Today, we bring you word from the mother of the soon-to-be-bride, as Kris Jenner tells People her daughter and Kris Humphries very much have her blessing to wed.

"He is so amazing and sweet and after spending time with him I came to realize he was such an important part of the family," Kris says about Kris.

Who could not love this face?

Kris adds that she has never seen her oldest so happy, summing up the engaged couple as follows:

"It's hard to let someone in to such a crazy, big, dynamic family and have someone hold their own. Kris does. And he allows Kim to be who she is. She is such an amazing person with such a big heart and she's such a romantic and he's exactly the same way. They're cute together."

Is it possible the April 29 wedding between Kate Middleton and Prince William was merely a warm-up act? Might the world need to brace itself for nuptials that receive even more attention?

Pretty much, Khloe Kardashian says.

"It's going to be royal wedding number two," she told E! News soon after the announcement was made that her sister had agreed to wed NBA forward Kris Humphries. "I could only imagine Kim having the hugest wedding."

The proposal itself was captured on camera and, naturally the ceremony will air on E!; Kourtney admitted this week that her family does "sell our souls" to the network.

Kim Kardashian will never be confused with a rocket scientist. Or even George W. Bush for that matter.

But we're sincerely concerned about the intelligence of this newly-engaged reality star, considering she told People magazine she was "in shock" when Kris Humphries proposed on May 18 because "I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now."

We can't help but wonder: didn't she see the camera crew when she walked in?

Indeed, sources confirm to The Hollywood Reporter that Kris and Kim's big moment will be featured on the new season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Every moment of the supposedly spontaneous event was filmed for reality TV.

The K-themed kouple started dating in December, with rumors of a wedding springing of just a few months later. Now, the cover of People says it all: the pair really will be walking down the aisle.

The question was popped on May 18, as Humphries surprised his woman by spelling out WILL YOU MARRY ME? in rose petals inside her bedroom. He then presented her with a 20.5 carat diamond ring.

"I didn't expect this at all," Kardashian says in the latest issue of People. "I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now."

Kris Humphries was rarely featured on offense for the New Jersey Nets this season, doing his damage mostly on second chances while averaging three offensive rebounds per game.

But the power forward will get his time in the spotlight on E! this summer, as Kim Kardashian confirms an abundance of her boyfriend on the new season of her family's heavily scripted reality show.

"[Kris] is in my life, so he will be on it a little bit," Kim told Us Weekly. "He won't be the main focus of the show or anything, but the reality of my life is that he is in it, so yeah, he will be on the show."

Rumors of an impending engagement between the couple continue to persist. Would Kris have a problem adjusting to such a public life? Not according to his large-breasted significant other, who said of shooting her show:

"It was a good test for him. He is totally fine with it and he makes it easy."

Tired of long-distance love, Kim Kardashian plans to move to NYC "by October" to be closer to her beau of five months, NBA star Kris Humphries.

"Kim wants to live in NYC when Kris' season starts again," an insider says, making this the second such report about Kim we've seen in a week.

Of kourse, it's not all about Kris.

"She and Kourtney are probably going to film another season of their E! show [Kourtney & Kim Take New York] anyway, so it just makes sense."

Things have gotten SO serious for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, says a pal, that, "This is it for her. I'm certain of an engagement this summer."

Kardashian won't go that far, but did say this: "It's the next normal step! L.A. will always be my home, but it's about time I look in New York too."

Adds a source klose to Kim, who made headlines this week for tangling with Cosmo over its Turkish cover: "She's already in NYC much more now."

In other couple news, Scarlett Johansson is reportedly moving in with Sean Penn after just a few months! Hey, when the time's right, it's right.

Stop the presses. Kim Kardashian, the Armenian princess of Calabasas, may be moving to the Big Apple. The reason is simple: Kris Humphries is there.

It's not a done deal yet, but she's talking about it.

LOL. Sure thing, Kim. You didn't even visit the place ON YOUR REALITY SHOW. How much time do you expect us to believe you spend there on a routine basis?

Anyway, that doesn't matter. If she wants to move to New York to be close to her man, that's awesome. Just don't pretend you work, Kim. It's disingenuous.

Just two weeks after OK! Weekly invented a dream wedding scenario for Kim Kardashian, the magazine has now predicted the future and quoted a source who says Kris Humphries will betray the large-boobed reality star.

Bianka Kamber, who dated the Nets forward for two years, tells the tabloid Kim might find herself heartbroken before she ever walks down the aisle because Kris "won't go through with it."

With what? Another friend swears Humphries will ask for Kardashian's giant breasts in marriage on April 8. He's already chosen the ring "and anytime she leaves, even for a minute, he just acts like a guy completely smitten.”

Fortunately, Humphries can always pop in the video of Kim banging Ray J and be reminded of his true love.
