Whether or not there are Bravo cameras at Teresa Giudice's sentencing next month, it's sure to be a dramatic day for the outspoken Real Housewives of New Jersey star.

Along with her husband Joe Giudice, Teresa was convicted of fraud back in March and could face serious jail if the judge decides to make an example of her.

The Giudice's sentencing was delayed following the death of Joe's father, but with the new date of September 23 fast approaching, friends say Teresa isn't the least bit concerned.

"Teresa has been telling friends she doesn't think there is any way the judge will send her to jail because she's the mother of four girls," a source tells Radar Online.

Sunday on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 7, special guest Victoria Gotti full-on dropped a BOMB on the Bravo show's cast.

What did she have to say? And about whom? You can watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online to see, or follow along for our recap below ...

First, we begin with Amber Marchese going to visit Melissa Gorga, who is grieving for her aunt, who passed away after a prolonged battle with cancer.

Then, we see Nicole Napolitano chat with her mom about Bobby. Her mom and Teresa Aprea are both worried that this lifelong bachelor will not commit.

At Teresa Guidice's home, she and Melissa are having a date night, with Teresa throwing shade every chance she gets (to the cameras, not Melissa's face).

One can understand why she's not in the best mood, even if it's Valentine's Day. Teresa and Joe Giudice have a mountain range of legal bills to pay.

If you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey, you saw Nicole Napolitano yank out Amber Marchese's hair in a fight for the ages last weekend.

It was the husbands' turn to throw down this time.

"Would you please stop spitting in my face," Marchese's husband, Jim, told Joe Gorga when the two took it outside to settle their ongoing beef.

Jim didn't attend a guys' night out due to the fact that he runs a mortgage company and can't be around Teresa and Joe Giudice. Gorga? Beyond livid.

"See that hand in my face?" asked Marchese.

"Touch me, and I'll arrest your ass."

Joe Gorga apparently felt this was disloyal and shady of him to distance himself from the group this way, but Jim was undeterred, vowing to hit back HARD.

On The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 3, Teresa Giudice learned from a psychic that her husband Joe will totally be doing time.

Now there's a bombshell. Apparently, psychics watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online and read celebrity gossip just like the rest of us.

"I don't go to psychics regularly," said the show's highest-paid star, who went to see Dina Manzo's friend and spiritual medium, James Van Praagh.

"It is weird, right?"

It is.

"It'll work out fine for you," he told her. "I don't see jail."

"What do you mean for me?" Teresa Giudice replied.

"Your husband, I'm not so sure about," James said.

"I just don't know if he's going to get off from those charges ... I feel like he's definitely going to do some time. I don't see him out in the clear."

"I just got choked up," said Giudice, fighting back tears as if this were some big revelation. "I try not to think about the negative stuff … Why is this happening?"

Fraud has a tendency to backfire when uncovered?

On The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 2, the drama we saw in the premiere was largely absent in what felt like a filler installment.

Just not a lot going on in the Garden State. Fortunately, we still have Teresa Giudice pissed at Andy Cohen and lots more gossip in the present day.

It's Christmas time and that means decorating your McMansions and just going through the motions, whether you're a cast member or a viewer.

The only difference? The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast salaries are probably a lot higher than yours for doing less work. This is upsetting.

Anyway, at the Giudice residence, sassy 7-year-old Milania refuses to help Teresa and Joe put up the tree. "I am a girl, I'm not a boy," she insists.

Girl does raise a valid point right there.

Meanwhile, the Gorgas put up a fake tree in their rental home, but alas, it is too tall for the top piece. This is the biggest drama of the episode.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey are back for Season 6 Episode 1, and we saw Teresa and Joe Giudice’s legal troubles start to unfold on the premiere.

Teresa is living a nightmare, people, but she is wide awake.

Teresa Giudice: Table Flipping
And now for the classic. Teresa's face is priceless as she famously flips the table. Bravo. Bravo.

If you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online, or even if you don't, you probably know Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice are often at odds.

Not this season, at least not now. They are no longer fighting, while Dina Manzo has returned ... but the huge change is clearly Teresa's legal woes.

With a Teresa Giudice prison sentence for fraud looming, and their lives hanging in the balance, they're leaning on their close friends and family.

Which, apparently, they still have an abundance of.

Dina Manzo and Teresa have been friends for over 20 years, and we saw them discuss how Teresa has really been handling all of her legal stresses.

Totally unscripted, off-the-cuff conversations here.

Teresa Giudice pled guilty to fraud back in March and is likely to face prison time.

Teresa's sentencing was delayed just last month following the death of her father-in-law, and along with her husband Joe, the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star will now have to wait until September to find out her fate.

Teresa and Joe Giudice Head to Court

The troubled mother of four opened up about her upcoming court date in a recent interview and not surprisingly, she says she's overcome with fear about the possibility of being locked up.

"No one can ever prepare themselves to go to prison," Teresa tells In Touch. "How could I ever prepare myself to be away from my kids? It's too terrifying for me to even think about."

Facing an unexpected family tragedy, Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice have seen their sentencing date pushed back.

A couple days after the unexpected death of Frank Giudice, Joe's father who passed away of a heart attack in the couple's backyard, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s office says there's been a change in schedule:

"Joe and Teresa’s sentencing has been pushed back to September. The reason is an administrative issue. I can’t elaborate further as to what that means and I can’t theorize on this. They will be sentenced on September 23rd at 10:30 a.m. in front of Judge Ester Salas."

With The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 premiering on July 13, Teresa could be facing many years in prison.

Frank Giudice, the father of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice, died suddenly in the backyard of his son's home this afternoon.

He was 63 years old.

Giudices Go to Court

According to TMZ, Frank had no history of health problems when he keeled over while building a chicken coop in his son and daughter-in-law's garden.

Joe and Teresa Giudice believe Frank suffered a massive heart attack, as he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both halves of the famous couple, meanwhile, are facing many years of prison time on charges of mortgage and financial fraud.

Joe and Teresa Giudice are headed to jail but first they have to get their financial affairs in order...by screwing over their creditors to the tune of $13 million!

Teresa and Joe Giudice Head to Court

So how did the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple rack up such massive debt? By living like royalty despite the fact that they haven't had a dime to their names for years.

Court documents reveal that the Giudices live in a $1.7 million house with a Maserati, an Escalade and a Ford 350 in the garage.

Oh, that garage also houses toys such as a Sea Doo boat, Kawasaki quad and 2 go-carts.

As you may have guessed, Teresa and Joe have yet to make a single payment on most of those items and acquired them by lying to lenders - a practice that resulted in the couple's recent fraud convictions.
