First, the cast of Glee. Now, Justin Bieber.

Targeting the tween demographic, Barack Obama made one of his smartest decisions as President this weekend: he asked the 16-year old crooner to perform at the 2010 Easter Egg Roll on the South Lawn of the White House.

Bieber entertained fans with “One Time” and “Baby," telling those in attendance:

“What a lovely crowd. How many of you guys think it’s a beautiful day out here? It’s a beautiful day! It’s a good time to play my new song, "U Smile."

All About the Hair

From there, Bieber put on a rendition of classic singles, including Michael Jackson’s “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’” and Aerosmith’s “Walk This Way.”

He even took to the drums on the latter song, as shown in the following video. First, though, check out a few more photos of Justin Bieber from this weekend's festivities:

As we discussed earlier this week, this is Justin Bieber's world. The rest of us just reside in it, and if we should be so lucky, get an occasional glimpse of the teen god.

So dominating and inevitable is Justin's control over the planet we reside on that he recently acquired the website Funny or Die, changing its name to Bieber or Die.

That's right, if it's not Justin Bieber related, it must die.

Check out the video of J.B. announcing his site takeover below. Don't think it's gonna stop here, either. Dude was once denied entry to a club. Know what he did? Bought it and made it a Chuck E. Cheese. Who's too young now, bitch!?

Follow the jump for two more videos from Justin's revamped Funny Or Die, including a faux Bieber screensaver and the greatest five seconds in Internet history ...

Wednesday night's American Idol not only featured the elimination of Didi Benami, but a performance from Usher and a cameo by Justin Bieber himself.

Bieber stopped by to support his mentor Usher, who also coached the Idol aspirants this week, but also to tape his upcoming "Idol Gives Back" segment.

Naturally, this being Justin Bieber, he caused flat-out pandemonium.

After he was done, a 'tween fan rushed the stage, prompting security to intervene with a secure bear hug before she could present herself to J-Biebs.

Speaking of crazed fans, more than a few 13-year-old girls were so excited when Bieber came out to tape "Idol Gives Back" that they started crying.

Leave it to protege Bieber to upstage mentor Usher ...

Usher on Idol

OMG: Usher performs on American Idol.

After a lengthy process of getting him to the point where he could actually perform without the stage being ambushed, things went according to plan.

Finally, Justin Bieber, who now boasts the #1 album in the U.S. as well as some amazing hair, took to the stage and performed "U Smile and "Baby."

When this performance actually airs on the Fox show's annual "Idol Gives Back" special, we strongly suggest you find a hat and hold the f*%k onto it.

For now, follow the jump to see him introduce his homeboy mentor Usher, who proceeded to rock the house, OMG style, with special guest will.i.am ...

My World, if you're in Justin Bieber's shoes, is not just the name of his album ... or his second album, My World 2.0. It's what the teenage baller rules. Hard.

The rest of us just live here. He should really charge rent.

VMA Appearance

Sure, the dude could keep a lid on it sometimes, saying Miley Cyrus isn't his type or that Mariah Carey is past her prime. But his sales back up his attitude.

My World 2.0 topped the album charts this week, making Justin Bieber the youngest male solo artist ever to score a No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart.

HIS WORLD: Justin Bieber. Cannot. Be. Stopped.

The prepubescent singer is also the youngest male solo artist to score two simultaneous albums in the top five (as My World rounds out this week's list).

With his forthcoming national tour dates and an upcoming April 10 appearance on Saturday Night Live, Bieber is inching closer to pop culture domination.

Oh who are we kidding, he's already dominated. Just be grateful you can even check out our gallery of Justin Bieber pictures and bow down to the king.

Katy Perry had an action-packed night at Saturday's Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, presenting an award to Miley Cyrus, getting slimed hard core and laying a kiss on the hot piece of baby-faced prepubescent hotness that is Justin Bieber.

She's not afraid to suggest, half-seriously, that she would totally go there.

Hands in His Pockets

"Told you I would tap that. Yummy," the 25-year-old said on Twitter.

Katy's got the picture to prove it, too. Prepare to be jealous, girls:

Katy Perry would hit that ... but really, what girl wouldn't?

Because Perry is engaged to Russell Brand and Bieber is just 16 going on 10, this relationship would likely never work. But check out that look in her eyes?

She's totally thinking about going statutory, and who can blame her? Better not cross him, though, or the lil' pip squeak will diss her like he did Mariah Carey.

When it comes to a pair of the most popular young stars on the planet, we have two words:

It's. On.

Interview by The New York Times' T Magazine last week, Justin Bieber was asked about his lovely locks. Specifically, the following question was posed:

"Who would win in a hair-off between you and Zac Efron?"

The 16-year old singer tried to remain diplomatic and replied: "I'll let you decide. But all I'll say is that it's no competition."

Justin vs. Zac

You heard him, folks: he'll let us decide! Go to it below.

Who has better hair?

It's been an interesting couple weeks for Justin Bieber.

First, Ke$ha seemingly disrespected the young singer by referring to him as a "baby" (she later apologized).

Then, Bieber may or may not have dissed Mariah Carey.

But Justin did have one clearly positive result over the last few days: his performance on The Late Show with David Letterman. Watch below, as the 16-year old does his thing, followed by a few photos of him outside the studio...

Wow. We sure hope Nick Cannon is sitting down before he reads this.

If The Sun (UK) is to be believed, 10-year-old singer Justin Bieber unexpectedly lashed out at Mariah Carey during an otherwise normal interview with the paper.

Justin the Joker

While praising Justin Timberlake, Rihanna and Beyoncé, he didn't mince words when it came to Mimi. "I don't love her new music, it's not the same," he said.

"It's like Michael Jordan coming back to the NBA. She is past her best."

Snap. Looks like someone's publicist is gonna be working overtime ... or already did. The quote and any mention of Carey has since been removed. Suspicious!

Justin Bieber likened Mariah Carey to the Washington Wizards iteration of Michael Jordan. Possibly. The origin of the prepubescent star's Carey quote is debatable.

Could Bieber have a cleaner on retainer to fix his verbal gaffes (like saying Miley Cyrus isn't his type)? Could the reporter have made that up and later been called out?

We may never know. But we're going to go ahead and officially say we think he said it, because look at him. He's a little hothead, you can just tell. What a frickin' punk.

Celebrity feuds, real or imagined, are more fun, right?

When it comes to Justin Bieber, Ke$ha has the same opinion as millions of girls around the world: AWWWW!!!

Actually, the outspoken singer takes her view of the young singer a bit further. In the latest issue of Maxim, this is what Ke$ha said about the 16-year old:

“He’s a tiny little baby! I would’ve loved to push him around onstage in a carriage.”

We gotta admit: that's the strangest Bieber fantasy we've ever heard. And fans have sent in plenty.

Ke$ha in Maxim

A couple more excerpts from Ke$ha's interview with the magazine:

On the worst pickup line she’s ever heard: “Wanna know my favorite? This guy said, ‘Oh, my God, did you just fart? ‘Cause you just blew me away!’ I was, like, ‘Ew!’”

On her newfound fame: “I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone sometimes - I seriously need to pinch my leg. I’m, like, ‘Am I sleeping? Is this real?’”

With what can best be described as the cultural event of a lifetime coming this summer, we can hear the shrieks of joy from cities and towns across the nation already.

Justin Bieber is going on tour.

Jelena at Dinner

Along with Sean Kingston, the 16-year-old singer is headlining concerts across North America starting in June. Somehow we don't think he'll have attendance issues.

Fan club members can order pre-sale tickets for the My World tour March 18. If you're not cool enough to be in his fan club, commoners can order tickets March 27.

Don't miss your chance to see this once-in-a-generation performer.

Will you be checkin' out the My World tour? We know, that's like asking if Tiger Woods is a bad husband ... the more appropriate question is where you'll do so.

For more on this full-blown hottie, peep our gallery of Justin Bieber pictures by following the corresponding link and check out his full tour itinerary post-jump.
