Wait, Mariah Yeater: who's the daddy?!?

This 20-year old has been in the news all week because she's filed a paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber, alleging he knocked her up after a concert in late 2010 (which he has denied). But a woman named Frances Lippe has now come forward with major scoop related to this claim.

Lippe tells TMZ that Yeater once dated her grandson, John Terranova.

In December, about one month after she says Bieber got her pregnant, Yeater reportedly showed up at Lippe's house and got into a major altercation with Terranova, stemming for her assertion that HE was the father of her child.

Lippe says Yeater broke a window in the home and slapped her grandson three times in the face. Police were called to the scene and Yeater was booked on charges of battery. The family never heard from Mariah again.

On July 6, she gave birth to a boy - and did NOT list anyone as the father.

Easy, Beliebers. Do not throw anything at your computer screen.

But a high school yearbook of Mariah Yeater has allegedly surfaced, giving the public its first view of the woman who claims to be the mother of Justin Bieber's three-month old son. Here it is:

Yeater is featured in this week's issue of Star Magazine. She has sued Bieber for child support, alleging that he took her into a bathroom on October 25, 2010 after a concert in Los Angeles and, in her words, said he wanted to "f-ck the sh-it" out of her." They proceeded to have 30 seconds of unprotected intercourse.

Bieber addressed the charge directly this morning and said he's never met Mariah Yeater.

Earlier this week, Justin Bieber Tweeted that he was going to "ignore" the claim made by Mariah Yeater that he was the father of her three-month old son.

But the singer appeared this morning on Today and directly addressed the allegation for the first time, shooting it down in mostly convincing fashion.

In response to Yeater's claim that she's the mother of Justin's child, Bieber fans have lit up Twitter with a number of death threats. Two examples:

1. @EvelynHorwitz: “Dear Mariah Yeater, Roses are red, violets are blue, stay away from Bieber or Beliebers will kill you. 
2. @KarenortizJDB: “I should give you a device. Well, go away before millions of Beliebers kill you."

Selena Gomez, sadly, also faced the threatening wrath of fans when she first started dating the Biebs. Our advice to these supporters: chill. Justin and his legal team will handle this. Support the guy's music, but death threats?!? Be better than that. Rise above.

Justin Bieber fans awoke yesterday to the shocking rumor that this 17-year old superstar impregnated a fan named Mariah Yeater in October of 2010, presumably taking her into a bathroom following a concert in Los Angeles and losing his virginity in an unprotected, foolish manner.

Fast forward nine months and Yeater tells Star Magazine she has given birth to Justin's baby. She is suing for child support.

The singer's reps have already issued a statement denying this "malicious" claim, and Bieber himself acknowledged it with a Tweet last night:

Im going to ignore the rumors...and focus on what is real.an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall!

This certainly sounds like a wild money grab, but crazier chatter has proven true. Where do you stand, Beliebers? Are you buying Yeater's tale?

The latest issue of Star Magazine alleges that the 17-year made that mistake with a young woman named Mariah Yeater.

The tabloid reports that Yeater, 20, had sex with Bieber after a concert in Los Angeles last year. She then gave birth to his child three months ago and has filed a paternity lawsuit against the superstar.

In response, Justin's reps have issued the following statement:

"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

If Yeater's claim is proven true, it would give a whole new meaning to the title of Bieber's biggest hit.

Justin Bieber and friends are continuing their catchy assault on Christmas.

With the singer's holiday album out tomorrow, Justin has been giving fans a taste of what's to come via a few early releases. First, there was this duet with Usher. It was followed a couple days later by this collaboration with Mariah Carey.
