No, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are not getting back together, but insiders tell TMZ both sides of the couple are willing to go the annulment path... as long as the other side admits he/she acted like a fraud during their 72-day union.

Kim believes that Kris lied when he promised to move to Hollywood, only to then insist the couple settle down in Minnesota.

Kris believes Kim never intended to commit to the marriage and is asking for $7 million in order to keep quiet about details that would reportedly support this allegation.

The source adds that Kardashian is willing to go to any financial length to prove her side in court if it comes to that. In the meantime, she'll just continue to Tweet topless photos of herself.

According to reports, the Nets rebounding machine is asking for $7 million in order to agree to a quickie divorce... or else he'll take the reality star to court and do all he can to expose their marriage as a money-making scam.

But those in Kim's camp believe the request and the entire complaint is absurd, considering Humphries also cashed in on the wedding, earning a cool million bucks for the selling of photos, along with over $250,000 for each Keeping Up with the Kardashians appearance.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are set to do battle in divorce court, but the NBA power forward has a message for the sex tape star:

Pay up and I'll shut up!

According to TMZ, Humphries is demanding $7 million in exchange for his silence and a clean, simple, non-scandalous legal split. Otherwise... he'll do his best to expose Kim as a lying manipulator who scammed both him and the public into a sham of a marriage.

There are a few hiccups in Kris' plan, however:

1. He signed a pre-nuptial agreement that guarantees him nothing.
2. He made over $1 million off the wedding and its related TV special/photo opportunities.
3. He also made well into the six figures off his appearances on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

The guy just signed an $8 million/year contract with the New Jersey Nets, to boot. If he wants to win any PR battles here, Humphries would be best served to tell his lips to do the opposite of Kim's legs in that video with Ray J:

Kris Humphries doesn't need a lot of help on the basketball court. This power forward was fifth in the NBA last season in rebounding.

But the former reality star is currently seeking assistance in divorce court, TMZ reports, as his Los Angeles attorney recently dropped out and California rules require a Minnesota attorney to be accompanied by local counsel.

Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, will be represented by Laura Wasser, whose roster of past clients includes Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie.

As for Humphries' trial hopes?

“Kris would like there to be an admission that there was fraud, that there was a malicious intention by the Kardashians to use Kris and to make money and benefit themselves from him,” a source tells Life & Style. “He wants them to publicly admit that they never intended for it to be a real marriage.”

"By court order, they are not supposed to do anything at the moment until the marriage is dissolved completely and they both decide how everything will end up," says the source, adding that Kris is not in possession of any wedding presents. "She is violating court order by saying she is not returning them."

But this time the Nets power forward left The World's Most Famous Arena with a reason to smile, despite the reception he received by opposing fans, as New Jersey defeated New York 100-92. Humphries played a key role in the victory, too, with 14 points and 14 rebounds.

"I love the hostile environment," Humphries told ESPN after the game. "There's nothing better than sending 19,000 people home upset... We love that."

Kris is also the latest in a very long lien to give props to Jeremy Lin, the NBA's latest sensation, but not for anything the Harvard graduate did on the court last night. Instead, Lin apparently gave Kris a big assist in the tunnel leading to the locker rooms.

Lin also has great taste in women: he recently said Kim Kardashian was not his type.

Still facing questions about the validity of his union, of course, and reportedly planning to expose Kim in front of a judge, Kris says of the 72-day marriage:

"To me it was real. I would never go through something and do something that wasn't real or I didn't believe in, so I can really only speak for myself in terms of that."

It made him millions of dollars, and opened up the door to a number of marketing opportunities, but Kris Humphries has reportedly had it with reality TV. He's preparing to take that industry down!

Having filed for annulment on the basis of fraud, Humphries must now go to court and prove that Kim Kardashian never had any intention of honoring her long-term marriage vows. To do that, a source tells TMZ, his lawyer plans to "expose the M.O. of reality TV" by depicting it as a wholly scripted business.

The ironic catch? This same attorney wants the annulment trial open to cameras.

Is there any chance Kris might win his fraud case? It's unlikely, for a myriad of reasons:

1. He proposed to Kim, making it difficult to argue that he was duped into anything.
2. The pre-nuptial agreement between the ex-couple is actually quite detailed, with certain clauses related to many years in the future. Why would Kim even put those in place if she planned to divorce Kris in a little over two months?
3. KRIS HUMPHRIES MARRIED KIM KARDASHIAN ON AN E! SPECIAL! How can he claim he thought the union was based on love and not ratings?

The moment we've been waiting for finally kame. Sort of.

Kim Kardashian decided to end her marriage to Kris Humphries in last night's season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, a highly anticipated episode even though we're already aware of what happened and this nonsense is all scripted.

That said, we were dying to see it play out on E! But how much of it really did? The answer may surprise you if you missed it. Here's our finale rekap, THG style!

"It's getting to the point where we need to start talking about it," Kris tells Scott Disick, who has somehow become the most sane, normal character on the show. Plus 60.

Kris admits he and Kim "are really weird right now," making us wonder when that was not the case, since they have zero chemistry and nothing in common. Minus 40.
