According to TMZ insiders, Humphries told Sinanaj during their time together that Kris Jenner played a major role in arranging her daughter's videotaped banging of Ray J.

Kris allegedly told Myla that Jenner set the tape up and even asked Kim to film it twice because she wasn't satisfied with the original.

This is a lie, the Kardashians claim, and it's one of many that Humphries shared with Sinanaj. The family's attorney has subpoenaed Sinanaj because Humphries reportedly also told his girlfriend at the time that he was anxious to divorce Kim; that Myla was his true love; and that he had "moved on" from the reality star.

If these comments were actually made, they would be damaging to Humphries assertion - which he is taking to court in the hopes of squeezing extra money out of Kardashian - that he was left heartbroken by a fraudulent marriage.

Kim Kardashian has served Myla Sinanaj with a subpoena. There's a sentence we didn't see ourselves writing a few weeks ago.

The large-busted New York City hotel employee finds herself in the news because she dated Kris Humphries for a few months... then was accused of blackmailing the basketball player in exchange for her silence... then threatened to sue her ex for tarnishing her name... then apparently left at least one voicemail in which she did threaten to expose his lies.

You know, basic relationship Kris Humphries relationship stuff.

Now, with Humphries dragging out his divorce from Kardashian because he believes she defrauded him into marriage and that should cancel out their prenuptial agreement (i.e. make Kris a lot of bank!), Kim is requiring Sinanaj to actually testify in court.

Sources tell TMZ that Kardashian's lawyers are curious about texts, emails and conversations between Kris and Myla that might negatively affect Humphries' claims about how he was duped into a 72-day union.

Myla's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, says his client will comply with the subpoena.

This is all utterly ridiculous.

Kris Humphries' ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj threatened to release sordid details about their relationship, according to a voicemail posted on TMZ.

Sources say after Myla and Kris' relationship was exposed, he broke off all contact with her and she was PISSED, calling him 17 times. No response.

Irate, she began dialing up his friends too and threatening to "expose" Kris.

That's when Myla apparently left a message, demanding that Kris stop stonewalling her and return her calls, allegedly threatening to one friend:

"If he's going to play me like that, I have way more sh!t I can put out."

The voicemail does not show Myla Sinanaj plotting or committing extortion against Kris, as he has claimed ... but he has turned it over to the FBI.

Alleged extortion aside, Kris apparently wants to muzzle Myla because his tryst with her will hurt his divorce case against Kim Kardashian somehow.

Myla's attorney has demanded he apologize and retract the extortion statement ASAP or he will be receiving a nice defamation lawsuit.

Tacopina says Myla was indeed angry when she read that Kris was calling her a "booty call" and that she has proof of a "substantial relationship."

One that involves Myla meeting Kris' parents, helping his sister Kaela shop for furniture, spending many evenings together at home cooking, and so on.

After the voicemail leaked online, Myla Sinanaj apparently posted a flurry of bitter tweets to the NBA star hammering him for that too.

This situation? Real normal.

Dear Kris Humphries: Please stop it. You're starting to make Kim Kardashian look good.

In the latest bizarre twist to the relationship between this NBA power forward and Myla Sinanaj, Humphries has allegedly accused his ex-girlfriend of running a personal brothel out of the New York City hotel where they met.

Really!

Joe Tacopina - Sinanaj's attorney - tells TMZ that Humphries and his legal team are determined to hide the fact that Kris and Myla dated for five months because it would damage their divorce case against Kardashian, as they attempt to milk her for as much money as possible and it would look bad if a supposedly heartbroken Humphries moved on as early as January.

Therefore, in an attempt to destroy Sinanaj's credibility, a lawyer for Humphries actually phoned the hotel at which Myla works and tried to get her fired… but alleging she was sleeping with guests there for money!

You've gotta hand it to Kris Humphries: when things end for him and a female, they REALLY end for him in that female.

Already embattled in a legal feud with Kim Kardashian, the NBA power forward might reportedly get sued by Myla Sinanaj, the hotel employee Humphries dated for a few months this year, only to then accuse of extortion and threaten with the FBI.

Joe Tacopina, a lawyer for Sinanaj, tells TMZ that Kris cannot prove any of his allegations and is besmirching the name of his client. And he best cut it out.

"I defy them to show that she has asked for one red cent," Tacopina says of claims that Myla is seeking money in exchange for silence over her relationship with the former reality star. "I challenge them to submit Kris Humphries to a polygraph and if he does I will have my client do the same.  She never asked him for a penny."

Kris Humphries either has bad luck with women or is a total and complete idiot.

Okay, it may be a lot of both.

But just days after Myla Sinanaj was identified as Humphries' new girlfriend, TMZ sources are referring to the hotel employee as the power forward's EX and also reporting Kris has hired to FBI to look into allegations of extortion against Sinanaj.

Attorneys for the free agent have contacted the authorities because they claim Myla has attempted to blackmail their client, demanding a large sum of money in exchange for keeping certain exchanges - in electronic form, either emails or texts - away from the media.

Sinanaj has supposedly threatened to "ruin" Humphries by making this information public.

What could the documentation possibly reveal that would accomplish this goal? Likely something related to Kim Kardashian, which would damage Humphries' plans to milk his former wife out of millions in divorce court.

Either that, or Kris Humphries just has a small penis.

Kris Humphries may be dating a woman who looks like Kim Kardashian, but he's doing all he can to avoid the mistakes of his past marriage.

In other words: Humphries wants Myla Sinanaj to shut the heck up. Especially when it comes to talking about the couple's relationship.

TMZ sources say the basketball player's lawyer has reached out to Myla - a hotel employee who started meeting all of Kris' needs back in January, if you know what we mean! - and is attempting to get her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

How come?

Because Humphries still wants millions from Kim Kardashian, alleging she defrauded him into believing their marriage was real... and it could be difficult to argue the man is suffering from a broken heart when he's breaking himself off a piece of Sinanaj two months after splitting from his wife.

Myla Sinanaj may be dating Kris Humphries, but that doesn't mean the busty brunette has a problem with Kim Kardashian.

With news breaking that this five-star hotel employee is actually the rebound for the New Jersey Nets' rebounding machine, an investigation of her recent Twitter posts has revealed the following:

She fears Bruce Jenner: "Bruce Jenner's face scares me- it should be on the 'Why not to get plastic surgery' poster," Myla wrote a couple weeks ago.

She does not fear Kanye West: In response to the rapper's "Theraflu" - where he first expressed love for Kim and also threatened Humphries' NBA job - Myla Tweeted: West should be "bigger than taking petty shots at sh*t that got nothing to do with him. Lost respect."

She finds Kim Kardashian attractive: Posting pics of her man's ex, Myla simply said Kim "looks like JLo."

Of course, that could also just be a compliment to herself. Because it's rather clear that Kris has a certain type.

It looks like Kim Kardashian is not the only one to somehow pick up the pieces from her 72-day marriage and move on.

Despite a denial from Kris Humphries himself - after photos leaked of him and a woman on a beach in Miami and he claimed she was someone he only met that day - TMZ confirms the power forward DOES have a new girlfriend. Her name is Myla Sinanaj.

Sinanaj and Humphries have reportedly been dating since January, with the latter providing courtside seats for his new woman and her family to watch him play basketball.

Sources say she the pair met at the fancy New York City hotel where Sinanaj works. We can only assume this hotel does not ever get Internet access.

Or newspaper delivery. Or cable. Or any medium that would identity Humphries as the immature bonehead he has proven himself to be.

No comment so far from anyone in either side of the couple's camp.

UPDATE: Kris and Myla are no longer dating. In fact, she might sue him for defamation because Humphries is going around saying she only slept with him for money and even ran a personal brothel out of her New York hotel.

Talk about an awkward break-up!

While she's long since moved on, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are still technically married, and their divorce proceedings are likely to be contentious.

The former couple is scheduled to have their depositions taken in their ongoing divorce proceedings at the end of June, with plenty of unresolved matters.

How can this be, considering that they did have a prenup and have now been apart much longer than they were even married? Depends who you ask.

Kim's camp insists Kris is dragging this out to keep his name in the news (unlikely) and hoping to secure the best possible settlement (slightly less unlikely).

Humphries' lawyer plans on asking Kim about her decision to keep her engagement ring, the $325,000 Ferrari wedding gift they got, and much more.

Kardashian filed for divorce after only 72 days of marriage, which Kris says was based on fraud and deceit ... never a bad assumption with Kim really.

Whatever his motivation, the two are approaching this quite differently.
