Feeling the pinch from rescuing myriad financial and automobile companies, it looks like the U.S. Government is asking for a bailout of its own - from Kevin Federline.

K-Fed is gonna have to spend some of his babysitting money to pay the IRS - something most of us do on time to begin with, and isn't really that difficult, is it?

The IRS has slapped a lien on Federleezy to the tune of $14,371 in back taxes. And despite falling off the map since 2006, it's not like he's not makin' any bank.

Federline is pulling in $20,000 most months - and $30,000 this months, with Britney Spears on tour - for babysitting their kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Our advice to K-Fed? Knock up Victoria Prince as soon as possible, then get child support from her to watch the kid. She must make some money playing volleyball ... right? Actually, better find and impregnate some rich chick instead.

Britney Spears and K-Fed have reached a new agreement on custody - and now Brit has the kids more than 50 percent of the time - at least during her tour.

But seriously, lawyers for Britney and Kevin have filed docs with the family law Commissioner Scott Gordon, stating they have reached a new arrangement.

Nice to see these two getting along better these days. Even though things didn't work out for them, it's good that they can share the little ones amicably.

During June, July and August, Britney Spears will have physical custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston more than 50 percent of the time, which is awesome.

The lawyers submitted a calendar outlining which parent gets to chill with Sean Preston and Jayden James on which day during the forthcoming period. 

Before the change, Britney had the kids 50 percent of the time, and the 50/50 split is scheduled to go back into effect once the Circus tour is over.

The Circus is traveling abroad - and so are Sean Preston and Jayden James!

Kevin Federline's longtime attorney tells E! News that K-Fed and his ex-wife Britney Spears will be extending their current custody arrangement when her blockbuster striptease show new album tour crosses the Atlantic.

What that means is Federline will also be making the trek to Europe so that Spears can continue to be close to their sons Sean and Jayden, 3 and 2. No word on how much he will get paid for his time - but dude needs the cash!

"They worked out an arrangement to facilitate her being able to go on tour without having to sacrifice her ability to see the kids," Mark Vincent Kaplan says.

"She'll go on tour, she'll go to the venues, but Kevin will be there with the kids. There won't be any change in custody in Europe or anywhere she's on tour."

The once-estranged exes first hammered out a modified joint custody deal when Britney Spears embarked on her Circus tour in March 3 in New Orleans.

"Kevin is happy with how the kids are doing, and he's happy that he's been able to work out an arrangement where Britney is pursuing her professional goals, and Kevin is rooting for her every step of the way," Kaplan says.

He was also rumored to have nailed Britney backstage at one of the shows, to the dismay of current girlfriend Victoria Prince, but we'll chalk that one up as a rumor.

As for how Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline are handling the whole situation, "The kids are great, they're really happy," Kaplan stated. "They are both very well-adjusted kids, as well-adjusted as you can expect."

"They will always push the envelope, but I think that they have the absolute privilege of having two parents who absolutely love them. Everyone has worked for making sure that they're not a product of all of the attention and commotion."

As for Victoria Prince, Kaplan wouldn't confirm whether she'd be a member of the overseas entourage, but he says she, Sean and Jayden "have a good relationship."

The Circus Starring Britney Spears is off to London for eight gigs at O2 Arena, after which it's off to Dublin, Paris, Stockholm, etc., before ending July 26 in Berlin.

It is hardly unusual in these tough economic times of rising expenses and shrinking incomes to hear tales of financial woe. Life is becoming a more and more difficult balancing act for millions upon millions of Americans.

Take Kevin Federline for example.

According to MSNBC, even the former Mr. Britney Spears is struggling amid the recession, with bodyguards’ salaries and giant booze tabs straining his budget.

Sources estimate Federline’s current Britney Spears-based monthly income at $40,000, including $20,000 in child support for Sean Preston and Jayden James.

But apparently that staggering sum is still not enough to keep Federleezy livin' the high-rollin' lifestyle he’s grown accustomed to over the years.

“Kevin has blown through millions,” the source said. “When he and Britney divorced, Kevin continued a star life. He spends all the money he gets.”

“Kevin can't afford the rent, his help, the food and the booze it takes to keep up (his home),” the source explained. So where does it all go?

Federline’s food bills alone allegedly run over $2,000 a month. Adding that sum to the thousands it takes to pay for housing expenses, nannies, on top of his steep bar bills and bodyguards and there simply isn’t all that much left over.

As for his solution to this issue, the source believes Federline may soon beg the Bank of Britney Spears for a little more support. Perhaps they can work out a plan for Sam Lutfi to pay K-Fed directly and cut out the middle men.

The bowling alley, that is.

Amid rumors that he royally pissed her off by chain-smoking and flirting up a storm at T.G.I. Friday's the other day, Kevin Federline had his game face on – and his yellow bowling ball ready – as he stepped out with girlfriend Victoria Prince.

The Tarzana, Calif., bowling alley where they are headed is, of course, where Federline met the former volleyball star who would go on to be his girlfriend and hopeful future baby mama. He hasn't had a kid in years now, it's time!

It's been an interesting week for these two in the world of celebrity gossip. In addition to their rumored fight at Friday's, Victoria Prince was also said to have walked in on K-Fed nailing Britney Spears in her tour dressing room recently.

Somehow we're guessing that's not true.

Our reasoning? She would probably have quit the bowling team if she really saw him all up inside his ex-wife like that. There's just no explaining that away.

The former Mr. Britney Spears enjoys the occasional cigarette.

Or the constant cigarette. This is hardly anything new, we know.

But when he was spotted getting his puff on in L.A. Thursday, Sean Preston and Jayden James' daddy was at dinner with girlfriend Victoria Prince, and reportedly left their date at a local T.G.I. Friday's for about 20 minutes to do so.

"He left the table to go chain-smoke outside," a fellow diner reports.

Victoria Prince, a former volleyball standout with a bit of an interesting past, may not have been too thrilled about Kevin Federline's lengthy disappearance.

Says the source, "He was talking to some other girls outside, and when he finally came back to the table, his girlfriend looked pissed and they started to argue."

If she wasn't pissed about K-Fed's smoke break and new pals, perhaps it was over the report that he has been boning Britney in her tour dressing rooms?

Probably not, since she supposedly walked in on them in mid-fornication. But that's almost certainly a BS story (albeit a hilarious one) anyway. We digress.

Speaking of smoking, and Britney Spears, she abruptly halted her Vancouver concert this week due to excessive cigarette smoke. At a concert. Pretty weak sauce, Brit. Tough it out. It's not like there's any actual singing going on.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline's one red-hot sex life has been reborn, according to Star magazine, which says K-Fed has been tapping that ass in hotel suites, backstage and even in dressing rooms on the singer's Circus tour.

The celebrity gossip magazine - which only last week reported on Britney's supposed relationship with backup dancer Chase Benz - says K-Fed, who is being paid to accompany Spears and their kids on tour, has been hitting it feverishly.

"It's like they're newlyweds all over again," a family insider says. "They can't keep their hands off each other! The flings have made them both a lot happier."

Really? This seems a little hard to believe, with all the Chase Benz rumors and Britney being in the news daily for wanting to free herself from papa Jamie.

BACKSTAGE TRYSTS: Despite her rigorous touring schedule, Britney Spears has now been linked to two dudes in the past week. One of whom is her former husband.

The magazine continues, saying "Britney loves it" when Kevin puts the moves on her. That's hot. And "she definitely knows how to fan the flames" herself.

There's just one big issue - literally! - standing in the way.

That would be Kevin's new girlfriend, former volleyball star Victoria Prince, who supposedly caught Kevin boning the daylights out of Britney "on the sly."

Victoria Prince "caught him with his hand in the cookie jar," says a source.

We just hope his "hand" was protected. That "cookie jar" definitely does not need to produce another little "cookie" for Sean and Jayden to play with.

With Britney Spears allegedly cozying up to backup dancer Chase Benz, her former favorite backup dancer and the ballooning father of her two sons, Kevin Federline showed off his ripped physique while picking up donuts (or pizza) on Sunday.

Whatever his junk food of choice might be, it's apparent that K-Fed (seen below with new girlfriend Victoria Prince) is living large. Literally and otherwise.

The FedEx man is large and very much in charge.

So far, former volleyball standout Victoria shows no signs of going all K-Fed on us and packing on the pounds, or of carrying his fifth child). But give her time.

As we talked about over the weekend, Kevin Federline wasn't able to make it to Vegas to celebrate his 31st birthday due to family commitments. Dude is banking $5,000 per week just to watch his own kids while Britney Spears tours.

That's the life if you can get it.

It's good to see, though, that he did sneak away with girlfriend Victoria Prince for some partying at M2 Ultra Lounge in New York's Meatpacking district ...

Hurrying to his private table in the back, Federline spent most of the night dancing and kissing Prince, always keeping her within his reach. Hot stuff.

He also partied with some of the Kardashian sisters - sorry, no Kim Kardashian pics, she wasn't around - and a birthday cake glittering with sparklers.

While Britney Spears went clubbing and performed in Montreal, the former Mr. Britney Spears rang in his 31st birthday when the clock struck midnight.

He celebrated by raking in a cool $5,000 for the week to watch his own kids.

We expect more grandiose festivities will go down in his home away from home (Las Vegas) before long. But for now, the FedEx man is officially on daddy duty.

Which basically means having bodyguards watch Sean Preston and Jayden James while he goes bowling with Victoria Prince or hits the links with his ex father-in-law, but hey, that's just how K-Fed rolls. Don't be a hater, bitchez.
