No, this does not mean they'd give back the millions of dollars earned from the televised nuptials. Those bank deposits definitely took place.

So, how does Kim feel about her estranged husband's wish for an annulment?

"The filing is, of course, upsetting," an insider tells People. "She respects Kris and just wants them both to find peace and move on... Kim doesn't want a battle."

But she may have one on her money-starved hands because - for religious reasons - a friend of Kris' tells TMZ that divorce simply is not an option for him. Even if the annulment doesn't work out, he'd prefer an "indefinite separation" because it would keep him clean in the eyes of the church.

"Kim is sad how things ended up," says the People source. "The split was a devastating decision from the beginning."

We do not believe her.

Based on a new tabloid report, perhaps Kim Kardashian should be the one claiming she was defrauded her her marriage to Kris Humphries.

Why? Because the basketball player is gay, people! Star Magazine makes that clear in its latest issue by quoting an anonymous source who shares this story from the couple's honeymoon:

“One night she came back to their hotel room in a trench coat... She lit candles, put on some music and started doing a sexy striptease. But Kris barely looked up from the TV! He was like, ‘Later babe. I’m watching SportsCenter now.’”

Khloe allegedly asked Kim if her husband was homosexual and Kim supposedly had to think about it after awhile because, this tabloid hilariously states, "there were signs."

Kris Humphries can finally relate to the rest of America: a new report states this reality star is hoping to pretend that his marriage to Kim Kardashian never existed.

According to People, rumors that Humphries is reluctant to sign divorce papers are actually true. An insider claims Kris is planning to file the necessary paper work that would annul the union, thereby clearing the record of his marriage to the giant-breasted professional celebrity.

The procedure of annulment is typically reserved for cases where the couple can reasonably claim the marriage ought to be retroactively invalidated. A common argument used in these instances? That alcohol played a major role in an impromptu wedding. (See Spears, Britney and Alexander, Jason).

Other legal grounds for an annulment include incest, forced consent, fraud... wait, might Kris Humphries be planning to make a court-documented case that this marriage should be voided because it was a scheme all along to defraud the public?!?

UPDATE: Yes, Kris has filed for an annulment and, yes, the petition is based on Kim "defrauding" him into a marriage that was meant solely for the purposes of her reality show, a fact he claims he was never made aware of. This is awesome!

It's konceivable that Kris Humphries was klueless about Kim Kardashian when they first started dating.

Granted, she had gone out with numerous professional athletes before. And, yes, her sex tape has likely been viewed by more people than attend New Jersey Nets home games.

I could maybe buy that Humphries was so focused on improving his post-up game that he hadn't signed online in two years, even if her family sold out long before LeBron James.

Still... you want me to believe that this basketball player - who was aware his league was headed for a lockout and he'd be missing multiple paychecks in the near future - didn't comprehend what he was getting into after a first date swarmed by paparazzi?!?

Or when his proposal was filmed by E! cameras?

Or when his wedding was turned into a four-hour TV special?

I'm sorry, but I can't imagine Kris really thought Kim would simply move to Minnesota, pop out a few babies and the couple would live happily ever after, tabloid-free.

With all due respect to my Kardashian expert kounterpart, Kris Humphries looked absolutely mortified last night, and I doubt he's that good of an actor.

In my view, the big oaf was likely seduced by Kim's voluptuousness and lavish lifestyle and didn't realize what he was getting into until it was too late.

I put nothing past Kim or her "momager" Kris Jenner. Those people have fewer scruples than I have patience for people who use the term "momager."

I hate myself right now, but not as much as Kris (H.) was hating life when he walked in on a naked dude teaching Kourt yoga (and E! writers high-fived).

The man got played. Plain and simple. Humphries was needed to give Kim a fairytale wedding, then hit the bricks ASAP, as her brand is more valuable when she's single.

Everything about Kris, from his mannerisms last night, to his actions after getting dumped, to his assertion that Kim will be irrelevant one day, indicates he had no clue.

How could he fall for it? Kim is probably a nice girl in private, but that's the thing. There is no private when your career is a never-ending reality show and a 24/7 shill.

Naively, he assumed he'd settle into a blissful relatively quiet post-wedding life. Instead, he got an apartment with Scott Disick. No one willingly agrees to that.

Hilariously, the show kicks off with celebrity gossip magazine covers and TV reports discussing the end of their union, weeks before Kim actually left him. Plus 19.

"You're my wife now. It's going to take a lot to get rid of me." - Kris. LOL. Dude, these are shameless, overly made-up phonies do whatever the hell they want and it's all for ratings. You really think you matter to them? Could you not see this coming? Did you not Google your wife or read ANY celebrity news site? Minus 50.

Kim and Kris call each other "husband" and "wifey." AWWWW! Plus 5.

Living together? Not so cute. They had never done so before, and it shows, as Kim like things neater than Kris, who could really give a f--k. "When I see a messy room, it literally ruins my day," Kim says. Literally. Minus 28.

Kim Kardashian took time away from counting her divorce money yesterday to help feed the homeless.

We must give legitimate props to the reality star, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Zoe Saldana and others for the charitable endeavor, as they served Thanksgiving meals to the those less fortunate on behalf of the Los Angeles Mission.

Kim, who has remained mostly quiet - with the exception of the occasional blog post - since splitting from Kris Humphries Tweeted afterward about the "many kindhearted people" she met while volunteering and added that "their goal is to feed 120,000 people by the end of the year... Every one of us can do something small that will make a huge difference to someone else.
