Clash, the longtime voice of Elmo, left his job after a slew of accusations of underage sex with boys. So is this the new voice of the beloved red puppet?

A rep for Sesame Workshop tells TMZ that this is just a temporary guy/girl and that "no decision has been made for a permanent replacement as of yet."

Kevin Clash, the former voice of Sesame Street's Elmo, is being sued by Sheldon Stephens, who claims Clash lured him to crystal meth sex parties.

Stephens, Clash's original accuser, says he was 16 when he met Clash at a networking function for actors and began a sexual relationship with him.

He claims he was taken to Clash's New York City residence by chauffeured limo, and that Clash smoked crystal meth during their sexual escapades.

He says Clash gave him "poppers" to intensify the experience ... and that the limo driver masturbated while watching Clash and Stephens have sex.

Former Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash is trying to get all three of the lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct by him dismissed, citing statutes of limitations.

He stands accused of inappropriate sexual relations with boys under the age of 18; Clash previously denied all of the allegations against him.

Clash attorney Michael Berger wrote in a brief Friday:

"There are two applicable types of statutes of limitations, a six-year one based on when the right of action has accrued, and a three-year one based on when the alleged victim turned 18 and was therefore no longer under the disability of being a minor."

According to Clash's camp, both have lapsed.

A fourth - yes, fourth - accuser has come forward with a lawsuit against Sesame Street's former Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash, who he accuses of sexual misconduct.

The unidentified man says he was 16 or 17 in the '90s when he met Clash in Miami Beach.

Afterward, Clash "lured the boy to visit him in New York, with promises to pay for his plane ticket, be a 'dad' to him in New York and give him cash and a free place to stay."

That's according to an excerpt from the filing released by Miami-based attorney Jeff Herman, who also represents two of the three previous Clash accusers.

Kevin Clash is facing some sordid accusations from three different men, but he is not without his supporters. Jason Murray is speaking out today in his ex's defense.

A former boyfriend of the puppeteer who voiced Elmo for nearly 30 years before resigning from Sesame Street last week, says he's been portrayed unfairly.

"Kevin is not a villain," Murray, a 29-year-old teacher who dated Clash in 2004, tells E!

"Yes, he had an affinity for younger men, but what successful [straight] man doesn’t have an affinity for younger women? It’s the same thing, gay or not.”

Kevin Clash, the former voice of Sesame Street's Elmo, used alcohol as a precursor to oral sex with an underage boy, according to his anonymous third accuser.

According to the lawsuit, filed in federal court in Manhattan, the alleged victim met Clash on a gay phone chat line when he was 16 and Clash was around 40.

The accuser, now 28, says he was in NYC pursuing modeling opportunities.

The latest accuser, the third to come forward, claims he was 16 when he engaged in "sexual activity" with Clash back in 2000. He alleges they met on a gay chat line.

Kevin Clash, the embattled, former voice of Sesame Street's beloved character Elmo, did not have sexual intercourse with his second accuser, Cecil Singleton.

They did some other things, however.

Clash resigned from Sesame Street today amid allegations from Singleton, who is suing him for $5 million and blaming him for causing lasting psychological and emotional damage.

Sheldon Stephens, the man who accused Kevin Clash, the voice of Elmo, of having sex with him while he was underage, says he was coerced into recanting.

He's meeting with lawyers to "undo the settlement" with the puppeteer, TMZ reports.

Clash and Sheldon Stephens entered into a settlement in which Clash agreed to pay him $125,000, but in return the agreement came with one condition.
