Even though Teresa and Joe Giudice might be headed to prison, the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars are are at least keeping up the appearance of normalcy on Instagram.

Teresa posted the above photo yesterday with the caption, "My Frozen Princess Audriana cannot believe she's 5."

The Giudices appear to be in good spirits, and for the first time in a long time, they may actually have reason to smile.

A source close to their trial recently revealed to Us Weekly that Teresa will likely be placed under house arrest. Good news for the troubled Housewife, as it previously looked as though she would be sentenced to two years in prison.

According to friends, Teresa was a nervous wreck after being convicted, but she's now "positive" that she won't go to prison.

On The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 9, the Garden State ladies each dealt with some life changes that are nothing short of monumental.

Dina bid farewell to her assistant Luke, while Amber received surprising news from her doctor and Teresa and Rino Aprea faced a medical scare of their own.

And we don't even know where to start with Joe and Teresa Giudice ...

Whatever you think of the contrived drama you normally see when you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online, things got real Sunday.

Five years removed from her first diagnosis with breast cancer, Amber Marchese was told by her doctors that her most recent results were inconclusive.

She should come back in for more testing, she was told.

That's not something anyone ever wants to hear.

At some point, it really will happen: Teresa Giudice will be sentenced for committing various forms of financial fraud.

Giudice and husband Joe pleaded guilty to a number of charges a few months ago, a development chronicled this past Sunday night on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Their sentencing was originally pushed back until September 23, due to the death of Joe's mother, and now Teresa's lawyers are angling to get it pushed back again, this time until October 2.

On October 5, Teresa and Joe Giudice will be sentenced for their convictions on several counts of fraud. Teresa could receive up to two years in prison, and Joe nearly four.

To make matters worse, Joe Giudice never bothered to become an American citizen, meaning that after he serves his time, there's a good chance he could be shipped back to Italy.

Giudices Go to Court

Sources say Joe is certain that he won't be deported - but his confidence reportedly stunned his friends and lawyers, most of whom believe it's all but guaranteed that Joe will be booted out of the States given the nature and severity of his crimes.

"It seemed like a foregone conclusion that Joe would be deported,” one insider told Radar Online.

Teresa and Joe have delayed their sentencing on multiple occasions, but legal experts say they're all out of tricks and will definitely have to face the music on October 5.

On Sunday night's episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Joe and Teresa Giudice pled guilty to fraud charges that could result in them getting locked up for 46 months and 27 months, respectively.

The episode was filmed over six months ago, but the Giudices have yet to face the music, as their lawyers have now successfully petitioned the court to delay their sentencing hearing for a second time.

Teresa and Joe's sentencing was pushed back to September 23 following the death of Joe Giudice's father.

Now, lawyers for the couple have requested that the hearing be delayed again - this time until October 2 - as they're still in the process of gathering information for the judge.

Sources have said that Teresa Giudice is "positive" she won't go to prison, but her recent actions seem to indicate otherwise.

First, Teresa begged Bravo not to televise her sentencing. Given her usual love of cameras and publicity, that seemed like a sure sign that the Jersey Housewife is expecting bad news.

An even clearer indication that Teresa is preparing to trade in her cocktail dresses for an orange jumpsuit is the fact that she and her husband Joe - who's also likely to do time on fraud charges - have put their $3.9 million mansion up for sale.

The Giudices purchased the home for $530,000 back in 2002, but after millions in renovations, they've transformed it into a 10,000 square foot tacky Taj Mahal.

Sunday on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 8, Joe and Teresa Giudice pleaded guilty to fraud charges that could land them behind bars.

That we were expecting, as it's made headlines for months. What you won't see coming when you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online?

One of her fellow cast members' reaction to the bombshell.

Amber Marchese, for one, is already crying on the phone before Teresa even answers, and when Giudice does, is more annoyed than anything.

“Maybe it was time of the month?” Teresa wonders.

Amber tries to gather her composure, before peppering Teresa with questions and offering support. Then she hangs up and starts crying again.

Meanwhile, Melissa Gorga and Dina Manzo whisk Teresa away for a trip to Florida, because Bravo decided it would be good "to get her mind off things."

Marchese, who’s been fighting with twins Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea, is coming too. As are they. To "get them over this hump," we're told.

Because that happens on the Housewives.

Whether or not there are Bravo cameras at Teresa Giudice's sentencing next month, it's sure to be a dramatic day for the outspoken Real Housewives of New Jersey star.

Along with her husband Joe Giudice, Teresa was convicted of fraud back in March and could face serious jail if the judge decides to make an example of her.

The Giudice's sentencing was delayed following the death of Joe's father, but with the new date of September 23 fast approaching, friends say Teresa isn't the least bit concerned.

"Teresa has been telling friends she doesn't think there is any way the judge will send her to jail because she's the mother of four girls," a source tells Radar Online.

Sunday on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 7, special guest Victoria Gotti full-on dropped a BOMB on the Bravo show's cast.

What did she have to say? And about whom? You can watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online to see, or follow along for our recap below ...

First, we begin with Amber Marchese going to visit Melissa Gorga, who is grieving for her aunt, who passed away after a prolonged battle with cancer.

Then, we see Nicole Napolitano chat with her mom about Bobby. Her mom and Teresa Aprea are both worried that this lifelong bachelor will not commit.

At Teresa Guidice's home, she and Melissa are having a date night, with Teresa throwing shade every chance she gets (to the cameras, not Melissa's face).

One can understand why she's not in the best mood, even if it's Valentine's Day. Teresa and Joe Giudice have a mountain range of legal bills to pay.

If you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey, you saw Nicole Napolitano yank out Amber Marchese's hair in a fight for the ages last weekend.

It was the husbands' turn to throw down this time.

"Would you please stop spitting in my face," Marchese's husband, Jim, told Joe Gorga when the two took it outside to settle their ongoing beef.

Jim didn't attend a guys' night out due to the fact that he runs a mortgage company and can't be around Teresa and Joe Giudice. Gorga? Beyond livid.

"See that hand in my face?" asked Marchese.

"Touch me, and I'll arrest your ass."

Joe Gorga apparently felt this was disloyal and shady of him to distance himself from the group this way, but Jim was undeterred, vowing to hit back HARD.
