Wow. Incredibly, Joe Wilson's outcry of "You lie!" in the direction of Barack Obama was not the most inappropriate example of public humilation this week.

At the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, Taylor Swift defeated Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, and Beyonce to take home the trophy for Best Female Video.

As a visibly humble, appreciative Swift took the stage and began her acceptance speech, Kanye West actually grabbed the microphone from her and declared that Beyonce - with "one of the greatest videos of all-time" - deserved to win.

The camera cut to Beyonce in the audience. She was horrified. Kanye (who drank Hennessy on the red carpet) ran away from the stage like a pathetic little bitch; and Taylor was left alone, embarrassed and speechless.

To the crowd's credit, they stood and applauded Swift, but the damage had been done. Watch the stunning video below and then send in encouragement to Taylor. We love you, girl!

Was this some sort of stunt? Something Swift may have known about ahead of time, similar to the Bruno/Eminem charade at the MTV Movie Awards? It doesn't appear that way.

You suck, Kanye West.

Taylor Swift was left alone on stage to deal with the ramifications of Kanye West's ridiculously rude, incomprehensibly inappropriate act during the MTV Video Music Awards. Write in and let the world know you're on Taylor's side!

Michael Jackson has been dead a whole month. That means it's totally time to anoint someone the new King of Pop, and Kanye West thinks he knows just the guy:

Okay, not really. But would you be surprised?

This is all a sham, as Scrape TV made up a faux interview in which it quoted West as saying so. And as with some satirical jokes that just hit too close to home, the Onion-esque story was picked up as legit by multiple sources.

Ace Showbiz, Celebuzz, the Superficial and a handful of other news sites all reported Kanye's claims as fact. While that's shoddy reporting, and the joke on them, it shows what an egomaniac Kanye West is that this would be blindly accepted:

"You know everyone loves and respects Michael, but times change," the humble star said. "It's sad to see Michael gone, but it makes a path for a new King of Pop."

"I'm willing to take that on. There's nobody who can match me in sales and in respect, so it only makes sense for me to take the crown and become the new King."

"First there was Elvis, then Michael, now in the 21st century it's Kanye's time to rule. I have nothing but respect for Michael, but someone needs to pick up where he left off, and there's nobody better than me to do that. I am the new King of Pop."

Unfortunately, these quotes are all made up. Reports of him hooking up with Kim Kardashian and sparking her breakup with Reggie Bush? Less clear.

We knew there was something fishy about the Kim Kardashian/Reggie Bush break-up.

After all, sources claimed it was a mutual decision because the couple simply could not make time for one another; Reggie was off to New Orleans to practice with the Saints, while Kim had to film more episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

But isn't that reality show about her life? Why couldn't it simply film her life with Bush?

Now, a more sordid side to the story is coming out - and it points a cheating finger at Kim and... Kanye West!

Sources have told Fox News that “Reggie saw text messages on Kim’s phone from Kanye and flipped out on her."

Needless to say, these weren't your basic, harmless messages, the insider added.

“The texts referenced a night they hung out, how much fun he had, how hot Kim was, and more racy things that got Reggie’s imagination running."

Note to Bush: save your imagination the work. You can just search the Internet for racy images of Kim.

Reportedly, Reggie confronted Kim, the pair fought over her interactions with Kanye and "they realized there were trust issues on both sides, and couldn’t go forward,” said the source.

Are Kanye West and Amber Rose, his latest model fling, in the process of patching things up after their breakup was sadly announced June 10?

Looks like they just might be.

According to Perez Hilton, Kanye West and Amber Rose were seen together at Ellen Degeneres' TBS special taping Wednesday night in Chicago.

Seen, as in as a couple. As in, full-on, back together.

Hot couple Kanye West and Amber Rose broke up last week after about three months of public appearances, short hair, bizarre fashion and occasional rants.

“They are no longer a couple,” West's representative confirmed to The New York Post last week, officially ending the relationship between the two.

No official announcement has been made about Amber Rose and Kanye's reconciliation, but Perez says he has this on good authority, so we'll see.

Kanye West might be down with Chris Brown and O.J. Simpson, but he's no longer getting down with Amber Rose.

“They are no longer a couple,” West's representative confirmed to The New York Post Today, officially ending the relationship between the rapper and the short-haired model.

However, it hasn't taken Kanye long to find a new odd-looking woman with whom he can chill: he announced on The View this morning that he’ll be co-headlining a tour this summer with Lady Gaga.

"She’s talented and so incredible that she’s not an opening act,” he said. “We’re doing it together, with no opening act.”

Wow. That's high praise and a surprisingly humble gesture from Kanye. He's totally doing GaGa. (Sorry random Speedy dude, Lady's supposed boyfriend, but you can't compete with Kanye West.)

Just imagine the combination of sunglasses the world would be privy to if Kanye West ever dated Lady GaGa.

Did Amber Rose cheat on Kanye West with Cassidy?

If so, we would not want to be Cassidy right now. We have seen Kanye unleash his furor on websites, photographers ... anything that he feels is a great to take His Holiness down. We cannot even fathom his response to this story.

Fortunately, this post has nothing to do with Amber Rose ... except that the rap star may be feeling a little "paranoid" about what she's up to, no?

According to reports, Cassidy is a male rapper.

He may also be a dead man, as random website Gyant Unplugged claims he's to blame for the demise of the relationship between Kanye West and Amber Rose.

Allegedly, with Kanye at work on Rihanna and Jay-Z’s albums in Hawaii, Cassidy has been taking a long whiff of West's Rose... if you know what we mean!

As Gyant Unplugged puts it: Word got back to Ye’ and he cancelled that chick I-M-M-E-D-I-A-T-E-L-Y!

Cassidy is denying any romantic involvement with Rose. But is that guy really to be trusted?!?

Amber Rose is not shy about her body.

When it comes to threesomes, there are great ones and there are artistic ones.

Then, there are the groupings that blow more than Paris Hilton on a Saturday night.

Kanye West, Amber Rose and Perez Hilton most definitely fit into the latter category.

The random trio was spotted over the weekend at the SXSW "One Night in Austin" party. Rose and West munched on a pair of sno cones, while our celebrity gossip rival drew as much attention to himself as he could, as usual...
