showed anyone any pictures she had in a safety deposit box... In fact, I didn’t even know my sister HAD a safety deposit box with pictures of her abuse until the beginning of O.J.’s trial – months after she was murdered.”

Denise says she's "disappointed" that Kris is exploiting her sister's passing, concluding with a message to this sad, money-starved reality star:

"For the past two-and-a-half years, my family has had some relative peace regarding all of this stuff... Please, Kris, don’t profit off of my sister’s horrible death.”

Since Kim Kardashian announced her intention to divorce Kris Humphries, this reality star has not merely been fighting against a public that now questions the sincerity of her every word... but against family members that are also aghast at her actions, according to the latest In Touch Weekly at least.

“The family has split into two camps since the divorce – Kim and her mom versus the rest of the family, who are really angry at her,” an insider says. “Encouraged by her mom, Kim has become a fame-addicted, money-hungry monster. She has lost touch with reality.”

Some onlooker named Hannah Smith claims that Kim didn't leave Australia last week because she couldn't handle the press tour; but because she couldn't handle her own sister!

Kris Jenner seriously needs to STFU.

In a new interview with Extra, the managerial matriarch is asked why daughter Kim Kardashian went to visit ex-husband Kris Humphries in Minnesota this week, a trip that extended this disgusting story for another few days and led to talk of reconciliation.

Just take a look at the complete and utter nonsense this businesswoman spewed:

"Kim is a hopeless romantic. So she wants the fairy tale. She wanted to get married and have babies and raise a family and the white picket fence and all that comes with that. She's a really good person with a huge heart.

"Whatever decisions Kim is making right now, she's a very smart girl and she's gonna do the right thing. All I can do is wrap my arms around her gobs of money and make sure she's okay."

We kan't even handle this woman klaiming that the same woman who made a sex tape... got married on TV to someone after just a few months of dating... and followed that up with a divorce 72 days later, is merely a "hopeless romantic." We need to just turn this over to our readers and ask:

Kris Jenner is spinning faster than a dreidel this week.

The manager of the Kardashian family is making every media round possible in order to maintain the good name of her brand daughter in light of Kim Kardashian's speedy divorce from Kris Humphries.

Jenner - who just happened to release a memoir yesterday - wants the public to stop judging, and to also understand her strange idea of finances.

Kim Kardashian is all about making money with her mouth: first with Ray J, now at a milkshake store in Dubai.

Appearing on The Today Show, Kris did some shady math and claimed Kim and Kris "made some money for the pictures that were sold and things like that, but at the end of the day, that money went towards the wedding."

Ummm... so what? That's still making money. They just chose to spend it on a wedding.
