This ad for Carl's Jr. and Hardee's new Southwest Patty Melt is mouth-watering. Or maybe that's just Kate Upton, SI swimsuit cover model and It Girl of the moment.

The burger features a charbroiled beef patty, with sliced jalapenos, grilled onions, pepper-Jack cheese and spicy Santa Fe sauce, all on grilled sourdough bread.

The ad, which barely falls short of showing Kate Upton nude, features her going to town on that thing at a drive-in theater. This takes the term PDA to a new level.

The array of photos, taken by Sebastian Faena, vary from a black-and-white portrait to a full-body profile with Upton in nothing but a pair of stilletto pumps. Gulp.

We can't figure out which we like more: These new pictures or Kate's Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover. You know what, though? Why must one have to choose?

Sports Illustrated was Kate Upton's big coming out party, but with a new spread in March's Esquire, the swimsuit issue cover girl is only increasing her exposure.

The SI swimsuit issue cover turned Kate into an overnight sensation, but it doesn't look like she's going away anytime soon. Not with images like these ...

She looks even more stunning than you'd expect in the magazine - which is saying quite a bit from a curvaceous all-American model who's become all the rage.

The 19-year-old, who's been linked to Jets QB Mark Sanchez, has been criticized by the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show creator, but we'd say her future's looking bright.

SI cover model Kate Upton lends her good looks and apparent video game expertise to help a quartet of major leaguers learn the ropes in an ad for the new game MLB 2K12.

Titled “Finger Mechanics with Kate Upton,” the ad shows the curvaceous blonde teaching the baseball stars to an unhittable circle changeup ... virtually of course.

“Take your thumb, go up and then around, and that’s a circle change,” says Upton, who graces the cover of Sports Illustrated‘s swimsuit edition, to her audience.

Best. Pitching. Coach. Ever.

The ballplayers getting their learn on from the 19-year-old stunner are Detroit's Justin Verlander, Tampa's David Price, Cincinnati's Jay Bruce and L.A.'s C.J. Wilson.

MLB 2K12 comes out on March 6, and Upton's lesson may pay off: A user who pitches a perfect game will be entered into a contest for a chance to win $1 million.

Sports Illustrated cover girl Kate Upton is all the rage this week after the magazine's annual swimsuit issue mega-unveiling, so naturally, her love life is in focus.

Leave it to Ellen DeGeneres to get to the bottom of one recent rumor.

The talk show host got straight to the point by asking stating, "Your boyfriend, New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez. How does he feel about this?"

"I did not have a Valentine's date this year," Kate Upton, 19, responded. Ellen was unfazed by that seemingly implausible, evasive response, continuing:

"OK, so he was busy ... So how does your boyfriend Mark Sanchez feel about all this whole Sports Illustrated cover thing? He must be proud, right?"

"Well, even if I had a boyfriend. I wouldn't ask how he felt about it," Kate said, persistently dodging Ellen's questions. But again, it didn't end there.

"He would just tell you though, right? Has he told you? Your boyfriend Mark Sanchez? I'm just guessing that it's him. Is it him?" DeGeneres asked.

No response. Kate then asked Ellen if she wants Mark to be her boyfriend, which she point-blank replied, "Yeah... He's cute. Don't you think he's cute?"

Kate finally caved, a little, adding, "Yeah, he is cute," and explained that she met him years ago through her sister that works for the New York Jets.

That was enough for Ellen, who concluded: "She's dating Mark Sanchez." Maybe. But if she isn't, we doubt she'll be alone next Valentine's Day.

Plenty of people are impressed by Kate Upton's Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover. The shot-callers at Victoria's Secret Fashion Show are not among them.

It's unclear when and how the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show became a paragon of class, but evidently, it considers itself as much ... and is not enamored with Kate.

"We would never, ever use [Kate Upton]," Sophia Neophitou, a stylist, fashion editor and the brains behind the Victoria's Secret event told the New York Times.

"She's like a Page 3 girl," she said, referring to the scantily clad voluptuous women featured in The Sun, a London tabloid. "She's like a footballer's wife."

"The too-blond hair, that kind of face anyone with money can go out and buy."

Yikes!

Apparently SI disagrees, choosing her as 2012's swimsuit edition cover girl. To her credit, Upton makes no pretense of being fashionable or elegant.

"What can I say?" she told the Times. "I'm relatable."

One big reason to relate to the 19-year-old is her figure. Unlike the majority of rail thin runway models you see, Upton's measurements are a healthy 36-25-34.

Is any guy not loving the SI cover featuring Kate? If she's not gaunt or "exotic" enough for VS, that's their loss. We'll take this all-American girl the way she is any day.

It's entirely possible that Kate Upton is the most beautiful woman in the world.

Then again, it's also entirely possible that she isn't even the best looking woman in the pages of this year's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.

Indeed, that blonde bombshell covers the magazine - and looks ridiculously hot while doing so - but she's joined inside by women that range from John Legend's fiancee (Chrissy Teigen) to Adam Levine's girlfriend (Anne V).

After Kate Upton's Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover was unveiled, she told People, "This means so much for me personally. This has always been my dream."

Upton says the cover image was among the first ones taken by legendary photographer Walter Iooss, Jr., during the photo shoot in Sydney, Australia.

"In the beginning you're pretty relaxed, you're not thinking of new poses and it just feels really natural at that point," she says.

"At Sports Illustrated everyone's so nice. It’s like a family, you don't really think too much into it. I just have a lot of fun and be myself. It just comes so naturally."
