With the seventh season premiere of Dancing with the Stars just a couple weeks ago, Kim Kardashian and Mark Ballas are getting serious.

Having to work on unique routines that take Kardashian's giant boobs and rear end into consideration, this duo is practicing around the clock.

Kim Kardashian's ass may have its own zip code, but it's also about to have its own national stage: season seven of Dancing with the Stars.

As a result, the reality television and sex tape star says she has goals for her most famous body part (no offense to her giant breasts).

“I’m hoping that it’ll firm it up and shape it up,” she said. “Everyone is asking if I’m worried it’s going to go away. No, it’s going to tone it up. I can use that.”

Like Barack Obama, Kim Kardashian promises changes. She's just referring to her ass, not middle class tax cuts.

Okay then. What sort of fashion can we expect to see this aspiring dancer wear with her new, supposedly taut rear end? Kardashian said she expects to show off more skin as the competition moves forward.

“Today the costume that I tried on wasn’t as crazy, [but] the better shape that I get into they will be a little more sexy and risqué,” she said. “I’m starting off with maybe a ball gown, something a little bit more elegant and a little bit more covered up.”

Having already overcome a dangerous foot injury, Kim Kardashian is getting down to Dancing with the Stars business.

The large-boobed reality TV star told Us Weekly that she's been practicing her moves for the show on boyfriend Reggie Bush.

"I went to New Orleans a few days ago... just for the night," she said. "I have a brace that helps me with my posture and I was wearing it and he was looking at me like I was crazy."

Kim Kardashian likes to dance for Reggie Bush. We bet she does!

From there, Kim got really personal.

"I was doing my full dance in front of him, but it's hard because I kind of have to teach him and I'm just learning myself - so I couldn't confuse him. He gets so excited."

Somewhere, Ray J nodded in agreement, having experienced that feeling many times himself with Kardashian.

How is a woman who rose to fame on the bed of Ray J a contestant on Dancing with the Stars?

As excited as we are to see Kim Kardashian shake her enormous backside on the upcoming season of this reality competition, it struck our staff as odd that producers would select a celebrity best known for starring in a sex tape.

Through nights of research and analysis, though, we've discovered the krazy konnections that likely landed Kardashian a spot on the show.

After all, it can't be a coincidence that her partner is Mark Ballas, the same guy who once dated Sabrina Bryan, who sings alongside Adrienne Bailon in The Cheetah Girls, who goes out with Kim's brother Rob.

The night before Kim Kardashian was officially announced as part of the season seven cast on Dancing with the Stars, she cut her foot. Badly.

Fear spread among the sex tape star and ridiculously rich community; might one of their own not be able to participate on the show?!?

Fortunately, Kim is gonna suck is up, partner with Mark Ballas and put her best Dancing with the Stars foot forward this season. She recenty blogged about the injury on her official website:

What happened was this: I was checking emails in my hotel room and placed my computer on a mirrored desk. There were parts of the glass mirror that were cracked, and when I finished up my work and got up, my foot rubbed against it and it sliced it open.

Kim Kardashian was wheeled into the hospital, but she danced her way out of it. Sort of.

I was rushed by an ambulance to an emergency room nearby and had it checked out! I did not end up getting stitches because it will actually slow the healing process down - and I need to do whatever is safest but fastest healing wise. So, my doctor just "dermabonded" it - basically surgically gluing it back together and keeping it bandaged up!

It was more scary than anything, and all that blood just freaked me out! But I am okay and my foot will be fine!

If Kim Kardashian truly is a member of this season's Dancing with the Stars cast - rumors have suggested as much, though the official announcement won't be made until tonight - most observers assumed the size of her rear end would be the main obstacle to victory.

Turns out they may have named the wrong body part.

According to TMZ, the reality TV star severely cut her foot in her hotel room last night. Kim reportedly sliced her foot open on a glass coffee table and was rushed to New York Presbyterian Hospital. You can see the left big toe wrapped in a bandage below:

We're not sure about Kardashian's current state, or the number stitches she needed, but a source said there was "so much blood, it looked like a murder scene." Sadly, that may be an apt description.

Not being able to participate on Dancing with the Stars would kill any chance Kardashian has of establishing herself as a mainstream celebrity.

** UPDATE: Kim is officially a member of the new season's cast - and she says she'll put her best foot forward on it. Literally!

While it's still unclear if Kim Kardashian will be a part of this season's Dancing with the Stars - the official announcement will be made tomorrow night - we may have finally determined the secret behind this socialite's behind.

It's called The Push-Up Thong. Only Ray J and Reggie Bush know for sure if Kardashian sports such as apparatus, but it wouldn't exactly surprise us.
