A day prior to her wedding, Khloe Kardashian has something old (father Bruce Jenner); something new (her breasts); something borrowed (the spotlight); and something blue (a sad sister Kim for being shoved out of said spotlight).

She also has a lawyer.

That's because fiance Lamar Odom is finally showing an ounce of rational thinking. He's insisting on a prenuptial agreement. There's just one problem:

In order for E! to foot the bill for the $1 million wedding, it must take place tomorrow. That's not enough time to hash out a contract between the couple, both sides of which have romantically hired an attorney the day before the ceremony.

According to TMZ, here's the likely solution: like her love for Odom, Khloe's wedding tomorrow will be fake.

In order to work out a post-nuptial agreement, the ceremony would have to be non-binding. Once the financial details are worked out in case of a divorce, the couple can then officially tie the knot.

So, why don't Kardashian and Odom simply wait until this takes place and hold an actual wedding? Because cameras wouldn't have time to capture it, get it on the air and garner great ratings from the event.

When Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom get married on Sunday, it will mark the couple's one-month anniversary.

That may seem like a quick courtship to some, but sometimes true love conquers all and there's simply no need to delay the inevitable.

Other times, one half of the couple stars on a reality TV show and wants to create an exciting storyline for it.

“It’s happening so quickly because of the show. They want to create some drama for the cameras. Meetings and decisions are being delayed to the last minute," a source told People of the ceremony, which will be filmed for Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Khloe even has a model to follow: Kendra Wilkinson's televised wedding to Hank Baskett earned Kendra its highest ratings ever.

There's also a reason why The Bachelor continues to air on ABC: people love contrived, forced, attention-grabbing love stories.

“It creates a lot of buzz that the wedding is being planned and happening within such a short period of time,” said an insider. “It’s going to make for huge ratings, and Khloe and Lamar are sure about everything, so they all figured, ‘Why not?!'"

Asked by Life & Style about her man, Khloe said:

"We fell in love and were talking about marriage so fast. We went to dinner with my family at Boa recently, and he asked my mom if he could marry me!"

As for Kim Kardashian - the only adult sister not pregnant or engaged - she claims she is "pleasantly surprised" about Khloe's nuptials.

"It was totally unexpected. Lamar is one of the sweetest, most compassionate guys I know," Kim said.

How long will the marriage between Khloe and Odom last?

We continue to doubt it, but the rumors continue to grow stronger.

On her official blog, Khloe Kardashian confirms what the Internet has been buzzing about this week. She writes:

I'm thrilled to finally be able to tell you that the news is true... Lamar and I are getting married on Sunday!!! I couldn't be happier and I'm so excited that I can finally share the news with all of you.

For a big man, we've always known that Odom has a quick first step, but that's nothing compared to the speed in which he and Khloe have gone from complete strangers to engaged love birds.

How does Khloe's mom, Kris Jenner, feel about the engagement? Great, of course. It puts her family right smack in the news.

On Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show yesterday, the matriarch of the Kardashians said: ""I just go by what I feel. If you meet somebody, you just know."

She added that Odom was a "great athlete," winning praise from his soon-to-be mother-in-law.

As for Liza Morales, who has two children with Khloe's new man? She was as shocked as anyone by the wedding announcement - and she sounds like the only sane person here:

"I would definitely say it is moving too fast. I think that marriage is a life commitment and it is not something you rush into. You can't think about the wedding. You have to think about the marriage and what that consists of. This is not a fabulous pair of shoes, or a fabulous custom-made suit we are talking about. So I would definitely say he is acting on impulse."

No mater how prominent talk of a Lamar Odom/Khloe Kardashian wedding grows, we'll believe in these nuptials when we hear the vows. Until then, we'll simply doff our imaginary caps to Khloe for the latest in a long line of publicity stunts.

According to E! News, however, the marriage truly is taking place this Sunday afternoon. The network claims to have uncovered the following details regarding it:

• Location: At the L.A. residence of music mogul Irving Azoff.
• Guests: About 250, including Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Brody Jenner; Odom's teammates; and a few E! personalities.
• Ring: Huge, to be debuted soon; possibly today!
• Prenup: It "has been discussed," sources say.
• Knocked up? Insiders state Khloe has nary a bun in her oven.

So, if the latter claim is true, what's the rush? It's actually Odom's idea, reportedly.

"He got to that point in life where he wanted to settle down; then she came into his life not long after," a friend says.

We give the marriage - if it takes place - six weeks. How about you?

As recently as last week, Khole Kardashian and Lamar Odom were "talking about rings."

A couple days later, the pair were tying the knot "within two weeks," according to sources.

Now, the latest report indicates that the couple - which has been dating for approximately 27 minutes - is headed to the altar this weekend!

According to E! News, most guests have already received a phone call, inviting them to a wedding on Sunday; formal invites will reportedly arrive later this week. (The Hollywood Gossip will check its inbox frequently!)

Asked about the nuptials, Khloe - well-trained in the art of public relations - kept fans guessing. She simply said: "I cannot confirm or deny…"

Neither can our staff, but we can at least speculate. There are only one of two possibilities here:

1. Khloe is pregnant and rushing to get married before her baby bump grows;
2. This is all a publicity ploy.

Updating a story from earlier today, sources confirm that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are not just thinking about rings and maybe getting married.

They are engaged and will tie the knot in the next two weeks!

"Khloe and Lamar want to get married before he has to go away for training, and the [basketball] season starts up [this fall]," a source tells Us Weekly.

"They are hoping to pull together a wedding within the next two weeks so they can get married and have time for a honeymoon," continues the source.

"They haven't decided where they will say 'I Do,' but they are scouting out numerous locations, including Khloe's family home in Calabasas, [Calif.]."

Earlier this month, Odom gushed that he was "very happy" with Khloe Kardashian, who stars with her pregnant sister on Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami.

"Khloe is smart and beautiful and that is very hard to find," he said.

Her other sister approves as well: "He's a great guy!" Kim Kardashian said of the couple, who have been all over each other, and L.A., in recent weeks.

It's more legitimate then the rumor that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are engaged.

According to Kim Kardashian, there's one thing she loves more than attention:

Her sisters.

For that reason, the publicity hound is fighting back against a tabloid feature that she and her family may very well have put out there to begin with.

In the latest issue of Star, the magazine screams that Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian are "AT WAR!" The cover story goes on to detail the "catfights, jealous fits and trash talk" that go on between the siblings.

On her official blog, Kim denied all such accusations, writing:

There's no war here, people! I'm so grateful to have my sisters around me and I know we'll always support each other no matter what!

Knowing the Kardashians enjoy tabloid coverage almost as much as they like sex tapes, would anyone be shocked if the family planted this story, simply to debunk it later on and then receive sympathy from fans?

After all, as Sarah Palin is yet to learn when it comes to Levi Johnston comments, the best way to ensure that a story dies is simply to ignore it. Instead, Kim actually posted this cover shot on her popular website.

This is disgraceful.

For years, Kim Kardashian took pride in her body, telling various celebrity gossip outlets that she was proud of her curves. She served as a great role model for women in this regard.

But then the folks at QuickTrim came calling and Kardashian chose the money over her fans. Kim and sister Khloe have been shilling for the product ever since, despite its unhealthy side effects and the unenviable message to young girls around the country that it sends.

In the latest issue of Life & Style, for instance, the siblings are totally photoshopped on grace the cover and pretend as though QuickTrim is the most magical weight loss system ever invented.

Says Khloé: It's always been hard to lose weight in general, and I'm still losing weight, but right now, I feel like I've lost all my fat and just want to tone up. It's really because of QuickTrim [a system of supplements customized for various fitness goals]. I've had weight battles my entire teenage and adult life, but this time when I tried losing it, the weight just fell off. It was easy.

Says Kim: I trained so hard for my fitness DVDs, Fit in Your Jeans by Friday, and I just needed an extra push. QuickTrim completely took it to this level.

Wow. It's almost like they're reading from a script.

A few notes:

• QuickTrim is a cleansing system that forces one to essentially starve oneself, flushing one's body out in a manner that no doctor is his right mind would ever recommend;
• Kim and Khloe are being paid a lot of money for this endorsement;
• Get Thin Fast is grammatically incorrect, moronic editors at Life & Style. It should read: Get Thin Quickly... and Dangerously.

In the end, take Kim and Khloe's advice on pathetic ways to garner attention for yourself. Don't listen to a word they say about dieting.
