The Justin Bieber baby drama might finally be over.
Earlier this week, Mariah Yeater dropped her lawsuit against the singer, although the 20-year old's lawyer claims the two parties are still working toward a settlement figure. But now even more evidence has come out that appears to prove one thing: YEATER IS A LIAR.
TMZ has been sent a slew of texts by a friend of Yeater's. This individual was evidently on the receiving end of messages that...
- Referred to someone named "Robbie" as the father of her child.
- Pleaded with the recipient to go along with her Bieber claim and, if he/she does so, as Yeater writes in one of the texts posted on TMZ: "Ill kick u when we get paid."
Bieber, to his credit, still plans on suing Yeater. Her credibility might be destroyed, but there's a message to send here: no one dares mess with the Biebs!
Justin Bieber Lawsuit Against Mariah Yeater: Oh, It's Still On!
Mariah Yeater dropped her lawsuit against Justin Bieber, but if she thinks she's out of the woods after dismissing her paternity claim, girl can keep dreaming.
Quietly, Yeater dismissed the suit last Thursday, after Justin and his team made it clear they would sue Mariah and her lawyers for their "malicious claims."
Guess what? They still are, because even though Mariah Yeater no longer hopes to extort money from the Bieb, she still made the claim in the first place.
Justin is not backing down, according to the star's publicist, Matthew Hiltzik, who says Yeater and her lawyers, who have since quit, will be hearing about this.
"We intend to still hold them accountable," he said.
After Yeater claimed Bieber fathered her baby after 30 seconds of aggressive bathroom sex last year, Justin wanted to go after her and set an example that people who file baseless claims against celebrities do so at their own peril.
She gave interviews to Star Magazine and The Insider, and possibly others, about the whole thing, too, meaning she basically lied about Bieber and got paid.
You can bet she'll be asked to pay damages REAL fast.

Two weeks after Mariah Yeater created a major uproar by claiming Justin Bieber was the father of her young son, the total liar has dropped her paternity lawsuit against the iconic singer. It was quietly dismissed late last week, TMZ reports, while attorneys Lance Rogers and Matt Pare have bolted from Yeater's camp.
Bieber handled the allegation as well as one could. He issued a couple basic denials, volunteered to take a DNA test and threatened to counter-sue the 20-year old who claimed Justin lost his virginity to her - unprotected, style - in a Los Angeles bathroom last October.
True Beliebers, of course, stood by their man and can now return to what they do best: supporting his career and his hair. Get back to it, everyone!

Alleged Justin Bieber Baby Mama's Mama Drama: A Battery Conviction
A new twist has been added to the ongoing Justin Bieber baby mama drama, although this one has nothing to do with the singer himself.
Radar Online has obtained a police report that proves Michelle Yeater - the mother of the girl who claims Justin knocked her up last October - was convicted of battery with serious bodily injury following an incident on 11/7/07.
Records show that Michelle attacked Dominique Ross, a thrift store clerk, and sent him to the hospital with a serious eye injury after an argument between the pair broke out over money.
“It was a violent attack and I had to have an operation on my eye and hand,” Ross told the website. “She called me n*gger and b*tch and I believe it was a hate crime.”
Mariah Yeater herself has also had at least one run-in with the police. She was arrested about a year ago for slapping an ex-boyfriend that she originally cited as the father of her unborn child.
Justin Bieber Album Sales: Record-Breaking!
Justin Bieber can take a deep breath. His ongoing baby scandal clearly is not impacting his career, at least not in any negative sense.
The numbers are in and Bieber's "Under the Mistletoe" has become the first holiday CD by a male artist to ever debut at number-one on the Billboard 200. Not shabby, huh? It's only the eighth holiday album ever to hold this spot, with Susan Boyle the last artist to accomplish the feat in 2010.
Another impressive fact: This marks Justin’s third number-one album, making him the first solo artist of all-time to reach that pinnacle three times before turning before 18.

Justin Bieber Fights Through "Crap and Lies," Releases New Video
Justin Bieber has released both a new music video and a new statement.
A day after Mariah Yeater stuck to her story and spoke out for the first time about how/when Bieber supposedly knocked her up, the 17-year old superstar has introduced his official video for "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" by thanking fans and responding to what he describes as nothing but "crap and lies."

Justin Bieber Fan Issues Scary Death Threat Against Caitlin Beadles
A fan of Justin Bieber has taken her passion to a very scary, dangerous level.
According to a warrant obtained by TMZ, a 14-year old in Kentucky (believed to be developmentally disabled) used the handle KILLSGANDCB (Kill Selena Gomez and Caitlin Beadles?) on social media site Tumblr recently, writing that she was going to "murder" Beadles, the girl rumored to be dating Justin last summer.
This individual ominously added that she had cameras on Beadles at all times and said the victim won't even know what's happening until she "wakes up on the other side of her bed with a knife." Detectives have contacted the troubled girl's mother and she is reportedly taking a close look at her daughter's online activities.
This is the most extreme example yet of a Belieber threatening the life of someone with whom Justin is/was involved.
Gomez has faced a number of Twitter haters, while Mariah Yeater is currently facing the wrath of Bieber fans angry at her for claiming Justin fathered her child. Peeps gotta calm the heck down.

Mariah Yeater Speaks on "Aggressive" Justin Bieber Bathroom Sex
Teen pop singer Justin Bieber has been in the news lately for reasons unrelated to him singing "Baby, Baby" ... unless he uttered that while nailing Mariah Yeater.
The 20-year-old alleged baby mama claims she had (brief) sex with Bieber backstage after a concert last fall and that her three-month-old son is Bieber's.
She is suing Justin for child support, while Bieber, who denies ever meeting Mariah Yeater, says he will take a paternity test to prove it, then sue her right back.
Despite the inconsistencies in her story - Mariah Yeater first accused her ex of fathering the child - she's speaking out about their "affair" on The Insider tonight.
According to Mariah, Bieber was aggressive in the sack/men's room:
"He immediately took a liking to me. We just got to talking," she recalls. "Eventually he asked me, 'Would you mind if we could go somewhere and be alone.'"
"Then when we got to what turned out to be a bathroom, his whole demeanor changed. It went from cute and gushy to more aggressive," Yeater continues.
Specifically, he supposedly asked to "f--k the s--t" out of her. Obvi.
"I have provided evidence to my attorneys and it'll show in court that my allegations are true," she says, responding to claims that she's a liar and gold digger.
Asked why Bieber's security guard says he never left Bieber that night and Justin went straight to the car following the concert, Mariah says, "No comment."
