Angelina Jolie didn't take home any trophies, but she was instantly a winner at the Golden Globes in Los Angeles, thanks to her one-shoulder Atelier Versace gown.
The shoulder-baring piece showcased the mother of six's many tattoos.
Kate Winslet, meanwhile, opted for a satin cream / black contrasting dress by UK designer Jenny Packham. She won the Best Actress in a Made-for-TV Movie / Mini-Series Award for starring in HBO's Mildred Pierce ... but can she best Angie in a style showdown?

Kate Winslet Will Not Sling Feces
Kate Winslet really has no idea how to play this celebrity gossip game.
She is supposed to get divorced, talk trash about her ex and maybe make a sex tape with a new boyfriend, only to complain about how it got out and then star in a reality show.
Instead, the Oscar winner has to be all mature and grounded, as evidenced by her interview in the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar UK. Asked about ex-husband Sam Mendes (the pair divorced in March 2010), Winslet replied:
"It's fine, it's really fine. I'm not going to s***fling, there's no point in even going there... We're grown-ups at the end of the day, and however hard it's been for me, it’s been equally hard for him. And we have a child together who we both love - and raising him together, jointly and without any conflict, is absolutely key."
Come on, Kate. What are we supposed to do with that?!?
Ned Rocknroll, Nephew of Richard Branson: Dating Kate Winslet!
Kate Winslet has herself in a "boy toy situation."
That's how The Daily Mail describes this Oscar and Emmy winner's new romance with Richard Branson's nephew, a 33-year old who has legally changed his name to Ned Rocknroll. The couple attended the funeral of Richard's father together in London on Tuesday.
"Ned is really happy with Kate," a source says. "[Ned] feels he can learn so much from her. It's sexy."
Winslet has been a long-time friend of the billionaire Branson and actually carrie his elderly mother, Eva, to safety last month after the house she was staying in caught on fire.
Rocknroll, meanwhile, recently separated from his wife.

Emmy Awards Fashion Face-Off: Gwyneth Paltrow vs. Kate Winslet
Jane Lynch hosted, but Gwyneth Paltrow put on her own show at Sunday's Emmy Awards in a see-through Pucci dress that showcased her toned stomach.
Not the kind of thing you normally see on someone not named Kardashian, but she does look amazing for 38. Did she push it too far with this, though?
Gwyneth Paltrow's Emmy dress was certainly the night's most daring, but can it compete with Kate Winslet's gorgeous gown? That's a different matter.

Fashion Face-Off: Kate Winslet vs. Evan Rachel Wood
Co-stars in Mildred Pierce, Kate Winslet and Evan Rachel Wood stopped by the Venice International Film Festival this week.
The former will next be seen in Carnage, while the latter has a role in George Clooney's The Ides of March. Both movies are Oscar contenders, which means Winslet and Wood might square off against each other next year.

Louis Dowler and Kate Winslet: Spotted! Holding Hands!
Kate Winslet has gone public with Louis Dowler.
The Oscar-winning actress and the British model were spotted on the streets of London over the weekend, walking hand-in-hand as they went to dinner and a nightclub on Saturday night.

In March, Winslet and director Sam Mendes announced they had split after nearly seven years of marriage and one son together. (Winslet also has a daughter from a previous marriage to Jim Threapleton).
Dowler and Winslet reportedly met through a mutual acquaintance and have "been on lots of dates and really enjoy each other's company," a source told Great Britian's The Mirror. "Louis has a good sense of humor and is a lovely guy. He gets lots of attention when he's out and about - but he's not your typical model. Not at all big-headed.
"Kate certainly seems smitten... They've really got something special."
Kate Winslet, Sam Mendes to Divorce
The seven-year marriage of Kate Winslet and Sam Mendes is over.
"Kate and Sam are saddened to announce that they separated earlier this year," their lawyers said in a statement. "The split is amicable and by mutual agreement."
"Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children."
Winslet and Mendes were married back in 2003. The award-winning director and Titanic star / perennial Oscar nominee have a six-year-old son, Joe, together.
Winslet also has a daughter, Mia, 9, from her first marriage to Jim Threapleton. It's always sad to report stories like this, but we wish them both the best.

Academy Awards Fashion Face-Off: Cameron Diaz vs. Kate Winslet
Our previous Oscar night style showdown pitted Meryl Streep and Charlize Theron against each other. This face-off might be a more difficult choice for fans.
Needless to say, Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet are both stunning blondes, and needless to say, both looked stunning in silver last night, albeit differently.
Cameron's dress sparkled, literally, while Kate's epitomized traditional class.
