Kevin Federline would like Britney Spears to see their kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James, even during the current conservatorship.

According to TMZ, the FedEx man has no problem allowing the kids to visit Britney at home, with one string attached - that her parents are present.

K-Fed isn't worried that anything bad would happen to Sean Preston and Jayden James, but does fear that Britney might drive with them. Too dangerous.

Jamie Spears' presence would help assuage those fears.

Sources also say K-Fed doesn't necessarily want custody 100 percent of the time, and would like Britney to share custody or at least have visitation.

Of course, if recent comments attributed to Jason Alexander are to be believed, Britney might not necessarily want custody back. So who knows.

There's also the matter of Britney's propensity for wearing no underwear. The flashing of the vadge may not be the best trait for a kid's role model.

In other news, there's talk of Britney Spears going to a private facility for treatment and K-Fed having no problem allowing the kids to visit her there.

Attorneys representing Britney are in court right now for the first custody hearing since the pop star's most recent hospitalization.

Brit's soon-to-be-gone attorney, Anne Kiley, asked Commissioner Scott Gordon to put a gag order on the lawyers and others connected with the custody battle, preventing them from speaking to the media about the case.

K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, objected to the gag order, saying it's a violation of freedom of speech. The motion was denied.

The CW sure has cornered the market on cheesy dialogue and characters that you somehow can't stop watching. Then they throw K-Fed into the mix.

Britney Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline, has reportedly agreed to let the troubled pop singer see their two sons, but only if the singer's mother, Lynne Spears, gives the go-ahead first, celebrity news sites are reporting.

Britney's mom is currently looking after Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, while Federline attends New York Fashion Week events.

A source said: "K-Fed and Lynne get along really well. He hopes Lynne can help Britney have some face time with her kids. He knows however confused Brit gets, she'll always love those two kids with all her heart."

Britney previously accused K-Fed of boning Lynne. While this is likely just crazy talk, Federline and the elder Spears have always gotten along well.

Hectic life with Britney Spears exposed Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline to quite a lot, but father Kevin still wants the boys to be part of her life.

Kevin Federline has full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James, a fact not likely to change unless Britney demonstrates serious mental improvement.

Meanwhile, the court has granted Britney's father, Jamie Spears, the power to ax her business manager, Howard Grossman, as of a hearing Thursday.

Jamie Spears, who is legally Britney's co-conservator, reportedly requested additional powers over his troubled daughters affairs.

Britney's parents dislike Grossman because of his close ties with the star's close friend and self-proclaimed manager, Sam Lutfi.

Under the powers of the conservatorship, Jamie Spears is able to restrict the visitors Britney receives and has the right to approve contracts.

Jamie and Lynne Spears hope the measures approved by the court will allow them to calm the craziness that has surrounded the pop star.

Not even 48 hours after his ex-wife, Britney Spears, checked out of the UCLA psych ward, where she was being held for treatment of her apparent bipolar disorder, Kevin Federline announced that his new reality show will be put on hold.

Yes, Kevin Federline had a new reality show in the works.

The E! show was set to "document the life of single, working dad." Which is odd, since we assumed it would be about Kevin Federline.

But seriously folks. K-Fed may be a failed rapper, but he has shown maturity in staying out of the limelight during Britney's meltdowns and keeping their sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, out of the public eye as well.

FedEx also has a daughter Kori, 6, and a son Kaleb, 4, with Shar Jackson.

"His plans are on hold because of the Britney situation. He had planned to do it, but not now," a source close to the Kevin Federline told E! yesterday.

This would be K-Fed's second venture in reality TV, the first with Britney Spears on the UPN's Britney & Kevin: Chaotic, which aired in 2005.

Federleezy also has TV credits that include a funny Super Bowl ad, a guest spot on CSI, a stint on One Tree Hill and a memorable turn as a WWE wrestler.

With the daily drama that is Britney Spears, we haven't seen or heard from Sean Preston Federline or Jayden James Federline in quite a while.

Except for, you know, that time Britney locked herself in the can with Jayden during an intense, three-hour police standoff at her estate.

For the most part, though, the two boys have been kept out of the spotlight - a refreshing change from the days when Britney actually had custody.

Like all of us, K-Fed is worried and hopeful for Britney Spears, and is hoping she gets the help she needs for her mental problems, so she can be part of Sean and Jayden's life down the road. For now, the hospital is the best place for her.

Kevin Federline is "extremely worried" about Britney Spears and feels the psychiatric hospital is the best place for her right now, People reports.

Laying low since Britney was hospitalized again Thursday morning, Federline "doesn't want her to get out until she's made progress," the source says. "This is obviously going to help her in the end - later, much later."

"He's worried. He doesn't even know what's going to happen next."

Federline, 29, was not directly involved in the latest events, "but he was aware of what was happening," says another source, a friend of K-Fed.

Kevin Federline and Britney Spears married in 2004, then split in 2006.

Unlike the first time Britney Spears was sent to the hospital, and she had them at her home, the kids were with Federline, who has sole custody.

"Kevin wants Britney to get better. He wants her to be in [Sean Preston and Jayden James'] lives. He wants them to have a loving relationship. He wants her to get healthy so she can be the mother they deserve," says a friend.

This is the second trip to a hospital in a month for Spears.

In early January, she was forced into the hospital following a standoff with police involving sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

A court commissioner later stripped Spears of visitation rights.

A third source close to K-Fed says that getting medical help for Spears, 26, "has been planned for a long time. Her family is behind this."

While Britney Spears was praying for her soul, or maybe just for a Starbucks gift card, Kevin Federline was actually testifying at yesterday's custody hearing.

The mohawked actor/rapper/surprisingly decent father showed up on time, in a suit, with nary a celebrity gossip photographer boyfriend or self-serving best friend in tow. Amazing.

When it comes to having his and Britney's issues in the spotlight, Federline was quite understanding of the situation in a recently conversation with Interview magazine:

"People put it up on this pedestal when it's really the same way that everybody else goes through their stuff, you know?" he said. "I mean, I could sit down and explain that to people, but they all already know how I feel. I think the infatuation with the whole thing is that watching us go through things makes other people feel normal."

Sounds pretty grounded, doesn't he? Are you taking notes, Britney?

While Britney Spears hospitalized in Los Angeles and being monitored constantly after last night's psychotic meltdown, her ex-husband has moved to strip her of all visitation rights with their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Kevin Federline himself snuck into court this morning under the radar but left the area as the hearing adjourned, TMZ reports. He may return later as an emergency hearing in the custody case is believed to be set for 1:30 PST.

K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was in court this morning at 8:30 a.m. to ask the Commissioner to strip Britney Spears of all visitation rights - at least for now. Attorney Tara Scott from the law firm of Trope and Trope is representing Britney - awkward, since the firm asked to withdraw as counsel Wednesday.

The hearing ended but is expected to resume this afternoon. Through an assistant, Mark Vincent Kaplan declined comment to reporters.

While Federline asks the court to indefinitely bar Britney Spears from visits with Sean and Jayden, Lynne Spears simply hopes people pray for her daughter.

Spears' family has been showing their support. Her dad, Jamie Spears, has been at the hospital with his daughter. Brother Bryan Spears was expected to show up today. Spears' mother, Lynne Spears, who's been in "constant contact" with the troubled singer, is en route from Kentwood, La., as is Jamie Lynn Spears.

According to Access Hollywood, Lynne Spears was "extremely distraught and crying about Britney on the phone" when contacted by their staff.

"Just say prayers," Lynne said.

Conspicuously absent from Cedars-Sinai: Mr. Adnan Ghalib, 35, who works for the celebrity photo agency called FinalPixx, and who has checked into a pair of hotels with Britney Spears over the last couple of weeks.

Sources say that as Spears was holed up in her Studio City home during her epic meltdown, Adnan Ghalib was not present - nor has he visited her at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was hospitalized early Friday.

When asked about Spears Friday, Adnan Ghalib would not comment.

UPDATE: As of 2:45 PST, the court hearing is over, and K-Fed has been awarded sole legal and physical custody of the boys until January 14.

We'll see what contact Britney Spears will have with Sean and Jayden as of that date. Kaplan declined comment on what was decided, but said: "There are no winners here. We are not happy about any of the events that have happened."

An unlikely and trashy duo - Kevin Federline and Paris Hilton - caused heads to turn in Las Vegas over the weekend, partying like rock stars!

Sunday, the duo partied together in Sin City - K-Fed's home away from home - for the second night running. And, of course, getting paid for it.

Both celebrities are in town to host separate New Year's Eve parties - hers at LAX, his at Tangerine - but each big-name attraction started celebrating a few days early, hitting LAX on Saturday and Pure Nightclub on Sunday.

Both K-Fed and Paris have seen Britney Spears, no underwear style.

A source close to Kevin Federline said that the two hung out in Paris Hilton's hotel room Saturday after leaving the club. So it appears the ex-husband of Britney Spears may or may not have become the 200th person to tap that.

Still, Federline and Paris seemed a bit less chummy on Sunday at Pure, mingling only briefly before drinking a shot of tequila together and parting ways.
