As with her first pregnancy, Kate Middleton is suffering from extreme morning sickness as the result of a condition known as Hyperemesis Gravidarum.

Kate has canceled several public appearances as a result of her illness and only just recently returned to public life.

Her recent appearance at an event to honor the President of Singapore was taken by many royal watchers as a sign that Kate's health is on the upswing.

Now it seems, however, that Kate may have simply caved in to pressure from the Queen to cease her bellyaching and get back to work.

Life & Style reports this week that Queen Elizabeth II "bullied" Kate into resuming her royal duties:

Prince William is extremely worried about his wife Kate Middleton's weight, according to a new report which claims the expectant mom has lost an alarming amount.

The Duchess, allegedly, has dropped seven pounds since she found out she was pregnant with her second child and is now only a modest 108 pounds.

For a woman who's 5'10" this total is even more slender.

“She can be sick up to 20 or even 30 times a day,” a source said, due to the hyperemesis gravidarum she is suffering from and also battled back in 2012.

Kate is trying to put on a happy face, despite her health problems (weight related or not) and reports that she and Prince William are fighting constantly.

Some OBGYNs believe Kate should have gained five to seven pounds already, but with her recent loss could be 12-14 pounds underweight instead.

We first learned that William got Kate Middleton pregnant again earlier this fall, when she was forced to cancel a number of royal appearances as a result.

She is feeling better now, but only marginally.

We're not doctors here at The Hollywood Gossip.

Are Kylie Jenner's lips real... or the result of some plastic surgery? We don't know for sure.

Was Tori Spelling hospitalized last week due to a panic attack... or as a headline-generating move to garner ratings for her nauseating reality show? We can't say for certain (even though she totally faked it.)

Are the following famous females expecting a baby in 2015? Don't bet your home on it.

However, based on our research (i.e. they're pregnancy announcements), our investigative resources (i.e. a calendar) and a few very basic math skills, it's safe to assume the Palace will have major news to break in a few months, while Kim Kardashian will have another relative to pay an assistant to Tweet about.

From royalty to reality to pure beauty, here's a look at various celebrities babies who will enter the world in early 2015:

Now that Kate Middleton's health has improved, the British tabloids need some new Duchess drama to report.

She hasn't been making many public appearances as of late, so those famous Kate Middleton wardrobe malfunctions have been kept to a minimum.

As such, the UK press has been forced to fall back on the old stand-by and claim that Will and Kate are headed for divorce after weeks of stiff-upper-lipped arguments over tea and crumpets.

So what's the cause of the alleged "marital issues?" Well, it seems Will and Kate simply can't agree on where to spend the holidays.

Yup, it's that serious. Better call the divorce attorney and start dividing up the empire.

The Duchess of Cambridge has a lot on her plate these days.

Yet another Kate Middleton wardrobe malfunction made headlines last week, just days after she re-entered public life following some troubling health issues.

Yes, Kate is still suffering from severe morning sickness as a result of Hyperemesis Gravidarum - the same condition that laid her low during the early stages of her first pregnancy.

But it seems that despite her wind-blown skirts and daily bouts of baby flu, not everyone has sympathy for the Duchess.

Princess Beatrice is the daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah, Duchess of York (aka Fergie, no not that Fergie).

As a cousin of WIlliam and Henry, Beatrice is sixth in line for the throne, but as a "blood princess" still holds a position of power within the royal family.

After nearly ten weeks of lying low due to health issues, Kate Middleton made her first public appearance since early August on Tuesday when she turned out to welcome the president of Singapore during his visit to London.

Kate's been suffering from severe morning sickness, as the result of a condition known as Hyperemesis Gravidarum.

She's had to cancel several appearances, but forced herself to rally on Tueday, reportedly because she was concerned about the opinions of the public and and the rest of the royal family.

Now it seems that the effort may have backfired, as insiders say Queen Elizabeth II is fuming about a minor wardrobe malfunction on Kate's part.

Kate has been suffering from severe morning sickness - a symptom of a condition as Hyperemesis Gravidarum that's forced her to cancel several appearances in past weeks.

The Duchess' health reportedly deteriorated to the point that she moved back in with her parents, in order to receive round-the-clock care from her mother.

Today, however, Kate seemed to be in fine sprits as she welcomed the visiting Tony Tan Kem Yang and waved to admirers outside of Buckingham Palace.

For the second time in as many years, Kate Middleton is experiencing severe morning sickness and enduring what's reported to be a very difficult and uncomfortable pregnancy.

So it makes sense that her husband, Prince William, would do everything in his power to make his wife happy during this trying time, but what if that involves defying his grandmother, who also happens to be the Queen of England?

Sources say the royal family was already unhappy with Will and Kate's decision to move to Anmer Hall in rural Norfolk, and now the young couple may be thumbing their noses at royal custom yet again.

Kate has suffered from Hyperemisis Gravidarum, a serious form of morning sickness, for the first three months of her pregnancy this year and in 2012-13.

While still fragile, and forced to cancel myriad events in recent weeks, the Duchess appears to be leaving the worst of her sickness behind her at last.
