Ke$ha has quickly become a global singing sensation. Her full name is Kesha Rose Sebert and she was born in Los Angeles.
She was featured on Flo Rida's number one single "Right Round" and went on to debut "Tik Tok" in August 2009. It reached number-one in four countries and set the female weekly download record in the United States.
Ke$ha's debut album, Animal, was released in early 2010. She stirred up a bit of controversy to kick start that year when she went on record with her sexuality, saying she could be gay.
"I wouldn’t say I’m gay or straight - I don’t like labeling things anyway. I just like people," she told Out magazine.
