The latter honor falls to "Baby," which features Ludacris and Jasmine Villegas.

That video has been viewed over 407 million times since it went viral on February 12. That's over 1.3 million times per day since its release and, yes, that's simply unbe-Bieberable.

When is breakfast at IHOP more than just a chance to catch up over some deliciously greasy fare? When it involves two of the world's most popular pop singers.

Indeed, the Internet has been buzzing over the supposed date Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber went on late last week, as the two were seen all cute and cozy at the aforementioned establishment.

Can we officially dub these two "Jelena?" Not exactly, Gomez says.

"It was just pancakes! Oh my gosh!" she exclaimed to Us Weekly, adding in an interview with MTV: "Who doesn't like pancakes? We were both performing in the same place so we went and had pancakes together. That's all it is. All innocent."

Well... that's no fun.

Just call him a Jingle Baller.

A day after performing at the Q102 Jingle Ball in New Jersey, Justin Bieber stopped by the state next door and did the same at the Z100-sponsored event of the same name.

The 16-year old sensation was joined at the event by Katy Perry, (rumored girlfriend!!!!) Selena Gomez and others, as he made fans scream with a number of singles. We've posted video of three of them below. Sit back and enjoy...

Justin Bieber may or may not be dating Selena Gomez. Both of these singers may simply have an affection for the Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N Fruity.

But the singer is definitely an exciting performer, that much cannot be debated. He proved as much at this week's Q102 Jingle Ball in New Jersey.

Bieber created quite the fevered pitch among fans in attendance at the show, at one point asking which of them wants to be his "Baby." You can imagine the response, can't you? Actually, you don't need to.

It stands for the International House of Pancakes, but for one morning this week, IHOP might as well have been an acronym for It's Happening, Omg, People!!!

We're referring, of course, to the breakfast date on which witnesses spied Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez. The two were seen dining and holding hands at an establishment in Philadelphia, hours before they performed at the Q102 Jingle Ball.

TMZ has the photographic evidence:

Justin and Selena sat on the same side of the booth, onlookers reported, and appeared "cuddly."

Of course, Bieber took the stage later that evening and serenaded a fan in a romantic manner. So who knows where things stand between him and Gomez. We'll keep you apprised.

Justin Bieber is adorable, talented, beloved and, according to Barbara Walters, fascinating.

He also comes across as more mature than his 81-year old interviewer in the clip below.

As one of this ABC host's 10 Most Fascinating People of the Year, Bieber sits down with Walters on a special that airs tomorrow night. Among other topics, she grills him on the photo snapped earlier this year of Justin making out with Jasmine Villegas.

In response, Bieber just shrugs and says: "I was just kissing her. That's about it... I think every 16-year-old kisses a girl, right? So that's nothing out of the ordinary."

The ultimate stocking stuffer has arrived, folks: Justin Bieber trading cards are now available.

The items are on sale at Walmart and Target, along with other major retail outlets. The line includes 150 different cards and 30 stickers, with each pack consisting of five cards and one sticker for $1.99.

Says Justin of the release:

“It’s awesome; it makes me feel great. I always dreamed of being a hockey player and having my own trading card. I remember collecting hockey cards, so the idea that kids are going to enjoy my cards like I enjoyed my hockey cards is amazing!”

As for a new touring partner, an announcement has also been made regarding who will join Bieber on the road in March...
