But in the music world, he's linking up with a new cutie - Esmee Denters, who he says "is the real deal" and "cannot wait for the world to hear her."

Which is why we're pleased to report that the young online sensation has become the first artist signed to Justin's new label, Tennman Records.

Yes, an Internet phenomenon that doesn't involve sex tapes. Amazing, we know.

"In completely unpredicted news to all YouTubers and bloggers, we are proud to announce Esmee Denters has signed to Tennman Records and she will be joining me on tour this summer," Justin said via a press release.

"Esmee is the real deal and I cannot wait for the world to hear her, but all of her fans on YouTube should not worry ... we will keep you in the loop every step of the way," said Timberlake, Chairman/CEO of the label.

Esmee Denters was equally ecstatic:

"Words can't describe how amazing it is. I am so excited! It is something I have always dreamed of. I have to thank YouTube and its viewers for giving me the opportunity to show the world my voice. I also have to thank Justin Timberlake, one of the biggest artists in the world, for believing in me and making my dreams come true," Esmee said.

Esmee Denters is one of the most notable singers-songwriters to gain attention strictly as an Internet performer. Born in the Netherlands, she grew up with the intent of becoming a social worker. But in 2006, using a webcam, she began to post videos of herself singing others' pop songs and her own compositions.

The 18-year-old with a soulful voice beyond her years quickly became a YouTube celebrity. Below is a short (two-minute, 45-second) clip of Esmee Denters covering - who else - Justin Timberlake, in a soulful version of "What Goes Around."

After months of playing the field since his split from Cameron Diaz, is Justin Timberlake ready to "go steady" with Jessica Biel?

Or is this just another illusion... the kind Criss Angel would perform? Sorry, that may have been the worst attempt at cleverness ever.

Timberlake and Jessica Biel, who were first linked at a Golden Globe after-party in January, recently spent several days together in the U.K., where Timberlake was touring.

They holed up in Manchester's five-star Lowry Hotel and took in a soccer match. No word on whether Biel complained about not getting A-list roles because she's too hot.

And now "Justin's in love," a source supposedly tight with the ex of Britney Spears and "FutureSex/LoveSounds" singer tells People in its new issue.

Knowing Justin Timberlake's feelings toward celebrity gossip, that friend is probably not going to be one for long.

"She's the coolest chick ever. He wants to be with her all the time. He's ready to be serious," says the pal of Justin Timberlake.

Over the last few months, Timberlake, 26, and Biel, 25, have also been spotted snowboarding with pals at the Sundance Film Festival, and Biel recently attended a barbeque at Timberlake's L.A. home.Biel, you may recall, was recently linked to Derek Jeter.

Prior to that, Justin was supposedly with Scarlett Johansson. Not shabby. Though we wonder if he could ever convince her to sit topless in the sink.

Past celebrity look-alikes may have been a stretch. In fact, we apologize to Jay Leno for the comparison to Rumer Willis.

But the any fan of American Idol could've seen the following comparison coming weeks ago.

After all, judge Randy Jackson compared Chris Richardson to a famous pop singer on the very first day he auditioned. Which one?

The man who has been bringing sexy back like it's his job, Justin Timberlake. Check out the photos below to get an idea of where American Idol's resident dawg would've come up with this idea:

Easy to see the similarities, isn't it? And we haven't even gotten to the same smooth stylings of C-Rich and JT yet.

Perhaps Lauren Conrad thought she was going home with Timberlake when she snagged Richardson a few weeks ago.

There was no heartfelt letter.

But Justin Timberlake was so concerned about his ex, Britney Spears, who entered rehab in February, that he did reach out to her, he revealed.

"I called her because I worried about her," Justin Timberlake said recently at a press day for his new movie Shrek The Third.

But Britney Spears, who checked out of Malibu's Promises treatment center in March after nearly a month, is on the right track, Timberlake said.

"She's a great woman. I'm really rooting for her," he said. "[It] seems like she's getting everything under control now."

Timberlake, who just split with Cameron Diaz (his costar in Shrek, who also attended the press day), said being single has its ups and downs.

"The advantages are that you don't get in as many arguments, and the disadvantage is that you're talking to yourself," he said.

But he isn't exactly lonely. Timberlake spent time with Jessica Biel at a barbecue party at his L.A. house last week.

Things between the pair got "hot and heavy," says a source in the singer's circle.

This isn't the first time Timberlake and Biel have been spotted together: In January they went snowboarding with a group of friends in Park City, Utah, and hung out backstage at one of Timberlake's concerts in San Diego.

And at Prince's Golden Globes party that month, Timberlake and Diaz had a spat after Diaz saw Timberlake chatting with Jessica Biel.

As for Biel, when it comes to Timberlake, a source tells People Magazine that the hot actress is "crazy about him."

Who isn't?

Although he and Cameron Diaz broke up earlier this year after nearly four years together, Justin Timberlake has nothing but kind words for his ex.

Asked about the split by British GQ, Timberlake says, "It's hard for me to talk about because we're talking about a person that I love and respect."

Justin Timberlake, known for being mum about his personal life, makes it clear that he'd never speak badly about Diaz and wouldn't tolerate anyone else doing it, either.

"If I hear anyone say anything bad about Cameron then I'll have something to say to them," he tells the magazine in its May issue.

When it comes to the subject of his other ex, Britney Spears, Timberlake tells the magazine, "Honestly, I am so far removed from that situation."

Justin Timberlake's best friend, Trace Ayala, seconds that, saying, "She just isn't part of his life." This in spite of the fact that Timbaland wants to work with her.

As for the rumor that Justin sent a veiled message to Britney Spears while accepting a Brit Award for best male solo artist in February, the singer is mystified.

At the awards ceremony, Timberlake told the crowd, "Stop drinking! You know who you are. I'm speaking to you. You are going to get sloppy!"

Naturally, some tabloids guessed was a reference to Spears, who checked her crazy self into rehab later that month.

Timberlake says he "didn't know anything" about the rumor and shakes his head in disbelief, asking, "A coded message to Britney Spears?"

Seriously. There was also a supposed heartwarming letter to Britney he didn't write.

Anyway, Justin clearly has other things to think about. No, not tapping the incredible booty of Scarlett Johansson. Well, at least we don't think so.

JT is midway through his FutureSex/LoveShow tour, which wraps up in China in September, and starring in the new movie, Black Snake Moan, with Christina Ricci and Samuel L. Jackson, currently in theaters.

But now he's gone on record saying that he despises the work of celebrity gossip magazines, that they "create soap operas out of people's lives."

Yeah, yeah. We hear it all the time from stars complaining about the attention given to their lives. But Justin Timberlake has usually been one of the most adamant.

He makes the comments in a recent interview with Details. Of course, JT's life has been popular fodder for the Hollywood Gossip sites (such as this one), especially because of his romantic relationships.

He dated Britney Spears and Cameron Diaz, and possibly tapped the voluptuous booty of Scarlett Johansson as well. One gets the impression that any girl he chooses would be happy to receive a very special box next Christmas.

Nevertheless, the "SexyBack" singer dismisses all the coverage of his high-profile romances as "a spin game," saying, "I choose not to take part in it."

It's not going to stop him from chasing tail all over Hollywood, of course. And we applaud him for it. He's definitely our favorite *NSync alum, edging out Joey Fatone and Lance Bass, as well as JC Chasez and that other guy.

In other words, he's better off these days. With Timbaland.

Justin Timberlake vowed to "break the slime barrier" at Saturday's 20th Annual Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards - and the show's host sure did deliver the green goo.

Timberlake, who won the award for favorite male singer, was slimed both at the beginning and end of the show.

During the opening number, Justin Timberlake, dressed in a tuxedo and an orange scarf, sang:

"You'll never get a drop of slime on old J.T." â€" but was soon covered with it.

Other stars who got drenched with the green stuff included Mandy Moore, Tobey Maguire, Steve Carell, Vince Vaughn, Chris Tucker, and Jackie Chan.

Even Nicole Kidman got slightly slimed when she accepted the award for the animated movie Happy Feet. The actress, who voiced a character in the film, was there on behalf of the film's director, George Miller.

The show, which featured performances by Gwen Stefani and Maroon 5, also included a daredevil bungee jump by stuntman Ron Jones, who plunged into a giant vat of green slime from a height of 225 feet.

Early in raucous show, Charlotte's Web star Dakota Fanning won for favorite female movie star and the Black Eyed Peas won for favorite musical group.

"I consider all of you my friends!" said Fanning, who was presented with the award by Blades of Glory stars Will Ferrell and Jon Heder.

Other awards went to Ben Stiller, who took home the Wannabe Award, Adam Sandler for favorite male film actor and American Idol for favorite the TV show. Idol judges Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul were on hand to accept the award.

In one of the show's gross-out moments, Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere announced Drake Bell of Josh and Drake as the winner of Nickelodeon's favorite TV actor by picking out the "world's largest booger" from a giant nose.

As for burping champion, Timberlake lost the the title after he was challenged by the entire 12,000-person crowd to a burp-off. Together, everyone at the Pauley Pavilion - with the help of some special effects â€" defeated the singer with a massive ensemble burp.

"Tonight I went head-to-head with every kid in the audience and I don't know if I stood a chance," said Britney Spears' ex-beau after the show. "They came in strong and I gave it a go but it just wasn't good enough."

At the end of the evening, Timberlake, with the help of Vince Vaughn, used a "detonator" to release a giant surge of slime that came up through the floor, spraying the actors and much of the audience and.

Awards are determined by kids who vote to pick the winners. Approximately 40 million votes were cast this year, according to Nickelodeon.

Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears are not getting back together!

Well, romantically, at least. That's been his stance from the get-go. But the Bosh reports that the two are set to record a duet.

JT is confident the record can help Britney Spears rebuild her faltering pop career and get her back on track.

"Britney was extremely touched that Justin had been in contact. Going into the studio is Justin's way of helping her get better," a source says.

The pair are planning to visit a L.A. recording studio with Timbaland to re-record the Motown classic "You're All I Need to Get By" - originally a hit for Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell in 1968.

Earlier this month, Timbaland approached Justin, who first met Spears while starring on "The Mickey Mouse Club" and dated her for four years, to help propel Britney back to the top of the charts.

"I feel her pain, it really bothers me," Timbaland said. "I asked Justin, 'How would you feel about me working with Britney? Would you do it with me?' He said he would - if she's serious."

Britney checked out of rehab last week. Shortly before she was admitted, she shocked the public with bizarre behavior such as shaving her head.

The sober bald beauty stepped out in public for the first time with two of her girlfriends, Spears took a one-hour dance class at Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood on Friday, March 23.

Later that evening, a blue-eyed Spears and three girlfriends met up for a sushi dinner at trendy Japanese fusion joint SHU-Sushi House Unico. Too bad a newly-single Timberlake missed out!

Hopefully, this is a sign of a healthy Britney getting her life back on track. Surely Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline will appreciate it.

When it comes to bringing sexyback, Justin Timberlake is not one to leave anything in the bag. But when dishing on his exes, he's a model of class and restraint.

Asked what he thinks about Britney Spears' recent ups and downs, JT tells Details in its April issue simply that: "We had our thing, and it's over."

He didn't say whether he wrote his rehabbing ex a heartfelt letter, but as we've seen from his diplomatic comments about Brit's shaved head, he's definitely still in her corner. He and Timbaland may even collaborate with her in the future.

Timberlake won't comment at all about Cameron Diaz, whom he dated for nearly four years after Spears, and who he broke up with in January. 

Instead, he slams the tabloids that, he says, "create soap operas out of people's lives." Seriously, guys, back the hell off.

Timberlake doesn't want to fuel speculation about Scarlett Johansson or any of the other special people in his life, past and present:

"I would never say anything bad about anyone," he says. "I love a lot of those people."

When it comes to discussing his music, however, Timberlake is more forthcoming.

About his first solo album, Justified, he says:

"I tried so hard to be an R&B artist, and it was pop album of the year, and I was like, f--k. That's the last thing I wanted.' But I was like, 'So everyone considers me a pop artist? Well, f--k it. I'm going to do whatever I want to do."

He's certainly full of surprises. But one thing he wishes he could take back was "My Grammy Moment" during the February awards show, when a contest winner (Robyn Troup) got to perform alongside him.

But, though he wanted to cancel the appearance, Timberlake didn't.

"Because I'm the nice guy who follows through on the things he commits to. But I don't know if I'll be going through that sort of thing again. I feel like the Grammys used me for ratings. And look at it... they were up 18 percent."

It's easy to see why. His talent is light years beyond anyone on American Idol.

Everyone wants Britney Spears to get well.

That includes Justin Timberlake, who, according to Life & Style Weekly, sent his troubled ex-girlfriend a touching get-well letter while she's away in rehab.

He reportedly previously called her a week after she checked into Promises. The heartfelt letter moved the mother of Sean Preston and Jayden James to tears. Justin promised that he would be there for her when she got out.

A source said:

"She could barely catch her breath to read the words. It was one of the most moving letters she had ever received. He poured his heart out. He told her he was sorry they fell in love so young, because if they'd fallen in love even just a few years later, he would've married her - and they'd probably have kids together by now. Justin let Britney know that she has his unconditional love and support. He offered to visit her in rehab."

This sounds so beautiful. Too bad it's almost certainly fake. Come on. We believe Justin (and his boy Timbaland) wish Britney the best, and we know Britney longs for him. But JT his heart out about marriage? Somehow we doubt it.

The girl is bald, after all. No one likes that.

And she's possibly dating Jason Filyaw.
