The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills began shooting its sixth season this week, and while some familiar faces will be back to hurl wine glasses at each other, some of the show's most infamous trainwrecks won't be participating in the drama.

The first casualty was Kim Richards, who provided some of last season's most memorable moments as a result of her worsening substance abuse issues.

Of all the women on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, none is more busier or more ambitious than Lisa Vanderpump.

The 54-year-old is the star of two reality shows, owns three restaurants and has been slowly building an empire that now includes lines of pet care products and home decor items.

Kim Richards' drinking problem has been common knowledge for years, but thankfully, the troubled Housewife is finally seeking out the most intensive form of treatment available to her.

Granted, Kim had to get arrested for kicking a cop and basically alienate her entire family before she realized the severity of her problem, but the important thing is, she's finally getting the help she needs!

Last week, we reported that Kim Richards had been fired from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills due to her constant drunken shenanigans and refusal to seek treatment.

The news was confirmed by several major media outlets including E! News, but now, Richards' ex-husband, Monty Brinson, is claiming that not only has Kim not been fired, she's been offered two new shows, a three-book publishing deal, and a flying unicorn.
