It gets better.

Justin Bieber passed along this message to bullied teens back in November. Now, he's done so again, having visited a group of children in Japan this week, many of whom were affected by that country's March 11 tsunami.

Addressing nine students from some of the regions hit hardest by the disaster, Bieber said: "Things can get better and things will get better. There's only good times to come. My prayers go out to all of your families and all of you."

The 17-year old followed his visit with a couple inspiring Tweets that read:

Just met some incredible kids who have been thru alot because of the devastation here in Japan... Blessed to meet them and proud to know them. When you meet kids like that... with all their strength and courage to move on you realize the important things in life."

Amen, Justin. Amen.

President Barack Obama reached out to Justin Bieber this week for assistance.

It all started when Obama made a visit to Ground Zero soon after Osama Bin Laden was killed. There, he met 14-year old Payton Wall, who had written to the President, told him of her father dying on 9/11 and also expressed her affection for a certain 17-year old singer.

Obama reportedly told Wall that he knew Bieber and would organize an introduction between her and her idol. Many reporters and publications mocked the President for making such a promise.

But it looks like it will come true.

We already know Justin Bieber is a cutie. But it turns out he's a warrior, as well.

The 17-year old sensation was diagnosed with a chest infection prior to a show in Manila on Wednesday. But did that stop the pop star from completing a 90-minute set? Of course not!

"Justin was advised to either cancel the show or do an abbreviated set," a source told Perez Hilton. "But he insisted on going on. So they cut down the show, but once the show started he kept going."

Let's just hope he brushed his teeth before kissing Selena Gomez.

The criticism lobbed at Justin Bieber by Marg Helgenberger came out of nowhere this weekend, and apparently came as a big surprise to Bieber himself.

Bieber seems to be pretty shocked that the CSI actress said he was a "brat" on the set, citing numerous examples of the youngster's behavior.

He finds it especially odd, since they never actually worked together.

Bieber never mentioned Marg by name in his Twitter-buttal.

Bieber just went on Twitter and said in response, "it's kinda lame when someone you met briefly and never worked with comments on you."

Still, he added, "I will continue to wish them luck and be kind."

"rumors are just that...rumors. In the end if you just be kind and be yourself people will know who you are. That goes for anyone i think."

Biebs also said, "I know who i am and sometimes people r just going 2 say what they want. Keep ur head up and be the man ur mama raised."

You tell 'em, JB. And u b the man ur fans luv 4 ever 2.

We didn't think this was possible. But it turns out not everyone is a Belieber.

In an interview with a French radio program, CSI star Marg Helgenberger was asked about the young star, who appeared on the drama earlier this season. She said:

"Justin Bieber wasn't bad. He had never acted before. I shouldn't be saying this, but he's kind of a brat. He was actually very nice to me, but he locked one of the producers in the closet. And he put his fist through a cake that was on the table."

Sounds like a teen having fun to us. Check out Helgenberger's description now:

Despite his crew staging a mini-revolt and refusing to go to Japan due to earthquake and radiation fears, Justin Bieber is adamant that he'll be there.

The singer is scheduled to perform in Osaka and Tokyo later this month, but many of Bieber's crew members boycotting the trip after the nuclear disaster.

As a result, the May 17 and 19 shows are in limbo as of right now.

Waving to Spanish Fans

While he hasn't weighed in publicly on the feud between the crew and his manager, Scooter Braun, JB has reportedly decided that he's going, period.

If Bieber doesn't have the crew to pull off stadium concerts, he's willing to sing at smaller venues. Anything, sources say, not to let down his fans.

Not sure how he's gonna pull that off logistically on almost zero notice, but that's dedication to the cause, people. Sometimes you just gotta Belieb!

In a new interview with Seventeen, Selena Gomez is asked about two of the most important topics for any teenage girl: love and Justin Bieber.

Is the 18-year old pop star truly head over heels for the adorable teen icon? Gomez doesn't directly answer that question, but does tell the magazine:

Adorable Hand Holders

"I think as I’m getting older and having more in-depth relationships, maybe I’ll experience it. At the moment, I don’t know, exactly, if I’ve been in love."

Gomez and Bieber are no longer keeping their relationship a secret, of course (watch her blush over him HERE), because Selena says "I don’t like hiding," adding:

"I do like to keep certain things to myself, but at the end of the day, I’m eighteen, and I’m going to fall in love. I’m going to hang out with people, and I’m going to explore myself, and I’m okay with that."

The Webby Awards were doled out recently, honoring the best in viral videos. Aside from Sexy Sax Man not making the list, the winners were deserving.

Zach Galifianakis, Steve Carell and Lisa Kudrow led the charge with the most wins this year, while Justin Bieber won one for taking over the universe.

This year’s overall top winner? Funny or Die. The site co-founded by Will Farrell is certainly more funny than worthy of death, winning eight awards.

The Full List of Celebrity Winners Include:

Zach Galifianakis: Best Web Personality for “Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis” (Webby Award); Best Comedy Individual Short or Episode for “Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis: Steve Carell” (Webby Award)
