Let's be clear: Kim Kardashian nude is not exactly an unusual sight on the Internet.

Heck, we have an entire album filled with this reality star's Playboy photos. Then, there was that time she posed naked for W... oh, and also for Harper's Bazaar.

But a Tweeted photo that has been circulating around the Web today - and appears to be just the latest example of Kardashian baring pretty much all - has now been debunked: as similar looking at the following birthday-suited woman may be, this is NOT Kim Kardashian.

The Twit pic - which is actually of model Amia Miley - was originally believed to have been posted by Kanye West, but the rapper's camp quickly shot down that rumor with a statement to E! News.

"This is obviously the desperate, sad act of someone seeking to gain media exposure by exploiting Kanye's notoriety. Kanye doesn't even know this person, has never seen this picture, and hasn't been on his Twitter account for a day. It's a shame that in our media culture, the rampant spread of this kind of irresponsible 'reporting' occurs with such regularity and with such impunity."

Seriously. How dare Internet users think someone would Tweet an image of Kim Kardashian in the buff? From where would they get this crazy notion?!?

Gluten, you have been put on notice by Kim Kardashian.

The reality star took a break from her packed schedule of red carpet appearances and staged photos ops this weekend to go on a Twitter rampage. Among the items she linked to:

• The video for "Follow the Leader" by Wisin & Yandel, featuring Jennifer Lopez.
• These profound words by pal Brittny Gastineau: The first to apologize is the bravest. The first to forgive is the strongest. The first to forget is the happiest.
• And an old Instagram photo of herself as a blond, donning lingerie and bondage boots and including the simple caption: Gluten free is the way to be…Oh Hi.

Miley Cyrus also slammed Gluten recently, explaining away controversy over her own Twit pic by saying she's taken up this diet and she recommends it to all followers.

Poor Gluten. That protein composite is getting worse press these days than Patricia Krentcil.

Kim Kardashian is currently engaged in a rift with Jon Hamm, responding to accusations that she's a "f-ckin idiot" by defending herself as a businesswoman.

And by posting a picture of herself topless, of course, as Kim did earlier this week. Why? Because she was restless, of course!

"Can't sleep tonight..." Kardashian wrote while sending followers the image below. Seriously, how could Hamm possibly think this woman is an idiot?!?

On the actual business side of things, Kim and her sisters released the latest addition to their Kardashian Kollection yesterday: a line of lingerie.

Amber Rose is not backing down from her allegation in this week's issue of Star.

Yes, Kim Kardashian slept with Kanye West while she was dating Reggie Bush and the rapper was dating Rose and if you have a problem with Amber opening up about this supposed fact... tough.

"After being asked the same questions over and over in every interview for so long I had to be honest and get this off my chest," Rose Tweeted yesterday. "I don't lie, I don't embellish I'm not trying to hurt anyone just setting the record straight."

She also referred to boyfriend Wiz Khalifa as "my Angel and soulmate."

Meanwhile, In Touch Weekly is also hopping on the Kim-is-a-homewrecker train. That tabloid claims Kardashian encouraged friend Carla DiBello to hook up with a married Kobe Bryant, leading to what will be a very expensive divorce for the baller from wife Vanessa.

This has been a heck of a week for Dancing With the Stars controversy.

First, Maksim Chmerkovskiy lashed out at the judges for what he felt were unfair, personal critiques of his partner (a sentiment echoed by Chaz Bono).

Now, a fake tweet sent out by Kim Kardashian sent out to help her brother Rob on Monday night has come to light, and infuriated other contestants.

On Monday she wrote to her 10.7 million followers:

By writing “OMG I have @JustinBieber’s phone#!!!! 800 8684302! CALL HIM! He’s taking calls for the next hour!!!” she was actually pushing votes to Rob.

Funny? Harmless? Maybe, but her own fans turned on her, calling her “lame” and accusing her of cheating, while the DWTS cast too isn't pleased either.

“It is totally unfair that Kim did that,” one cast member said. “The other celebs on the show don’t send out fake information to trick people into voting.”

It's obviously unclear how many people called that number thinking they were actually dialing Justin Bieber, or if Rob had anything at all to do with it.

Still, “some of the contestants think Rob should actually be disqualified,” an insider said. What do you think? Should Rob be eliminated for this?

Following her lavish wedding ceremony and subsequent reception, Kim Kardashian took to Twitter this afternoon and thanked The Big Guy Upstairs for her good, huge fortunate. No, not Ryan Seacrest.

Wrote Kim:

Considering reports that Kardashian and Kris Humphries pocketed $18 million for the event, we're pretty sure she means capitalism is good.

Kim Kardashian has no problem letting cameras into her life or athletes between her legs. But the reality star has to draw the line somewhere.

And that place is apparently at her front gate.

A fan showed up at the edge of Kim's property today, and while no incident seems to have gone down, Kardashian did take to Twitter to warn off others. She wrote:

I pride myself in being very open & available to my fans, but the one place I won't interact or tolerate people showing up to is my home. I wont answer my gate & I don’t find it appropriate. This is my personal space & my comfort zone & when that is violated, I have a problem. I luv 2 meet my fans,u mean the world 2 me but I please ask that u don’t show up 2 my home.It scares me&I feel it violates my personal space. Security will be enforced 24hrs a day. Looks like I will be moving soon...

Speaking of violating Kim's personal space -- ok, nevermind. Stalking actually is a serious issues and we agree: chill, fans.

Now, for her latest look/cry for attention, Kim Kardashian has gone retro. The reality star Tweeted the following photo yesterday prior to a photo shoot, asking followers to guess "which old Hollywood actress I'm inspired by in this look." The correct answer: No one should care.

Kim Kardashian is not the only person to have reacted with horror over the Casey Anthony verdict yesterday afternoon.

But she is the only person with a major connection to the O.J. Simpson murder case to have done so.

For a change, Kim Kardashian is not the most disgraceful person pictured here.

Following a Tweet that said she was "truly sick" over Anthony being deemed not guilty of killing her daughter, Kardashian received flak from a number of followers who saw her as hypocritical. Why?

Because Kim's late father, Robert Kardashian, defended Simpson and helped get that obvious murderer former running back off.

In a verdict many feel is on par with the stunning decision to acquit O.J. Simpson, Casey Anthony was found not guilty of murdering her two-year old daughter today.

The result has left one avid viewer of the proceedings in shock: Kim Kardashian. The daughter of one of Simpson's lawyer Tweeted this afternoon:

"WHAT!!!!???!!!! CASEY ANTHONY FOUND NOT GUILTY!!!! I am speechless!!!"

In between X-Raying her ass, Kim Kardashian found time to weigh in on the Casey Anthony trial.

Kim later added:

• ”I am truly sick over the Casey Anthony verdict! So if the courts don’t believe she is guilty then who do they think killed this little baby?”
• “Is this now an open case? Do they attempt to arrest someone else? I am so confused! How do these jurors not believe she’s guilty????”

We're as stunned as anyone, but just to answer Kim's hard-hitting questions: 1. That's not how a court case works. The jury deals with the defendant on trial, not the hypothetical questions of who else could be responsible; 2. Yes, of course it's an open case now.

By the way, O.J. totally killed his ex-wife and her boyfriend.
