We already know that Kim Kardashian will not be spending the holidays with Michael Buble. So where will this soon-to-be-divorced socialite turn up around Christmas?

She'll once again host a New Year's Eve party at TAO nightclub in Las Vegas, a source confirms, the same locale that featured Kim's infamous live performance of "Turn It Up" a year ago. Relive it now, if you dare:

An insider tells Us Weekly that TAO is Kim's "home away from home when she's in Vegas," and that this may actually be the next time we see the reality star in a public forum.

"Kim cancelled the whole rest of her year and is just going to spend time with them relaxing, taking some much needed time off," the friend says.

Of course, that's not exactly true. The second season of Kourtney & Kim Take New York premieres on November 28 and E! is already publicizing the episodes with a focus on Kardashian's split from Kris Humphries. There is simply no getting away from this woman.

Michael Buble will likely not be exchanging Christmas cards this year with Kim Kardashian.

At a concert in New York City over the weekend, the crooner took to the stage and announced: “Ladies and gentleman, I have a very special guest... Please welcome Kim Kardashian!"

The audience reportedly gasped, only for Buble to add: “Nah, just [bleeping] with you! That bitch isn’t coming on my stage.”

Buble then dedicated the song "Feeling Good" to Kris Humphries, jokingly singling about Kim and Kris with: "She hurt him, she hurt him! I wish she had hurt me!"

Kim Kardashian is firing back at someone who has the nerve to claim her life is a hoax.

Jonathan Jaxson, some random guy in the PR game - who, it should be noted, is releasing a book - has been making the media rounds this week and saying he has inside knowledge of Kardashian's numerous publicity scams.

For example: Jaxson alleges he once helped Kim orchestrate a jewelery store visit when she was dating Reggie Bush, alerting the paparazzi to this staged event and making it look like an engagement was imminent. He also says Kim's wedding to Kris Humphries was nothing but a scam.

But Kardashian has hired attorney Marty Singer to silence Jaxon because she says the pair only worked together once and he's violating a confidentiality agreement by spouting off to the press.

Kris Humphries is preparing for battle.

The power forward, who reportedly had been refusing to go through with his divorce from Kim Kardashian, has now hired Lee Hutton, a Minnesota-based attorney who represents a number of pro athletes.

But where is Humphries?

"He doesn't want a war. He's lying low," a source tells E! News about the free agent, who is still without a job, as the NBA lockout extends into Thanksgiving.

A war, meanwhile, is evidently taking place within the Kardashian household. A new report cites major tension between Kim and her siblings, as they are sick of her fake, attention-starved ways. Kris Jenner, conversely, couldn't be more proud of her daughter.

Since Kim Kardashian announced her intention to divorce Kris Humphries, this reality star has not merely been fighting against a public that now questions the sincerity of her every word... but against family members that are also aghast at her actions, according to the latest In Touch Weekly at least.

“The family has split into two camps since the divorce – Kim and her mom versus the rest of the family, who are really angry at her,” an insider says. “Encouraged by her mom, Kim has become a fame-addicted, money-hungry monster. She has lost touch with reality.”

Some onlooker named Hannah Smith claims that Kim didn't leave Australia last week because she couldn't handle the press tour; but because she couldn't handle her own sister!

Will this nightmare never end?!?

Despite numerous sources claiming no reconciliation is on the horizon for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, Life & Style now reports that the latter "doesn't believe in divorce" and refuses to sign his divorce papers.

Soon after the split was announced, Humphries did say he was "devastated" over the development, adding: "I'm committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it work."

Pastor Joel Johnson, meanwhile, who married the couple, has even weighed in, adding: "I would love to connect with Kim and try to pull the reins back and redirect this energy in a more redemptive way."

Sorry, pastor, it's too late. The energy has also been directed to season two of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, which will use this entirely scripted marriage and break-up as an ongoing storyline.

We hate to break this to you, reality TV fans, but not all fairy tales can have a happy ending.

It's almost as though the entire split was scripted just to increase ratings for the season ahead. But there's no way someone as real as Kim Kardashian would do that, right? Watch now to see Kris and Kim fight over his whereabouts and let's all hope and pray that these two make it...

Kourtney & Kim Take New York Season 2 Preview

Mariah Carey's weight loss is the topic of the new cover story of Us Weekly.

The slimmed-down singer had plenty to say about the prior week's too.

She appeared to make a comment about Kim Kardashian's divorce at a press conference for Carey's introduction as the new face of Jenny (formerly Jenny Craig).

"I'm a real person, I'm not putting on a fake face for Hollywood," Carey told the crowd, then spoke about her marriage to Nick Cannon, with whom she has twins.

"Sometimes we really make each other mad, and that's why we aren't divorced after four months," she cracked, as the crowd audibly gasped after that remark.

The poster child for quickie divorces/defecating on the institution of marriage these days, of course, is Kardashian, who lasted all of 72 days with Kris Humphries.

That's not even three months, but whatever. Carey was sheepish after her joke, prompting the "Butterfly" singer to sort of take it back: "I'm sorry, just saying."

And we're just saying ... that she's kalling like it is. Sorry Kim.

Kris Humphries got married on television to a reality star whose entire life is decided by her manager and her mother. But the NBA power forward's father insists: his son did NOT see a divorce from Kim Kardashian coming.

"There was never a discussion about it - it just came out of nowhere and blindsided Kris," William Humphries tells Life & Style. "How could someone do that? Kris was completely surprised. The news was already published before he found out!"

But why didn't Kris just check the script for season two of Kourtney & Kim Take New York?

Kardashian allegedly warned family and friends about the announcement prior to making it, but a friend says Kris was so hurt by being left out of the decision-making process that he refused to speak to Kim until she visited him in Minnesota at the behest of her PR team.

"Kris told me that Kim was texting him a lot, but he wouldn't respond," this pal claims. "They did speak briefly the day the split was announced - but only because Kim was apparently pissed that Kris had released his own statement."

Kris Jenner seriously needs to STFU.

In a new interview with Extra, the managerial matriarch is asked why daughter Kim Kardashian went to visit ex-husband Kris Humphries in Minnesota this week, a trip that extended this disgusting story for another few days and led to talk of reconciliation.

Just take a look at the complete and utter nonsense this businesswoman spewed:

"Kim is a hopeless romantic. So she wants the fairy tale. She wanted to get married and have babies and raise a family and the white picket fence and all that comes with that. She's a really good person with a huge heart.

"Whatever decisions Kim is making right now, she's a very smart girl and she's gonna do the right thing. All I can do is wrap my arms around her gobs of money and make sure she's okay."

We kan't even handle this woman klaiming that the same woman who made a sex tape... got married on TV to someone after just a few months of dating... and followed that up with a divorce 72 days later, is merely a "hopeless romantic." We need to just turn this over to our readers and ask:
