Last night's offering of Keeping Up With the Kardashians continued the now-familiar storyline of Bruce and Brody Jenner trying to repair their relationship.

Meanwhile, Kris Jenner and the girls battled allegations from Ellen Pearson, Robert Kardashian Sr.'s ex-wife, with emotions running high as always.

Perhaps most significantly, Rob Kardashian gaining 50 pounds carried the most weight Sunday ... pun intended. Come along for THG's official +/- recap!

Keeping Up Promo Pic

Rob Kardashian's weight loss became a major story last month. Now, we get to see the precursor - the gain, and the concern of his family members.

He'd put on 50 pounds, and felt he was "embarrassing to the family" after weighing in at 241 pounds with a 45-inch waist. Wow dude. Minus 241.

The Kourtney & Kim Take Miami season finale aired on E! last night.

But don't worry, fans of contrived storylines about multi-millionaires with an utter lack of self-awareness: there's plenty more where this came from!

In the first promo for Keepimg Up with the Kardashians Season 8, we see :

  • Kendall learning to drive.
  • Rob packing on the pounds.
  • Khloe cursing her sisters off.
  • Bruce wanting to own a gun.
  • And a pregnant Kim Kardashian crying up a storm.

If these teases don't pique your interest... well, that means you are mentally healthy. But check out the trailer anyway:

Wow. If you thought the Kim Kardashian sex tape was the most graphic look you'd get at a member of that family, you underestimated how few boundaries they have.

E! cameras captured Kourtney Kardashian giving birth on the emotional season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians Sunday ... and by giving birth we mean reaching down there and helping pull baby Penelope out of her vagina.

If you missed it, here's a visual rundown of how that went (sorry):

You gotta hand it to Kourtney - it's cool she's so into the process and pulled that off (pun not intended) with such confidence. She also seems to be a great mom.

Nevertheless ... really??? Forget about viewers who probably didn't need to go there. Why Kourtney wanted to go there is remarkable. Is nothing private anymore?

Her son, Mason, entered the world in similar fashion back in 2009. This family tradition is something only the Kardashians could pull off. But does it go too far?

Clearly, the birth of a child is a beautiful moment that should be celebrated, but should Kourt have kept this particular celebration to herself? You tell us below.

Thoughts on Kourtney Kardashian giving birth on TV?

Sunday on the season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick became parents for a second time. Congrats, kids.

Elsewhere, Bruce was honored for his pre-Kardashian achievements, Khloe followed up with a fertility specialists and Kim decided to freeze her eggs. Nice.

How did it all end? What else went down in La-La land?

We break it all down for you in THG's official +/- recap!

  • Disick and Kourtney
  • Kourtney Kardashian, Daughter

Bruce Jenner was honored during the U.S. Olympic trials and his decathlon gold medal glory is forever immortalized in a University of Oregon museum. Plus 25.

"Being able to see him around all these people who are so excited and that witnessed what he had accomplished ... it was a really special moment and I will absolutely never forget that." - Bruce's newly-married son Brandon Jenner. Plus 15.

He was also voted Father of the Year by Esquire. A bit of an odd call given that he has six kids by three marriages, but still, hard not to like Bruce-man. Plus 15.

Kris, meanwhile, receives a certificate confirming her “Momager” title. “I’m a Momager people, have a little respect!” she declares. No. Just no. Minus 550.

Khloe gets herself checked out with ultrasounds and other tests so that one day, she can produce a child of her own. Hope that works out for her. Plus 20.

This week on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe really wanted a baby. Scott Disick, meanwhile, pondered whether he should keep producing them.

Khloe's baby fever stemmed from Kourt's after all, leading the former to reflect on the fact that it comes so easily for her sister, yet is so hard for her.

Khloe thus seeks options to enhance fertility, while Scott explores options to do ... the opposite. We break it all down in THG's official +/- recap!

Kourtney, Scott

Kourtney confesses that she'd like to have even more kids with Scott. Or without him. He does make cute ones, but hey, why limit your options! Plus 20.

Scott confides to friends that he doesn’t want more kids at his age and may need to get a vasectomy. Definitely the first option for handling this. Minus 10.

His friends say just to talk to Kourt, she can be reasonable. LOL. Minus 15. This is a girl who says she no longer believes in the pill. Like at all.

The doctor tells him it’s a permanent solution and to be prepared. Rob tells him he’s too young to do it. Scott doesn't do it. Storyline concludes. Minus 30.

Khloe, meanwhile, works up the strength to see a fertility specialist, and it turns she may have problems ovulating. Poor girl, that just breaks your heart.

"I can't believe I'm sitting here, going through porn magazines so I can find the perfect pair of knockers." - Kris. Minus 150 and that seems generous.

This week on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Rob's emotional journey continued with his therapy, while Kim finally grew a pair and apologized to Khloe.Robby Rob

Mostly. It was a pretty weaksauce apology, but an apology just the same.

The Jenner girls, meanwhile, found that modeling + school = hard work!

How did this stack up with last week's visit from Oprah in terms of entertainment value? We break it all down for you in THG's official +/- recap!

Premiere Sisters

"[Rob] is not in a very good mood hardly ever, so it makes me really sad, because there's something there that's just sad all the time." - Kris. Minus 5.

We pick up where we left off on Rob's therapist's couch and things are getting pretty darn emotional for the guy. Dude's really trying. Plus 15.

Khloe feels offended after Kim doesn't seem to remember her sister working at their dad's office. Cue contrived drama of the week. Minus 20.

Even though Kylie and Kendall Jenner both have full-time jobs, momager Kris wants them in high school, not home schooled. Smart. Plus 25.

Or not. Kris and Bruce eventually relent and decide to make the move to in-home tutoring. The girls are just growing up too fast ... Minus 50.

This week on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the gang visited Oprah.

Yes, Oprah Winfrey is now using the Kardashians for ratings/relevance.

How did this stack up with last week's tales from the krypt in terms of entertainment value? We break it all down for you in THG's official +/- recap!

Kris Jenner is full-on GIDDY about Oprah. It's like a sign that all of her momagering and puppet mastering has paid off in the past 10 years. Minus 30.

Oprah grills Scott Disick on being the black sheep of the family (not true, he's not even technically part of the family as he won't propose). Minus 20.

"I definitely have some asshole tendencies." - Scott. Plus 15.

O then asks Kim (below) if dating Kanye West is just a publicity stunt. Plus 15, as pretty much everything Kim does is, so this question is obligatory.

Speaking of 'Ye, he decides it's time for his girl to change his look so he brings over a stylist and a whole new wardrobe for her. Weird, but nice? Plus 10.

Kim: "Kanye has definitely given me a push to see more of what's out there in the world, so that's definitely a good thing." It still ranks second to the feverish pushing Ray J gave her back in the day, but nice sentiment. Plus 5.

With the exception of Scott's entertainment value and Kourtney's water birth experiment, the bulk of the current season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians has centered on the family matriarch, "momager" Kris Jenner.

Someone's gonna come out with a tell-all one of these years, and not just about Todd Waterman. This woman is out of control. Last night, for example, she became fixated, obsessively, on the great beyond. How did that turn out?

We break it all down for you in THG's official +/- recap!

Kris Jenner, Coffin

Kris plans an outing to the cemetery, tries out caskets and decides what kind of floral arrangements she'd like at her funeral, etc. She's 56 and healthy. Minus 10.

In true Kris fashion, she goes BALLS OUT to secure spots for herself, Bruce, and all the Jenner/Odom family members. A little over the top. Minus 20.

"I'm into the mausoleum. Go hard or go home." - Kim Kardashian. Funny, the second part of that is what Ray J said when he ... forget it. Plus 5.

"Oh, the funeral business, there's a way you could extort us! Yeah, let's make some commissions on those plots baby." - Khloe. She's not wrong. Plus 5.

While much of the current season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians has centered on the family patriarch and matriarch - namely pesky rumors of Kris Jenner cheating with Todd Waterman - the kids were back in focus Sunday.

Namely Kourtney Kardashian as she prepared to welcome baby #2.

How did she react to witnessing a water birth? And what's the rest of the gang up to? We break it all down for you in THG's official +/- recap:

Pregnant Kourtney Kardashian and Mason

"You beat the s--t out of me in the middle of the night with your arm," Kris tells Bruce. Keeping Up quotes we did not see coming. Plus 20.

Sleep-beatings aside, Kris is doing well and decides to head down to to San Diego to visit her mother, Mary Joe (MJ), with her daughters.

"It's hard for my mom to see her mom getting older," says pregnant Kourtney, "but that doesn't mean you shouldn't make time for them." Plus 10.

A trip to the San Diego Zoo brings back the memories and Kris decides to change her attitude toward her mother and visit more often. Plus 5.

With rumors of Kris Jenner cheating with Todd Waterman running rampant, she decided to face the music on Keeping Up with the Kardashians Sunday.

The reality momager (how much do we hate ourselves for writing momager) finally met with her old flame for ratings/closure after 20 plus years.

"I think that this dinner has taught me a lot of things," she said afterward.

What were those things, exactly, and how did Bruce Jenner react? We break it all down for you right here, right now in THG's official +/- recap:

Jenner, Kris

When Kris tells Bruce about her epiphany, he doesn't exactly respond in kind. Plus 20 because he wouldn't be a man if he accepted that explanation.

"I don't even know how I can trust you," he says. "I can't believe you."

Have no fear, though, because Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian have an idea ... to hook mom up to a polygraph. Because that happens. Minus 40.

"We know that we're playing with fire," Kourtney says. "But if she really has nothing to hide, she shouldn't be worried about answering them." True. Plus 5.

Kris admits Kim Kardashian is her favorite. Money talks! Plus 10.

She also comes out clean as far as bilking her famous daughters and not being in love with Todd, so perhaps that will assuage fans/Bruce? Plus 10.

"I passed," Kris says afterward. "Hopefully my family will realize I've been telling the truth all along." They clearly all read the script, so yeah. Minus 30.
