Either Star Magazine really likes being sued, or they're just trying to be the Onion of celebrity gossip these days, because these stories are getting absurd.

Give them credit for at least being topical this time, though, rather than recycling Brangelina nonsense again (he's putting it to Bella Heathcote, allegedly).

With the Royal Wedding just weeks away, Star cites TOTALLY RELIABLE intel from a “palace tattletale” in breaking a bombshell: Kate Middleton is pregnant!

Kate Middleton: Pregnant Bride!

OMG!! There’s going to be a big announcement about this after the honeymoon, the tabloid claims. Somehow we won't be holding our breath for that.

Meanwhile, Khloe and Lamar’s honeymoon is reportedly over. For Khlomar, only tears, meddling exes and appointments for sex are the norm these days.

This isn't exactly news, as it happens in any marriage.

Finally, Taylor Armstrong is allegedly anorexic. Now that we can believe. Not bad, Star, batting .333 for the week. BTW, your lawyer's on Line 1.

Prince William has already copped to pre-wedding jitters. With an estimated two billion TV viewers watching your nuptials, we can see why.

Yesterday, during their final public appearance before the big day, Wills' bride-to-be Kate Middleton revealed that she, too, has the butterflies.

Asked by a woman in Blackburn, England, if she was nervous about walking into Westminster Abbey April 29, she said, "Yes, of course I am!"

ROYALLY CUTE: This isn't to say Kate's experiencing cold feet. Just that ... well, it's a Royal Wedding. Who wouldn't be a little overwhelmed at the thought?

They were wished luck at every turn. One couple, Margaret and Alwyn Davis, sent Kate "all the best." Her reply: "Yes, I can't believe it's coming so soon now."

The occasion also marked the first donation by the grant-giving charitable foundation established by Prince William and his brother Prince Harry.

William and Kate handed over a "six-figure sum" to the Queen Elizabeth II Fields Challenge, which aims to enhance and protect playing fields in Britain.

Earlier today, Prince William and Kate Middleton braved the rain in England to make their final public appearances as a couple before their wedding.

Greeted by well-wishers in the streets of Darwen in Lancashire, they were on hand to mark the opening of the Darwen Aldridge Community Academy.

William and his future wife smiled and waved to the crowd:

Their next and last stop of the day will be at nearby Witton Country Park in Blackburn, where thousands of fans are already awaiting his and Kate's arrival.

While there, Kate Middleton and Prince William will observe a series of sporting events and meet with a group of athletes and coaches at the venue.

Kate Middleton will marry Prince William in a couple of weeks, and the new cover of Newsweek captures her in a candid moment befitting of a princess.

Instead of a standard portrait, the photo shows Kate in a moment. Her natural beauty doesn't hurt, but it's a captivating image of the bride-to-be.

Also interesting is the subheading under "Kate the Great" ...

In previous articles posted on Kate Middleton and Prince William, we've received more than a few comments deriding the fascination with the royal nuptials.

Why, critics ask, do people care so much about a WEDDING with all the serious issues going on in the world? Maybe it's partly because of all those problems.

In a world gone mad, the union of Catherine Elizabeth Middleton and William Arthur Philip Louis Windsor, a prince of the royal blood, offer a nice respite.

Not just an escape, but a reminder that through thick and thin, there are still those events, those joyous moments we can all embrace and relate to.

With the royal wedding just weeks away, the gorgeous white dress Kate Middleton wore in her engagement photos to Prince William is back on the market.

Because it was SO last season, it was out of stock for some time.

The silk, collarless dress, with lacy detail own the front from the brand Whistles has been reissued and is available on the brand's website for 125 pounds.

Here's the engagement photo of the Prince and future Princess:

Royally Adorable

"Whistles is known for its vintage inspired silk blouses, which are currently best sellers in its stores," Jane Shepherdson, chief executive of Whistles said.

Not surprisingly, demand spiked since late last year: "We are delighted Catherine chose to wear Whistles in her engagement photographs," she added.

Like many of Kate's fashion choices, the blouse is from a past season's collection, making it difficult for royal fashion fans to buy one. Until now!

Sorry, Phillipa Lepley. A new name has emerged as the leading contender to design Kate Middleton's wedding gown.

Now London's Sunday Times and Daily Telegraph are both reporting that Sarah Burton (from the house of Alexander McQueen) has earned the honor.

"The design of the dress [will] be a combination of Miss Middleton's own ideas and Mrs Burton's quirky interpretation of high fashion," states the Telegraph, adding that Burton was "chosen for the discretion afforded by her relatively low profile, as well as for her alternative take on elegance."

According to Castle Rock’s head brewer, Adrian Redgrove, imbibers can expect a British beer full of British hops and barley. He says:

“Kiss Me Kate will be elegant, tasteful and British to the core. It’ll be brewed to 5%, pale in colour and, we’re sure it’ll be the ideal way to toast the couple’s future happiness. We’ll certainly be enjoying it in our celebrations here at the brewery.”

In less important wedding news, it's also been confirmed that 1,800 invitations for the big day were sent out this week.

We've always know that Ellen DeGeneres was comedic royalty.

But it turns out the former American Idol host actually has some soon-to-be royal blood inside of her.

Ellen revealed on her talk show yesterday that she received a letter from the New England Genealogical society and it told her she was a 15th cousin of Prince William's fiancee, Kate Middleton. Who knew?!?

"I'm definitely invited to the wedding now... Let me know if you need me to plan the bachelorette party. Because I found some straws that are shaped like... well, never mind."

Kate Middleton has joined the ranks of the world's unemployed.

But don't feel too sorry for the princess-to-be. She likely won't be on the streets any time soon.

With just over three months until she gets hitched to Prince William, Middleton has left her job as project manager for her family's party planning company to "concentrate full-time on preparing to become a member of the royal family," according to an aide.

Catherine and William

For years, Middleton had worked as a website designer and photographer for Party Pieces, her parents' company. She also helped coordinate events, a skill that ought to come in handy this spring.

We somehow doubt anything Kate helped organize was the size of her April wedding, however. Over one billion people are expect to witness the event.
