Jim and Pam on The Office are finally married in real life.

Just not to each other.

A week after Jenna Fischer and Lee Kirk tied the knot, her on-screen husband John Krasinski wed actress Emily Blunt on Saturday in a private ceremony.

The couple wed at the Villa D'este in Como. The couple had been staying at George Clooney's nearby Lake Como estate since the 4th of July weekend.

Clooney and his girlfriend, Italian TV presenter Elisabetta Canalis, attended the outdoor ceremony honoring The Office and The Devil Wars Prada stars.

Congratulations to the newlyweds, John and Emily!

John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, who have been tight-lipped about their romance from day one, began dating in 2008 and got engaged in August 2009.

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski are engaged, according to the stars' rep.

"We can confirm John and Emily are engaged," a rep for both stars said.

John Krasinski is 29 and Emily Blunt is 26. The two began dating in November 2008, but have been very tight-lipped about their relationship throughout.

We are happy for the cute and talented couple, who seem great together.

Blunt said she learned her lesson after she was forced to discuss her split from Canadian singer Michael Buble in July of last year after three years together.

We forget the details of their breakup, but the fact that there was a grainy picture of Michael Buble naked on some chick's phone couldn't have helped.

"Unfortunately, when you invite those questions in, when things go south, people still assume you want to talk about it. And I don't," she said.

"It was a learning curve for me," the London native added. "I don't feel like [talking about my relationship] is something I have to do."

Well, here's wishing them a happy, private lifetime together!

Now, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are also known for dating one another. According to Star Magazine, the pair has been together for over a month.

On November 9, they stayed at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, ordering room service, taking long walks and spending "every second together,” according to a source, who added:

“John really cares for Emily — he totally fawns over her. And she’s loving the attention. She’s a down-to-earth girl, but it’s nice to be treated so well.”

Previously, Krasinski had dated former co-star Rashida Jones, while Blunt was involved with Michael Buble.

The pair of cuties â€" who together are responsible for many great quotes from The Office, which halted production Wednesday â€" were spotted canoodling, according to the New York Daily News, at a Saturday Night Live after party November 3.

But Rashida Jones, 31 â€" who was previously romantically linked to John Krasinski, 28, back in 2005 â€" doesn't want to set the record straight.

"I don't want to talk about my personal life," the daughter of Quincy Jones told reporters when asked about the rumored romance with her co-star at the DKNY "Delicious Night" fragrance launch in NYC Wednesday night.

You know what they say about Office romances.

Still, Rashida Jones couldn't help but gush a little about him: "He's awesome and more definitely enthusiastic than [his character] Jim," she said. "He's the best."

While many Office fans would likely much rather Krasinski see Jenna Fischer nude, you can't deny that Rashida Jones is a cool gal - and cute, as well.

John Krasinski doesn't need a woman who's well versed in all of the latest fashions. In fact, the girl next door would do just fine.

No, we're not talking about a nude Holly Madison from The Girls Next Door. Or Elisha Cuthbert from The Girl Next Door. We mean an actual girl next door, as in one in the real world. One who might wear a cardigan.

Asked by Glamour whether he'd be amenable to dating "a normal girl" like Pam Beesly (Jenna Fischer), his crush on The Office, Krasinski, 27, replies:

"Yes, please! It's not about celebrity. It's all about, do you have that 'girl in a cardigan' in you. Gotta have that."

A woman with a relaxed sense of style would be a good match for the 27-year-old Newton, Mass., native, who told People in 2005 that he doesn't worry much about his own wardrobe.

"My main focus is to always try to be myself first, and then, hey, if I wear a cool jacket, that's a bonus," John Krasinski said.

You know, Britney Spears could learn a thing or 20 from that approach.

The License to Wed star, who was recently named one of People's Sexiest Men Alive, also says he doesn't feel pressure to act like his wry character, from The Office, Jim.

Mostly because, well, it sort of comes naturally.

"I would say I have a mellow way about me and a spontaneity that is similar to Jim's," he says, in contrast to his co-star/boss, Steve Carell.

John Krasinski, who dated his Office co-star Rashida Jones, is currently working on his feature film writing and directing debut, Brief Interviews with Hideous Men. He also appears in George Clooney's upcoming football film Leatherheads, due out in December.
