I like her...I always have. I do not have to agree with everything she does but I do think she is being honest when she says its for her kids. Maybe she did get a little off track but she went thru alot with the divorce. I think she is not a bad person. :)

Why does she have to live such a luxurious life style..Massive Home, expensive clothes, haircuts facials . 2 or more vehicles etc. She has made money now she should bring her lifestyle down to normal and just live it with the kids as a regular family. I am sure the kids would love it..Kate I expect would suffer from "limelight withdrawel" and she may actually have to wear the same shoes more than once. SHe does what she does for herself!! It is not about the kids..without them her lifestyle would wither up and die....

I am a mother of 5 and realize thatit is hard to provide finacially, emotionally, and physically. It can be done. I realize that for Kate the money that she has had since the show aired is way more than she could have working her nursing job. Honestly, i think that's all she's thinking of. She knows she can't give her children all the've been used to for this time on TLC. However, is this the right thing for the childrens emotional state overall. I believe there are pro's and con's to each road she would take. Whether she continued to persue tv or leave it all behind and get her nursing job back.

I think she is doing a great job as a single parent with 8 kids. Not only does she have to support her kids she also has to deal with the drama that comes with having kids all by herself. Jon doesnt have to deal with the everyday drama.

OK-again. she is smart, hard working, having 8 kids, pretty young(has her women dreams), nobody helped her to move up. Jon from the first episodes was just seeing clearly as not real man. spoiled bad kid, Brrrrr, visible empty person. She organized everything....and money by the way with her own hands and head. OK, kids are used. But only those 8? A what about 19 and .... Did not see 19 kids? Pay attention to expressions on their beautiful faces sometimes.
