Anyway. The lovely Katherine Heigl, who plays Izzie Stevens on ABC's hit series Grey's Anatomy, is making headlines these days for being knocked up... on film, that is.

Here, Katherine attends the premiere of Knocked Up, in which she stars as Alison Scott, a young woman who unexpectedly finds a bun in the oven after a one-night stand.

The man who impregnates her is Seth Rogen, the goofy star immortalized on the movie poster. Situated directly behind Heigl, he's got the best seat in the house ...

While he might not be actively thinking about having children (like Salma Hayek and François-Henri Pinault), Rogen is clearly thinking what we're all thinking. Heigl is hot. Josh Kelley (her real-life fiance) is one lucky fella.

Grey's Anatomy's Katherine Heigl has words of caution for Isaiah Washington, the actor star who brought scandal to the set last year after referring to their costar, T.R. Knight, as a "f-ggot." Twice. Essentially forcing him out of the closet.

In a new interview with USA Today, Katherine Heigl discusses the fallout from the feud and whether she thinks Washington (whose character is now hanging in the balance after last week's season finale) should return to work next season.

The actress, who's new film, Knocked Up, opens June 1, also opens up about her own past pregnancy scares and her hopes to adopt a child one day.

Q: Ever thought you were knocked up?
A: "No, I've never had a real pregnancy scare. I've had paranoid panic attacks. I've always been very, very careful because for me, it's not something I'd want to have just happen. I would like it to be planned. But there have been those moments where, if I'm just even half a day late, I'm like, ' What's going on?? Noooo!'"

Q: Your Knocked Up character has a truly gruesome birthing scene. And you were in the delivery room with your older sister, Meg. That at all impact your decision to have kids of your own?
A: "Oh, yeah. I've always planned to adopt anyway, but that definitely reinforced my want to. I'm done with the whole idea of having my own children. (It) doesn't seem like any fun. I don't think it's necessary to go through all of that."

Q: What has been the fallout of all the drama over that homophobic slur used by Isaiah Washington and you coming to the defense of T.R. Knight?
A: "I was ultimately grateful that it opened up a dialogue. To me, I wasn't making a political stand. I was making a stand about hurting people's feelings. It's very simple in my mind. You do not actively seek to hurt other people's feelings. I don't care what their sexual orientation, race or gender. You don't do that. We are all human beings, part of the human race, and we need to be compassionate and giving and kind with one another. Enough with the Michael Richards. Enough with the Mel Gibson. Enough with this. It's disgusting. The world is still very bigoted. Go see Borat. I didn't laugh during that movie. I cried. I was horrified."

Q: What do you think of Washington's PSA?
A: "What PSA?"

He's already been named girl of the day.

But even we didn't expect Sanjaya Malakar to take it this far.

The American Idol annoyance was recently seen performing in a snazzy white number... that was also sported by another Hollywood star... Grey's Anatomy actress Katherine Heigl.

That's right. The kid is officially cross-dressing. Hopefully, he got this outfit from sister Shyamali Malakar. Although we wouldn't bank on it, since she prefers life in the nude.

Bless her heart. Anyway, here's the evidence ... Who wins this fashion face-off?

 

We'll give the edge to the Grey's Anatomy star. The benefit of the doubt on this one goes to whomever brings talent to his or her craft. Oh yeah, and Heigl is much better looking (possibly even hotter than Haley Scarnato). Sorry, Sanjaya.

Based on Us Weekly's Hot Bodies Poll, however, perhaps it should be called Izzie's Anatomy instead.

How come? Because actress Katherine Heigl - who portrays Izzie Stevens on the ABC hit - possesses one of the best bodies in Hollywood, according to the poll's rating system. She earned a stellar 6.8.

In comparison, Scarlett Johansson could only muster a 5.8

Other females that apparently know how to work what God gave them include Tyra Banks (6.2) and former Friends star, Jennifer Aniston (6.9). We have no idea what the numbers are based on ... but ranking people is fun!

Meanwhile, men have sexy bods, too. And none more than Aniston's ex, according to Us. Brad Pitt scored a 6.6.

Finally, it appears as though tattoos and body piercings don't make for a beautiful physique: Dave Navarro is stuck with a 4.4.

Of course, he's had a lot of sex with Carmen Electra. So it's possible these rankings are meaningless.

Or Navarro just has a winning personality.
