Weeks after attention-hog Miley Cyrus apologized for mocking Asians in one of her half dozen photo scandals and denied that she's a racist, Joe Jonas appears to be the gentleman in this photo, pulling down his eyelids Asian style.

Jonas is the older brother of Miley's alleged ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas. Joe Jonas, at 19, is the middle Jonas brother, with Kevin being the oldest at a staggering 21.

No word when the photo was taken or where it came from before surfacing, or when mocking Asians by making one's eyes appear slanted became the in thing.

Who's the hottest Jonas Brother?

We're not trying to player-hate on Nick, Kevin and Joe. The Jonas Brothers seem like really good dudes. But they shouldn't be singing live. Not yet.

They are clearly awesome at starring in Disney movies, dumping Taylor Swift over the phone, wearing promise rings and eliciting squeals from teen girls.

But they ought to consider lip-synching, at least until they hit puberty and their voices fall an octave or several. There's no shame in it, guys. Take a cue from Britney Spears. The studio track not only sounds better, it allows for more dancing!

Joe Jonas is many things: a heart throb, a talented young singer, a loyal brother.

But the musician has updated his MySpace page to clear up a rumor started by ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift this week: he's not a cheater.

"Several things I will state with all my heart," writes Jonas in his blog, in response to Swift's accusation that he ended their relationship due to feelings for Camilla Belle. "I never cheated on a girlfriend. It might make someone feel better to assume or imply I have been unfaithful but it is simply not true. Maybe there were reasons for a breakup. Maybe the heart moved on. Perhaps feelings changed. I am truly saddened that anything would potentially cause you to think less of me."

Technically, Swift claims her and Jonas broke up because "he met" Belle, not because he bedded the actress behind Taylor's back.

Still, Joe felt the need to speak out to his fans.

"I wish the best for the other person, but could not sit back any longer and leave our fans with a wrong impression of the truth. Hope this helps enlighten a little."

Do you believe that Jonas remained loyal to Swift?

A handful of readers have written in and expressed shock that Joe Jonas would get into a new relationship - with actress Camilla Belle - so soon after breaking up with Taylor Swift.

We can now count Swift in that group, as the singer told OK! that Belle was actually the basis for her and Jonas' split.

"They've been together since we broke up," Swift said. "That's why we broke up - because he met her."

Does that mean her and Joe aren't friends? 

"We don't talk," Swift said.

Ouch. We wonder if the cheating Belle will toll next for Camilla. Look out, honey!

But the rumored new girlfriend of Joe Jonas should now be worried about the 10,000 screaming teenage girls jealous of her for stealing their man.

According to sources, these two started dating soon after Joe's break-up with Taylor Swift. They met on the set of The Jonas Brothers' music video for "Lovebug," in which Belle appeared.

"It was only after doing the video that they began to date," said an insider.

So, will we see Jonas and Belle posing together on red carpets in the near future? Don't count on it, added the source:

"They are not public about it but they've just been hanging out with their friends and Joe's brothers. They are very private about it."

Joe Jonas could do a lot worse than Camilla Belle. A whole lot worse.

Earlier this week, Miley Cyrus made her feelings about Nick Jonas known.

Now, Taylor Swift - in a far more mature manner - is speaking out about her recent break up with Joe Jonas.

The singer told n Ryan Secrest (on the host's KIIS-FM radio show) yesterday that she penned the song "Always and Forever" about Joe.

Joe Jonas blew his chance to catch kisses from Taylor Swift.

"I've written about [the split], and I write about my life... that's just how I deal with things. It's tough and it's been tough," Swift said, subsequently elaborating on the reasons why her and Jonas didn't work out:

"If they're not allowed to go in public with me [because their management feels they're too much of a sex symbol]... that's an issue."

Sorry, fellas, but Taylor concluded the interview by saying that she isn't yearning to fall for anyone new: "I'm trying to shake it off. I'm not ready to jump in to anything with anybody. It wouldn't be fair to them. I'm not looking to find someone to fill a void."

Before Joe Jonas and Taylor Swift could even officially announce their relationship, a source has told Us Weekly that the couple has broken up.

The insider says the break-up occurred in early October. Jonas reportedly broke up with Swift over the phone. Ouch!
