Kirsten Haglund Bio
Kirsten Haglund was crowned Miss America in early 2008. Prior to assuming that prestigious title, Kirsten Haglund was Miss Michigan. She hails from Farmington Hills, Mich., and is an aspiring Broadway star. She says she battled anorexia before overcoming the eating disorder and getting her life together. Here's hoping she doesn't go the route of Tara Conner et al.
