The explosive Kate Gosselin tell-all book that resulted in multiple lawsuits is being put back on the market this summer, according to a new report.

Kate dropped her lawsuit against Robert Hoffman, who wrote Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World, The Rise and Fall of a Reality TV Queen, in 2013.

She alleged that Hoffman, with Jon Gosselin's help, stole her computer and sued them both for hacking and wiretapping, among other things.

The suit was dropped, however, and now, just days after Kate Gosselin’s special, Kate Plus Eight: Sextuplets Turn 10, airs, the book will be back online.

Get ready to go “INSIDE KATE GOSSELIN’S HOUSE OF HORRORS,” the author’s site touts. “Conspiracy. Massive Coverup. Lawsuits and Legal Threats."

"Exploitation. Fraud. Abuse. Animal Cruelty. Lies. Read The Book that two of the most powerful law firms in the country have tried to stop from being published.”

Hopefully Hoffman can use more than two-word sentences. But we're intrigued.

Jon Gosselin does not hold back when it comes to Kate Gosselin, her lifestyle or her parenting. He's upping the ante now, though, from a legal standpoint.

His attorney, Mark Heller, is quoted as saying that a custody battle is looming between the two, and that the father of eight is looking to raise the stakes.

Heller says Jon will "most likely" be taking legal action against Kate over what he perceives to be a violation of a provision of their custody agreement.

This latest beef between the long-feuding parents stems from a beyond awkward Today appearance by Kate and their 13-year-old twins, Mady and Cara.

Jon's negative response and then the twins staying mum about their dad on The View culminated in his decision to take action, according to his lawyer.

Heller explained that their custody deal stipulates that if Kate leaves town or needs to leave the kids with a babysitter or nanny, Jon has first right of refusal.

In other words, he can opt to have the children stay with him instead if he chooses, yet Kate Gosselin has never given her ex that privilege, Heller says.

It feels like 2009 all over again. Jon Gosselin is taking his ex-wife to task in a new interview, denying that he's out to get her and saying she's a terrible human being.

Speaking to Philadelphia Magazine, he responded to claims that he's trying to slander his former spouse. "Everyone thinks I'm out to get Kate," he laments.

"I don’t give a f--k!"

He added of Kate Gosselin, "What would I get out of it? Everyone knows she’s an a--hole, you know what I mean? I don’t have to - she’s proven that!"

Kate begs to differ, or at least she did when she sued him in August, claiming Jon stole information for the book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.

She alleged that he hacked her phone and computer and swiped her hard drive to aid the author, Robert Hoffman, although she later dropped the suit.

That legal move hasn't smoothed things over, though, as far as Jon Gosselin is concerned. He clearly still has issues with her as a parent and person.

A lot of issues.

"She tweets everything. To the world, all about my children," he told Philadelphia. "I think it’s disgusting and awful. They can’t even have a normal life."

Jon Gosselin pulled a gun on a photographer who followed him home in Pennsylvania on Friday and even fired a warning shot - by his own admission.

The crazy incident happened in Beckersville, Pa., when a photographer followed him from his job waiting tables to the log cabin where Jon lives.

The paparazzo admits that she followed Jon off the main roads and onto dirt roads, but assumed it was still a public road and not private property.

Not the case.

According to TMZ, she started taking photos of Jon Gosselin and he came at her, pulled a gun out of the back of his pants and yelled at her for trespassing.

He then fired off a warning shot.

Kate Gosselin has filed a lawsuit accusing her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin, of stealing her hard drive and hacking into her phone and computer ... seriously.

File this one in the overflowing folder of Kate Gosselin mistakes.

  • Wicked Witch of PA

The federal lawsuit alleges that Jon Gosselin stole the material for a book authored by Robert Hoffman, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.

How did she fool the world, exactly? We never got to find out.

Kate first accused Jon and tabloid writer Hoffman of stealing her hard drive for the book last October, and in turn got the thing pulled from Amazon.

Hoffman claimed he found it in a dumpster ... seriously.

Two law firms say Robert Hoffman's tell-all about Kate Gosselin violated trade secrets and copyright laws, and it was pulled off of Amazon after only two days.

Hoffman admits obtaining Kate's computer hard drive, but maintains he pulled it out of her trash (no joke) and that Jon had nothing to do with his action.

But now a source close to the situation tells a different story.

William Blankinship, a TV editor who worked on TLC's Jon and Kate Plus 8 and other family-oriented reality TV, was arrested last week on child porn charges.

Blankinship, 56, has been charged with 10 counts of sex exploit of a minor, meaning he possessed photos and/or video of a minor engaged in sexual activity.

A subcontractor for Figure 8 Films, Blankenship edited such TLC shows as Jon and Kate Plus 8, its spinoff Kate Plus 8, 17 Kids and Counting and Table for 12.

No bond has been set for the accused; he is likely "under the authority of the U.S. Marshals" until trial, a spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons said.

His employer wasted no time taking action. "Upon learning of the shocking allegations his employment was terminated," Figure 8 films said in a statement.

Fortunately, Blankinship was never in contact with the famous eight Gosselin kids, the 17 Duggar offspring or any other of TLC's stars, according to reports.

"At no time was this man ever in the field or in direct contact with any of the talent for any of our productions," the network said in its own statement.

When it comes to the recent ransacking of Jon Gosselin's apartment, Hailey Glassman would like to quote Shaggy: It wasn't me!

In response to allegations that she broke into her ex's residence and destroyed its surroundings like Jon destroyed his marriage, Glassman Tweeted on Friday:

"FYI that apartment everyone calls Jon's apartment was my apartment as well. We split rent!"

As for Hailey's future behind bars - as promised by Gosselin's attorney over the weekend - Glassman's lawyer tells a very different story:

"I think Mr. Heller went too far, saying that she's going to jail... She's not a suspect. She has not been arrested," Stephanie Ovadia told E! News. "She did nothing wrong."

Ovadia admits that security footage shows his client hauling away valuable items such as a big-screen television, but: "She only took what was hers."

No word if Jon's dignity was on that list.

  • Hard Ass Hailey
  • STFU Jon!

Meanwhile, two (horrible) people from Jon's past spoke to E! about the events and are on Team Hailey. Take it away, Michael Lohan and Kate Major!

"Something sounds very fishy to me," said Major. "Jon should focus on getting his own life together and stop trying to ruin other peoples' lives."

Et tu, Mr. Lohan?

"I have come to know Hailey and I do know her attorney. Stephanie is one of the most integritous people I know, and I have never known Hailey to lie."
