Justin Timberlake is a bona fide megastar in the music business and a successful actor to boot, but he may have missed his true calling as an SNL cast member.

On Tuesday's Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the singer showed his comic versatility once again, performing 2006's smash hit "SexyBack" with a new twist.

JT teamed with his frequent SNL collaborator Fallon - and the barbershop quartet known as the Ragtime Gals - to perform the song like never before.

Justin Timberlake sat down with Jimmy Fallon Monday night and delivered two messages to fans:

1. Hosting Saturday Night for a fifth time was a lot of fun.
2. There is no feud between himself and Kanye West.

The topic was broached after Kanye ranted during a concert last month that “I got love for the Hov, but I ain’t f-cking with that Suit and Tie."

In response, JT performed this weekend on SNL and changed a lyric from “so sick got a hit and picked up a habit” to “my hit’s so sick got rappers acting dramatic."

Justin Timberlake's Saturday Night Live performance of his new hit "Suit & Tie" contained a subtle response to unexpected hater Kanye West.

Last month at a London concert, Kanye slammed Justin's collaboration with Jay-Z, saying, "I got love for Hov, but I ain't f--kin' with that 'Suit & Tie.'"

So on Saturday night, Timberlake changed the lyrics "S**t so sick got a hit and picked up a habit" to "My hit's so sick, it got RAPPERS acting dramatic."

Later, Jay-Z came out to join the singer on "Suit & Tie." Timberlake, whose 20/20 Project album comes out March 19, delivered huge ratings for SNL.

Game, set, match.

This just in: Justin Timberlake is a beloved Saturday Night Live host.

The superstar - who hosted the sketch show last night and performed as its musical guest - carried SNL to its biggest ratings since Charles Barkley emceed in January 2012.

And for good reason.

The actress accompanied her man to London this week and made it very clear in a Tweet that she enjoyed his performance of "Mirrors" and "Suit & Tie," Tweeting soon after the renditions:

"My Huz just killed it on the Brits. and the London fans are the tits!"

We're gonna assume that's a big compliment.

He showed zero rust after taking seven years off from music to focus on his acting career, wowing the 2013 Grammy Awards crowd with a six-minute performance.

Dressed to kill in a tux and accompanied by a horn section, JT belted out his new hit “Suit and Tie” - with a little help from Jay-Z - and flashed his signature moves:

Bud Light Platinum tapped the singer and actor as its newest creative director, responsible for providing "creative, musical and cultural curation."

In other words, Justin Timberlake is about to be pretty much synonymous with Anheuser-Busch's premium beer brand, the brewing giant announced.
