Kevin Federline just became a dad for the fifth time. Congratulations are in order. As are questions of when and with whom the guy is going to procreate next.

When Victoria Prince bore him a son named Jordan Kay - interestingly, Kacey Jordan claims to have aborted his baby once - she became his third baby mama.

K-Fed has also sired two children by Shar Jackson, and two more with Britney Spears (who will be paying for all five). We get the point, dude, You are fertile.

You are also a morbidly obese, jobless waste of space. At some point, how many more kids should one bring into the world? All of which begs the question ...

Cower in fear, people of the universe: Kevin Federline is a father again.

Victoria Prince, the girlfriend of Britney's ex-husband, gave birth to a daughter named Jordan Kay last night, sources confirm to Us Weekly. No other details have been released.

Federline and Spears share custody of sons Sean Preston, 5, and Jayden, 4. In recent months, K-Fed said each were "super excited" to become big brothers. He and ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson also have two kids: daguther Kori, 9, and son Kaleb, 7.

The man can't do much, but Federline knows how to pro-create.

Will Kevin Federline and Victoria Prince walk down the aisle since she's expecting? Probably not. Not really K-Fed's M.O. But he says he would "like" to.

"I want to get married," Fed says. "But I'll wait until I have the courage to propose."

That's code for saying eh, we're just havin' a good time ... and a daughter this year.

"No wedding is in the works at all," the former wannabe rapper adds, to be clear.

Kevin did reveal that he and Victoria Prince intend to name their daughter Jordan. Interestingly, he once knocked up Charlie Sheen porn pal Kacey Jordan!

It will be the first child for the volleyball pro turned special ed teacher and the fifth (!) for Federline, who has two sons with the legendary Britney Spears.

He and ex Shar Jackson have a daughter Kori, 8, and son, Kaleb, 6. She's the one he left for Britney. Dude is nothing if not upstanding ... and fertile.

Kevin Federline's girlfriend Victoria Prince is knocked up. Shar Jackson, his original baby mama, wishes him nothing but the best despite the circumstances.

Then again, she's used to it. Dude left her and their two kids for Britney Spears, who he impregnated twice in about a year. It's who he is. Fertile, itinerant.

"Honestly, I wish them the best, without question," Jackson says of K-Fed and Prince. "It's just not part of my life. I've got my own family to worry about."

Kevin Victoria is pregnant and Shar is happy for him her.

The mother of four – two of them Kev's – says she's somewhat bemused when people ask her about Federline news. Her response, she says, is usually the same.

"People ask me what I think, or if I have a comment," she says, laughing. "And I'm like, 'Yeah, I have a comment. I need to go home and cook for my own kids!'"

Indeed. You wonder how many K-Fed will sire before he keels over due to obesity and/or emphysema. Kacey Jordan negated what would've been #6 too! Wild.

With Britney Spears making her return to the spotlight today, ex-husband Kevin Federline has also found himself back in the news.

Sources tell E! Online that K-Fed's long-term girlfriend, Victoria Prince, is pregnant with the couple's first baby. She's about five months along and the pair is "totally happy" about it, an insider claims.

Despite appearances, Victoria Prince - NOT Kevin Federline - is the one reportedly expecting.

If true, this child will be Federline's fifth overall. He has two with Shar Jackson and two sons, Sean and Jayden, with Britney. Most of that clan actually united two weeks ago for a Little League game.

What situation could bring Britney Spears' ex-husband, son and boyfriend together?

A Little League game, of course. As awkward as it might seem, the pop star looked very much the part of the typical proud mom watching her son Sean Preston.

Kevin Federline, Brit's ex and Sean's dad, is one of the team's coaches. Britney and her BF Jason Trawick showed up to watch. Here's the three of them together:

This believed to mark the first time the singer and her former backup dancer ex have been photographed together since their 2006 split (they wed in 2004).

Britney and Jason were joined in the stands by her younger son Jayden James. Spears looked happy and relaxed, wearing a white hoodie and black leggings.

Best of all, the team won, and at the end of the game, Jason actually approached Kevin to congratulate him. See? There doesn't have to be any drama.

The Circus is traveling abroad - and so are Sean Preston and Jayden James!

Kevin Federline's longtime attorney tells E! News that K-Fed and his ex-wife Britney Spears will be extending their current custody arrangement when her blockbuster striptease show new album tour crosses the Atlantic.

What that means is Federline will also be making the trek to Europe so that Spears can continue to be close to their sons Sean and Jayden, 3 and 2. No word on how much he will get paid for his time - but dude needs the cash!

"They worked out an arrangement to facilitate her being able to go on tour without having to sacrifice her ability to see the kids," Mark Vincent Kaplan says.

"She'll go on tour, she'll go to the venues, but Kevin will be there with the kids. There won't be any change in custody in Europe or anywhere she's on tour."

The once-estranged exes first hammered out a modified joint custody deal when Britney Spears embarked on her Circus tour in March 3 in New Orleans.

"Kevin is happy with how the kids are doing, and he's happy that he's been able to work out an arrangement where Britney is pursuing her professional goals, and Kevin is rooting for her every step of the way," Kaplan says.

He was also rumored to have nailed Britney backstage at one of the shows, to the dismay of current girlfriend Victoria Prince, but we'll chalk that one up as a rumor.

As for how Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline are handling the whole situation, "The kids are great, they're really happy," Kaplan stated. "They are both very well-adjusted kids, as well-adjusted as you can expect."

"They will always push the envelope, but I think that they have the absolute privilege of having two parents who absolutely love them. Everyone has worked for making sure that they're not a product of all of the attention and commotion."

As for Victoria Prince, Kaplan wouldn't confirm whether she'd be a member of the overseas entourage, but he says she, Sean and Jayden "have a good relationship."

The Circus Starring Britney Spears is off to London for eight gigs at O2 Arena, after which it's off to Dublin, Paris, Stockholm, etc., before ending July 26 in Berlin.

It's finally official: Britney Spears will go on her Circus tour, and Sean Preston and Jayden James will come with her. But this comes at a hefty price.

Jamie Spears and Kevin Federline have both signed a document which clears the path for Britney taking her kids on the road for her upcoming tour.

What, you ask, is in it for the FedEx man, who could have nixed this arrangement and put The Circus Starring Britney Spears in serious jeopardy?

Just $5,000 a week. What a steal.

The way the tour deal goes is Jayden James and Sean Preston will follow Britney Spears to three "hubs" - New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles.

Britney will commute back and forth from each hub during the tour.

She's also renting houses in N.J. and New Orleans for K-Fed if he wants to come along. But K-Fed gets the $5,000 a week, whether he shows up or not.

Interestingly, the deal Jamie Spears and K-Fed signed effectively kills the custody arrangement they have all been following since last year.

Britney gets the kids three days and nights a week, according to the new agreement, which will remain in effect after the tour is over.

Many weeks, Britney will actually have the kids more than Kevin, so in effect it's 50/50 custody. Score one for Team Britney ... and for Team Kevin, since we all know the guy wanted more time to party in Las Vegas with Victoria Prince anyway.

Britney Spears is gonna frickin' tweak when she reads this.

K-Fed and his new girlfriend, Victoria Prince, took Sean Preston and Jayden James out for dinner at a Japanese restaurant in Fresno this weekend, where it was plain to see that Prince embraced the kids - and the role of interim mom.

Wonder how Britney feels about someone with Victoria Prince's shady past spending so much time with the kids. Then again, Britney's parenting was so poor that she lost the right to be with Sean and Jayden unsupervised for a time.

You gotta hand it to V-Prince, she looks like she's up to the task. How much longer until Kevin Federline puts a baby in that and she gives birth to his fifth offspring? We give it until the end of 2009. Dude is like a fertility god.

Kevin Federline has been called many things.

But the only one he cares about even a little is dad.

Since splitting with Britney Spears in 2006 - then watching in fear as she went through her very public meltdown - the former backup dancer has channeled all of his energy into their sons Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2.

Now that Spears is getting her life back on track, they're sharing parenting duties again – and Federline tells his side of the story in an interview with People.

Q: Do you remember when you first met Britney Spears?

Kevin Federline: I met her at a club in Hollywood, Joseph's. Our eyes met and that was it. We just hit it off right away. I learned real fast how much of a whirlwind the press and everything was.

Q: What are your happiest memories of the marriage?

Kevin Federline: Well, getting married. I never thought that I would get married but it wound up happening. That was a really, really, happy, exciting moment. I pretty much realized that I was giving my life to her, and I was doing it without question.

Q: What went wrong?

Kevin Federline: It's hard enough to be in a marriage, and then have a kid, then kids, it changes everything. For me, I'd become more concerned with my children. Not that I ignored Britney, but my kids are always most important ... I mean, we were having complications. I didn't give her an ultimatum, but I was trying to work stuff out with her, and she didn't even talk to me or anything and went behind my back and filed [for divorce]. [I was] completely blindsided.
