Barack Obama is back with another quasi cover of a hit single.

Following the President's version of "I'm Sexy and I Know It," along with his take on "Call Me Maybe," the editing gurus from BaracksDubs have spliced together fragments from various public speeches to depict Obama as a major Belieber.

The LMFAO and Carly Rae Jepsen videos have garnered over 27 million combined YouTube hits. But we have a feeling this one may top that figure on its own. Watch now:

Hey, David Letterman: pick on someone your own age!

The Late Show host welcomed Justin Bieber to his program last night and gave the 18-year a very hard time about his tattoos, considering Justin just got a fresh one that reads "Believe" across his left arm.

"Don't go nuts," Letterman advised, regarding Bieber's influx of ink. "Because more and more you see like the mural ... like the Sistine Chapel, it's too much."

It's okay, Justin replied, he's "not going for the Sixteenth Chapel look."

Ouch. Major history faux pas! Watch the exchange now and Letterman's mockery of Canadian high school in response to Bieber's flub:

Sorry Justin isn't an art history buff, David Letterman! The guy is spending too much time helping the dreams of cancer patients come true, alright!

Part One of Justin Bieber: All Around the World aired on NBC last night, with the network taking fans behind the scenes of this singer on tour.

It was mostly a fun, harmless look at how the Biebs prepares for a concert, with the exception of footage from a May show in Paris when Bieber actually ran into a glass wall... and knocked himself out!

Around the nine-minute mark in the following sneak peek you can see Justin collapse to the ground and a woman scream for his manager, Scooter Braun, who calmly assesses and handles the situation. But it's a bit scary for a few moments there:

Fortunately, Bieber did not require medical attention. But if the top-selling artist did need mouth-to-mouth, would anyone out there be willing to give it to him?

This just in: Justin Bieber is very popular.

Within a day of the 18-year old singer releasing his latest studio album, "Believe" ranks first on the iTunes Top Albums chart in the United States, Spain, New Zealand, Belgium, Finland... and you get the idea.

In all, the Biebs sits atop this chart in a whopping 34 countries! We now have proof: Justin is popular "All Around the World."

There's little doubt that Justin will take over number-one on next week's Billboard 200, as well, which tracks number of album copies sold in seven days. But that's where things could get awkward:

Usher is at the top of that chart at the moment. Sorry, mentor. You're gonna have to make room for your protege.

In case you've been trapped in a cave without Internet access for the past few weeks, Justin Bieber's new album came out TODAY. It's available RIGHT NOW. We won't be offended if you run off and purchase it.

Are you back? Okay. Good.

In promotion of "Believe," Justin called in to Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning and addressed a number of topics, first confirming that, yes, he did pen the track "Maria" after the Mariah Yeater baby scandal.

“I couldn’t really talk about it when it was happening," Bieber said of the tabloid circus. "Every interview I was like: ‘I can’t really talk about it.’ So, to be able to actually talk about it on the album is really awesome.”

Why include the song on the CD?

"People didn’t forget about it, it was still in the headline news. So, to be able to talk about it and really say my side of the story and really just express myself, I feel like that was the best way to do it.”

Among many other subjects discussed by the Biebs...

Which of his two fragrances does Selena Gomez like best? “I think she might like Girlfriend. I think my fans needs to go out and check it out and see what they think.”

This (not really) just in: Justin Bieber is the The Man.

The 18-year old once again displaced grace under pressure last night, as the power actually went out near the end of his set in Harlem's famed Apollo Theater.

But neither Bieber nor his fans panicked, instead resorting to a fun, A cappella-style version of "Boyfriend," with Justin dancing around and attendees providing the lyrics.

Watch now:

"A night none of us will ever forget!! That is how u end an #AllAroundTheWorld run!!! With no power for the last song...my fans sang it 4 me," Bieber Tweeted soon after the show.

This concert was taped as part of an NBC special set to air this week in honor of JB's album release. For a lot more of the singer live, visit our Justin Bieber video section now.
