A new Justin Bieber pot smoking scandal may be on the way.

According to TMZ, new photos of the singer getting high are being shopped around the Internet. They feature Justin and Lil Za enjoying themselves some Mary Jane while outside a home in Los Angeles.

Za is the same person who was caught driving Bieber's Ferrari early this morning without a license.

A few weeks ago, of course, Bieber was caught smoking up with Lil Twist, clearly holding a lit joint at a party. He later took to Twitter in response and promised to "be better."

TMZ has reached out to Bieber's camp for a comment. So far, nothing.

This really is not Justin Bieber's week.

First, the singer was accused of cheating on Selena Gomez while smoking pot in December with someone named Mimi Jenson.

Then, a radio host in Charlotte said Bieber was really mean to her at the gym.

Now, Canadian cops are actually investigating a complaint by a woman who was in the vicinity of Bieber backstage at a November concert in Ottawa.

Dealing with a weed smoking scandal, and having reportedly been dumped by Selena Gomez, Bieber now faces a lawsuit from a former bodyguard named Moshe Benabou.

According to TMZ insiders, Benabou claims Bieber screamed at him and slugged him multiple times in the chest at some point during his employment (March 2011 - October 2012) after the two disagreed on how to handle a member of Bieber's entourage.

If Justin Bieber really is seeing Barbara Palvin again, he's guilty of girlfriend cruelty against Selena Gomez.

But the California Hamster Association is less concerned with the singer's human actions and more focused on his supposedly dangerous animal actions, as it's come out against a gift Bieber bestowed upon a fan last week.

Outside of a concert earlier this month, Bieber actually gave a screaming fan named Tori his hamster PAC to care for.

As far as we know, he's being treated very well by the Belieber.

But a rep for the CHA tells TMZ that hamsters "often succumb quickly to illness when faced with "sudden environmental change" and Justin should have handed PAC over to an animal shelter if he didn't want the little guy any longer.
