Jordin Sparks covers the latest issue of Women's Running, a feat she never imagined she'd accomplish just a few years ago.
“I was carrying a 5-year-old," the former American Idol winner tells Life & Style of her past figure. “Fall 2010 through March, that's kind of when I lost the first 30 pounds. By March of last year, I lost 50. And then I maintained it for the rest of the year.”
How did she do it? Sparks may have focused on more healthy recipes in the kitchen, but it was the work done outside the home that really paid off.
