Randy Jackson, the late Michael Jackson's brother, is seriously pissed about his parents' interview with Oprah. Why? Because he says O had it out for MJ.

After Joe and Katherine Jackson invited Oprah Winfrey out to the Jacksons' family compound in Encino, Calif., for an interview, Randy Tweeted his disapproval.

RJ thinks Oprah tried to put his brother in jail and that she tried to blatantly use her influence to poison the jury in the Michael Jackson molestation trial.

Michael and Randy Jackson were always close.

Randy recalls Oprah doing a show about pedophilia during jury deliberations for his brother's famous molestation case, and, as he puts it, "That was no coincidence."

Randy says O "is the last person on earth [Michael] would want around his children" and had no idea the interview, which he calls a bad mistake, was going on.

If true, he makes a valid point. The air date for the interview is not yet known, but we have a hunch at least one family member won't be glued to the TV set.

Oprah Winfrey may have just lost Oksana Grigorieva, but she's landed another celebrity interview scoop: Katherine and Joe Jackson sat down with her this weekend.

The parents of Michael Jackson will appear in a taped segment for O's show.

The Late King of Pop

Katherine and Joe Jackson have an interesting relationship.

It looks like O's interview has went down, too, although it's not clear when it will be televised. Production trucks for Oprah's show were parked outside of the Jackson family compound in Encino, Calif., for the better part of Saturday.

Oprah can be seen meeting with several family members and getting the tour of the house while doing an interview focused heavily on (guess) Michael Jackson.

A judge ruled that the embattled Dr. Conrad Murray will be allowed to continue to practice medicine in California while awaiting trial on manslaughter charges.

On Monday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor declined to grant a request by California authorities to suspend Murray's license indefinitely.

Dr. Murray's attorneys fought the restriction, arguing that it would prompt authorities in Texas and Nevada, where he also practices, to take similar action.

Murray, who is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the June 25, 2009 death of Michael Jackson, has been ordered not to use anesthetics on patients.

The most surprising development Monday was the arrival of Michael Jackson's parents, Joe and Katherine, who then sat next to each other in the front row.

The doc is still in. Who'd be treated by him is another story.

The Jackson patriarchs didn’t speak to each other much, according to reports, and Joe appeared to have dozed off at one point. Nevertheless, it was a shock.

After all, Joe said over the weekend that Katherine Jackson is to blame for Michael's death, since they were so close and she did not do enough to intervene.

Then again, Murray will argue Michael Jackson killed himself, so he's not the only one finger-pointing. Joe throwing his own wife under the bus, though? Wow.

Despicable stuff, but apparently not enough for her to cut him out of her life. Jermaine, Randy, and LaToya Jackson also attended the hearing, reports CNN.

Yesterday's hearing was held only to determine whether Murray could maintain his California medical license, and did not directly concern the criminal case.

The judge set August 23, 2010, as the date for the start of Murray's preliminary hearing to determine if he will stand trial on the manslaughter charge.

The prosecutor said that hearing could last a week.

Joe Jackson surfaces in court. No new accusations this hour.

In the latest of his increasingly outrageous statements about the late Michael Jackson, the singer's father, Joe is again pointing fingers regarding his death.

Only this time, he's not just accusing Dr. Conrad Murray of murder - he's blaming the inaction of his wife, Katherine Jackson, for Michael Jackson's demise.

Michael J. Walks

It's as shocking a statement as it is terrible.

Joe tells the UK's News of the World personally that he noticed Michael was "looking kinda funny and and frail" and asked Katherine to check up on him.

She refused, Joe claims, because she didn't want to invade his privacy. They argued about this before Michael's June 25, 2009 death, but she was firm.

After Michael died, he said to Katherine, "I said this would have never happened if you had went and been with him." What a despicable human being.

For reasons unknown, Joe Jackson has turned on Katherine.

Intentionally cut out of MJ's will, Joe is fighting to get an allowance from the estate, even as Katherine has been giving her estranged spouse money.

We'll see if that continues thanks to the latest installment in his "rich history of reckless, untrue comments," as her lawyer, Adam Streisand, puts it.

"The world knows that Mrs. Jackson has always been a loving mother and grandmother, and that she and Michael had a very special relationship."

Steisand continues with a brutal, but accurate dig at Joe: "The world also knows who Joe Jackson is and he seems bent on never letting us forget."

Howard Weitzman, lawyer for the Estate of Michael Jackson, also came to the defense of the pop icon's mother and guardian of his three children.

The late Michael Jackson had a contentious relationship with his father, who he said abused him mentally and physically. The dude is also kind of insane, so it stands to reason that people don't want him near Michael's children.

Well, he won't be. Much, anyway.

A declaration from Joe Jackson, filed in court this week, makes clear that the family patriarch supports Michael Jackson's decision to make his wife Katherine the legal guardian of his three kids, and that he will keep his distance.

Joe says in the declaration: "I have had a close family relationship with the grandchildren since their birth. I do visit the family residence from time to time and will continue to do so, however I will not be involved in raising the children."

Joe continues, "I understand that all decision-making authority regarding the children will rest with Katherine Jackson. Katherine is a wonderful caretaker and guardian, and has done an excellent job raising our children and other grandchildren."

Katherine Jackson was awarded full custody of Paris, Prince and Blanket at this week's hearing, as stipulated in Michael Jackson's last will, signed in 2002.

Joe seems more or less cool with that, even if he wants to stop by from time to time. He had no further comment on whether Omer Bhatti is Michael's son.
